They guaranteed to fix the screen as long as it wasn't cracked or broken and they charged me 200. The worst. The said they'll attempt a refund by calling the screen company. They could've stuck by their word and asked for a refund on their own. Do not trust the short Turkish man. What your electronic needs, they tell you how much it will be, and your diagnostic goes towards the repair and labor. I know it's not revolutionary, but I've always liked that business model. I received my PS5 5 days later, and it now works without any hitches. Adan also suggested I place the console in an elevated position away from feet level.
