Hands down the best smoke shop I've ever visited , their staffs are friendly and knowledgeable , will definitely come back again

Yesterday I purchased two Geek Bars from Smoke 4 Less (they offered $10 off for buying two). The transaction itself was simple -- the staff rang me up and sent me on my way. Later that evening, I gifted one of the Geek Bars to a friend, only to have her return it to me saying it didn't work. I tested it myself and confirmed it was completely dead -- a dud. When I went back to the shop the next day to let them know, the staff told me "no refunds or replacements" and that I should've tried it before leaving. That response was disappointing on several levels. First, this was meant as a gift -- it's not realistic or appropriate to "test" something you're giving to someone else. Second, I'm new to vape products, and the employee who sold it to me never mentioned this policy, nor is there any signage in the store about needing to test items before leaving. All I wanted was a simple replacement for a product I paid for that didn't work. Instead, I was met with dismissive customer service and zero accountability. I'd recommend going to another smoke shop where the staff values customers and stands behind what they sell. Smoke 4 Less clearly lacks proper training, customer service standards, and store policies. read more

1 Star -- Buyers Beware! I bought a vape from this shop less than 48 hours ago after it was recommended as their "best flavor." From the very first puff, it tasted burnt and had no flavor at all. Each puff after that was the same -- harsh, burnt, and completely tasteless -- clearly something not right and unsafe to inhale. When I contacted the store, the clerk explained that in her 11 years there, she's seen many vapes come out defective -- yet they don't replace or refund any of them. There's no visible signage warning customers that all vape purchases are "at your own risk." Instead of standing behind their products, they offered me 10% off a new purchase -- basically asking me to gamble again. So let's be clear: if you buy a defective vape here, you're out of luck and out of money. This policy is unacceptable and feels like a total money grab. See the review before this one -- same issue. This is a great little shop in the neighborhood. I've been a customer for years. It's not just a smoke shop. They sell other items as well. In fact, I don't even smoke, but it's my favorite place for lottery tickets. Most importantly, the customer service here is top notch. They're all very nice people. Great store For tobacco and vape pens. It has some snacks and some candy bars , mostly Hookah and tobacco products . Great staff , and all practice covid protocol, social distancing as well. My favorite local smoke shop!! It's 1-2 min drive and 5 min walk from my place couldn't get much better than that. Honestly wish they would stay open later on weekends till like 2 or 3 they would kill it in this area of WEHO late night as the only smoke shops open later than 1215 are usually in Hollywood like all the tourists gift shops & Chinese theater. walked in was ignored by two ladies seeming to be off a substance unknown. as I spoke to another worker who eventually helped me, I was then verbally assaulted by one of the staff for wanting to pick a different package that I was originally gonna pay for , prior to being offered by the store to be given a gift . eventually one of the ladies came around and forced a hug on me because she suspected my demeanor was of someone with an attitude . i was eventually called out of my name a few times by the heavier lady and was blessed by the gentleman helping me in the beginning. i will be returning to file a full complaint with management and or authorities. read more

Also, the price is very reasonable today I was in there to get some vapes young lady name, Michelle, she introduced me to other brands that actually fell in love with! And she was so patient with me because I wanted to changed to something different than what I was using some other brand that it just didn't work with me anymore didn't like the taste of it ,but, Michelle was very attentive, and her service was pristine and I was absolutely outstanding!! Came here a couple days ago for an Elf bar but turns out it was a fake Elf bar. It didn't taste right, I kept coughing ever hit. It tasted harsh and it felt like it was clogged. Also, I noticed the back part had two hole scratches. The font/material is not even legit. The elf bar didn't match to the original empty ones I have at home. After last time, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called to inform them of the fake vapes. After about a month I called and was told that they haven't made any adjustments or even checked themselves ("I don't vape"). She said customers are coming back for more so there's no need to. Thinking maybe I'm crazy and/or got a bad batch, I ordered another on Postmates (they go by Weho Mart. It is suspicious that they don't want to use their real name). I live in the valley and come over the hill for this smoke shop. I first came by for a new vape pen, preferably non nicotine, because I wanted to smoke my hookah a little less. Michelle was so sweet and broke everything down for me, since all of this was new to me. Recently I came in and she showed me some of the CBD oils and disposable pens. Sometimes I can't focus but the CBD has helped tremendously. Again, i had no idea about pure CBD products. Michelle explained it all with no pressure on me to buy the product. I was so happy I decided to get it. I dont smoke Juul pods because the nicotine is quite high, but my friends do and mentioned that they always have the pods stocked for a great price. Don't go unless the girl is there I have ever been treated so rude in my entire life and the guy treated me different and the bong is way more than I was supposed to get it at had three flies in it and he was so rude I felt like I was in the 40's.
