Due to my lack of access to my account, the process took two days. Adam was just as helpful on the second day not only to me but all customers who had arrived while I was being served. Adam went over every single question I had and informed me that my plan was inadequate for my needs; so we upgraded the whole plan also. I have one small gripe with the process. I asked for a 16 Pro max and I received a 16 Pro. Now I'm adjusting to the smaller form factor. I'm not surely sure how that was miscommunicated, yet I'm overall elated with the new phone with Apple intelligence and the new plan. I hope Adam advances in his role due to his ability to communicate effectively with others and keep his composure with trying guests.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE!!!! That 5 star review is…read morefrom them. If I could do negative stars I would. I bought my phone there, and I thought they were giving me a good deal and helping me. The whole time they were scamming. My month was up yesterday, and I had attempted to pay online several days ago. They couldn't find my account by my email and asked for my pin (which I had not been asked to make in the first place). I called Customer Service yesterday, and spoke to someone whose second language is English and who went back and forth because she kept telling me a larger amount to pay. I spent over an hour on the phone with her and realized she was not going to help me. I waited for her to hang up so I could complete the survey at the end of the call, and she refused to hang up!!! After 20 minutes of keeping her line open, she somehow managed to disconnect the call without the survey. I tried the chat and after going back and forth with the chat bot, finally was able to chat with a person. They told me that there were 4 (FOUR!!!) other phone numbers on my account. I explained it is just me, and she said the system could not generate the proper amount for me to pay. She turned it over to another department who did actually call me back. They took off the other lines and I gave them my card number to pay the $40 and she said it went through. I thought I had gotten a confirmation because I received a text from them right away. I was so upset, I didn't read it...just thought "finally". My phone was turned off this morning!!! Now I am going through the whole process again! :( I called the number the last people called me from and cannot speak to a person. I cannot even find a place online to file a complaint. I am still looking and will not stop until I can tell as many people as possible that this store is dishonest and will take your money with a smile while stabbing you in the back and your bank account. I still cannot use my phone. UPDATE: It still took over an hour, but my phone is now working. Apparently they no longer have the $40 plan. And because my phone had been off due to non-payment, I had to choose another plan! The options were $50 for unlimited or $35 for limited data. Seriously?!?

The only issues I had in the replacement process was calling and dealing with apple. The Orchard went above and beyond. I just wish apple did business the way the Orchard does. The Orchard knows customer service and apple can't figure out what 3 to 5 days actually means. I would recommend The Orchard in Carencro way before trying to get help from apple customer support. The Orchard may service apple but The Orchard far exceed apple's customer service!

For a tech company to have such a poor appointment setting process and technology is surprising. It was probably the most confusing and inefficient scheduling experience I've had in the last 20 years. That wasn't mentioned in the service request on their website. So, out $137 to tell me something I already knew.
