I've had to spend the rest of the day fixing my bill, especially the monthly charges they added without alerting me to them. He snarkily replied " I doubt you ever go anywhere where you won't have a signal". I don't think this guy has ever travelled out west or down a hiking trail in a remote off grid area. Katherine or Katlyn ( I'm sorry I can't recall her name) ...she was great, she patiently answered all of our question and resolved our problem with our phone. We switched from Verizon and couldn't be happier. Our service has improved, we are able to make and receive calls from home, and our bill has gone down. I also signed up to have our two phones back with T-Mobile and wasn't told about certain charges that you incur from switching.
