So, I found and went to Cali Clouds after I already had a few visits to some other shops under my belt. Man, I really wish I found Cali Clouds earlier. Let me list it all out. BTW, I'm writing this huge arse review based on my great experiences at Cali Clouds. No BS. Visual Appearance- 5. Very clean, bright, and well organized. At night there are bright lights on the outside of the store with great signs. Very easy to see, can't miss it. The parking lot is a mess but I have found a space every time I've been there. In and out. Customer Service- 5 without a doubt. Renan, the owner, is awesome! I recently started vaping about a month ago and I had a lot of questions. Renan was very patient and answered all my questions. He is polite and helpful and always makes me feel welcome. He made great recommendations for me and I thoroughly enjoyed all the juices he suggested. I'm definitely a customer for life. Stock/Inventory/Choices- I'd say about 4. Cali Clouds probably doesn't have every single device or juice available but they have a very good selection of products to choose from. It seems Renan stocks all the major brands and popular items that I've seen while browsing the Internet. So as a newbie, Cali Clouds is a gold mine to me. They also have glass pipes, water pipes and other smoking related items. Prices- 5. Cheaper than any other store I've been to. What more can I say? It's a no brainer. The worker (forgot to get his name) was very informative on each and every brand and also informed and warned me about fake puff bars and other brands (I picked up a fake bang vape from a different store). Real cool shop, they have a variety of great looking pipes, and a very diverse set of vape products. Located in a small lot but 15 mintue parking in front of the store let's you get in and out fast, staff inside is very friendly and informative especially if you were like me who needed some help picking out certain products highly recommend this location. read more
