Later that evening, I gifted one of the Geek Bars to a friend, only to have her return it to me saying it didn't work. I tested it myself and confirmed it was completely dead -- a dud. When I went back to the shop the next day to let them know, the staff told me "no refunds or replacements" and that I should've tried it before leaving. That response was disappointing on several levels. First, this was meant as a gift -- it's not realistic or appropriate to "test" something you're giving to someone else. Second, I'm new to vape products, and the employee who sold it to me never mentioned this policy, nor is there any signage in the store about needing to test items before leaving. All I wanted was a simple replacement for a product I paid for that didn't work. Instead, I was met with dismissive customer service and zero accountability. I'd recommend going to another smoke shop where the staff values customers and stands behind what they sell. Smoke 4 Less clearly lacks proper training, customer service standards, and store policies.

New tenant improvements, clean, the humidor looks brand new and has a wonderful assortment of your favorite brands. The owner is a super nice young man, sorry pal, I forgot your name, shame on me. What I like is you will find some unique smokes like my all time favorite "Liga Privada No. 9" or "TIMELESS". Hard to find Ligas anywhere but I've seen them here on a few occasions. I'm not into vaping, weed, or anything like that but it looks like they have vape stuff, pipes, ashtrays, lighters, and other paraphernalia. I think I saw chewing tobacco - they definitely cater to more than just cigar aficionados. Any most importantly in LA, free parking onsite. Location is in a small retail strip center just south of Santa Monica Boulevard (A/K/A Route 66). Highly recommend. If you're a novice smoker the owner is very chill and will help you find your selections. Plenty of affordable choices like the Rocky Patel's - "The Edge", under 8 bucks.

Later when I got home I found out the manufacturer sells it for less on their online store. Also asked if the lighter has been used. Was told no. It is a new lighter. When I got home, I see signs of discoloration and sediment due to the flame, so obviously the lighter has been used. My fault for trusting the store keeper. I was hoping for more honesty, but unfortunately making a quick buck was more important for this business. Congratulations. I hope they enjoy the money they made off me and feel good about it.

The shop is nice and bright and has plenty of accessories for your bongs, pipes, bubblers, etc. Specifically, I saw they carried Stiiizy brand battery for cannabis pods. I was shopping around at the smoke shops near me a few weeks back and was told they didn't carry them, and I just assumed smoke shops didn't carry them. I was pretty surprised to see it be carried here. The guy running the shop also took the time to talk to me about some of the glass and let me see them up close and hold them as well. I know prices online are better than what they charge in stores, but since small businesses are hurting, it means that much more to support local. My next glass purchase will be from this shop for sure.

Sells fake puff bars. Be forewarned!…read more I usually buy my puff bars from 7Eleven for $15 which is a little pricey so when I saw this shop sold them for $10 I figured it was worth an extra 4 minute walk. The guy working there was decent, CDC compliant and friendly enough. I bought here one time before, mint puff bar but didn't check if it was verified. I came back a second time and bought a strawberry puff bar. Right off the bat the packaging had a different colored font, then when I opened it up the color of bar itself was much darker than normal. Feeling a little skeptical I wanted to check the verification code and sure enough a warning popped up saying that either someone had entered this code before or it was a knockoff. Obviously I took off three stars because of the counterfeit products. This can be very dangerous because you never know what kind of chemicals they include or what the quality will be. I would NOT come back to this location and I would NEVER recommend it. I guess it is worth the extra $5 to know its a real product. Overall 1 out of 10 stars. COMPANY RESPONSE: "Hi Danielle you bought strawberry banana flavor today and you asked if it was legit or not i said yes you tried and said it was good so im not sure why you upload a strawberry puff bar picture telling that its fake and its from us" UPDATE IN A PRIVATE MESSAGE: "Hello Gor, You have me confused with another customer. This review may have been posted today but I purchased this "puff bar" on Friday. I did not open it in the store and it was strawberry, not banana strawberry. I also would not ask if it were fake, because I would not assume that. I am stating in this review that it is counterfeit because when I enter the verification code the warning picture, which I included in this review came up. No one had entered it previously because I scratched off the code when I got home. That is very concerning. Is there another explanation as to why that would have popped up?"
