Ive been placing same exact order online twice a month for years with this company. Over dozen times my orders have been not shipped out on time, forgotten, sent wrong thing. But there was always someone (Often the same woman) who reached out to me and tried to make it right and seemed genuine. However recently its gotten worse and same guy i deal with on phone or email sounds very stoned or at best way too laid back when it comes to handling problems. My last order (That im still waiting for) was never even packaged up and sent out. But they sent me an email with tracking info that said my order shipped. 5 days later after i reach out and hear back day after that a guy calls me and casually says oh yea it never got sent out. Im gonna send it out today, and as i started to speak he hung up immediately after i got 2 words out. Ive reached out via email 3 times since trying to talk to somebody because this causes alot of problems on my end and the way it was handled was insane. I still havent been contacted back, no idea if theyre even sending my order, i requested just my money back because no clue if my orders coming and of course they got my money easy enough depsite never sending out my order and sending me emails falsely claiming its shipped. *Its just not worth it to do business with this place. They use to have great customer service even when they messed up which was often. But now they clearly dont care and whoever handles online orders sounds like he doesnt give af. I live in the area and just went to this shop for my first time. I was helped by Yvonne and she had the brightest and warmest welcoming. I needed replacement glass and found me exactly what I needed AND educated me on how to fix the problem that brought me in the first place! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! My experience: the website said they had the vapes I wanted so I ordered it and was charged on my account. I then received a text saying they don't have what I ordered and if I wanted a different flavor, which I didn't. They told me my order was cancelled. It's now been 5 business days (the person who texted me said to give it 2-3 days) with no refund. They haven't responded to my emails or voicemail. I have been a regular at the store for 3 years, spending about $70/week at that store because they deliver. They charge flat rate $10 even if you're couple miles away. Recently they haven't been on top of their customer service & literally for some reason skipping the delivery of my orders & end up getting my order late - which I didn't mind or even blamed them for it, I understand they've only one driver but the last incident was very interesting- I didn't get my order at all that day. I placed my order like every time for the 6 pm delivery slot, I called around 7ish to check the status they said the driver didn't pick up my order yet from the store & will pick it up in 8 minutes & will deliver it to you, so give it like another hour. Still nothing, I called again around 10 (that's when the store closes) & I really just need to know if it's going to happen or not so go & buy my stuff on my own before all the store close & I end up with nothing at the end, someone else answered & told me: yeah the driver ended up not picking up your order for some nonsense reason (mixed up tags) - well, thanks for not letting me know - still I politely said ok, I just need to know so I can move on & said what's the latest I can deliver it to you? I said around 10:30 -11 pm otherwise i would be asleep. He said ok, I'll leave now. Great news! I kept waiting & waiting till next day 1 am, of course a lost cause, I simply left my place & bought my stuff from a different store - luckily was still open. I get up in the morning & I see my order that was supposed to be delivered yesterday at the door, definitely I called them & explained politely the situation & the fact I no longer needed, that order was placed to be delivered a day before- I already wasted my time & waited for 7 hours & got nothing at the end- not even a call to lmk the delivery won't happen that day. They picked the order. A few hours later I got a call from the store - I was expecting an apology for the terrible customer service & the poor communication with the customer- but he blatantly told me we decided not to take any of your orders anymore given the recent issues. Instead of fixing their customer service issues, they're dumping their customers - Great job! They really know how to run a business. Well, I am simply taking my business somewhere else. I walked in and was looking for my specific brand of cigarettes, American Spirits Celedon. I ask the guy and he immediately assumed they were a menthol brand. He says in the most uninviting tone that they don't carry menthol brands anymore. The Celedon are not menthol. For him to assume that as a black woman I wanted a menthol, I completely felt stereotyped. I then asked him to look at another kind and he was really reluctant. I had heard about Kratom, a natural plant based pain relief supplement. I've been wanting to get off of my prescription pain medication, but anyone taking opiate medication long-term knows it is hellish coming off of it. This review is for the quality of service, as it seemed to be a full stocked store with a ton of options, glass pieces, vape stuff. Went in on a Sunday morning and it was pretty slow, only one other guy in there so I waited patiently and just perused some stuff. Time came for my turn, and I was just looking to replace something of mine that had broken. It was clear from the get-go that the guy working there had no idea how to help me with my vaping question. He basically just had me look at the options they have and choose, offering no product review, nothing specific for what I was looking for, and just generally not knowing how to sell the products offered. Granted, I know not everyone is an expert in every field of smoke shop/vaping/glasswork/etc, but if that's the case then at least have another staff person there that could help. Also awkward, another customer walked in when I was being helped, and when they kind of turned around to leave, the guy cut off his and my conversation to then ask what the other customer wanted. Then continued helping the customer who had a simpler question, instead of continuing to help me and letting the other customer know he would be with them in a few moments. I know it was a Sunday morning and he was the only salesperson working, but poor customer service dude, and lack of basic knowledge that the customer (me) needed advice on, which is why I was in the store in the first place. read more
