While the battery was replaced, and the watch is working fine the communication left much to be desired. Dropped off watch on Saturday, was told battery should arrive Monday. Okay, that set the expectation the watch would be ready sometime by the end of week at least. Crickets! The following Saturday I reached out for a status update. Response was battery was received, will test today or tomorrow, meaning Sat or Sun. Monday got a text that battery was replaced, and watch was turning on. I then asked when I can pick watch up. Response, I'm homebound until the 9th of Dec, however, can have watch delivered. I asked who would pay delivery charge, response, we will cover $15. I opted to pick watch up from same location I dropped it off as I live a 25-minute drive away and I'm not up on Uber deliver charges. We agreed on time and date. Day of pickup I receive a text at 2:45 (5 o'clock pickup) stating we're coordinating with someone to meet me at designated time and place. At pickup time I receive a text that I fell asleep. I then opted to wait for Uber delivery. Watch was delivered about 6pm, waited an hour. Communication is key to good customer service!!!!

While on the phone with AT&T (the real company, not a "certified dealer") we were informed that every possible additional feature on *every* phone was turned on, and the bill was intentionally inflated well beyond what it should be! Three staff members there looked us in the eyes while they swindled us all afternoon, this group included a supervisor. Vongvilay Thiphasouk was the lead staff member on the "sale". After another 2 hours on the phone with AT&T to correct the gross upsell, our bill is back to $240 a month. AT&T filed a report, and we reported them to the BBB, but buyer beware! You will regret letting them modify your plan, it's gouging at it's worst and will be a major headache for you!

This nasty Verizon retail store has to be the dirtiest store in Philadelphia. Take a look at the filth in this place. The air filters in the ceiling were clogged with old dust and dirt and didn't work. I know because when I asked one of the employees why it was so stuffy and smelly in the store he stated that it has not worked for months. The air was thick with heat blowing from a dirty portable air system hanging on the wall. I went there to return equipment and the cheap Acer brand computers was not working properly. One would expect a better quality computer from such a large Telecommunications company like Verizon than have the cheapest brand (Acer) used to handle the volume of data in its network. The employee was asking everyone who had a return to leave the equipment and write all of their personal information on a piece of paper so they can input it when the computer is working again. The store mgr and GM was present and did nothing he disappeared into the back and never came back out. I saw mold on the baseboards , chairs with ripped cushions and missing legs to the bottom of the chair. The employee almost fell out of the chair because it was missing the other roller but I stopped him by informing him of the missing roller. He has only been there for one month and said the store is always like this and he has to burn incenses to cover up the stink in the store. The customer service was not good at all there is only 2 computers in the entire store and only one of them can be used to ring up sales. Therefore, the employee that was assisting me was kicked off the computer and told to go to the other one in the middle of troubleshooting the system so he can take my returned equipment. So glad I'm no longer with Verizon if this is how they operate their retail stores. However, this could just be this location and not the others so my complaint is with the location in Wyncote Pa retail store.

I called first and Jesus picked up and he was very knowledgeable and courteous over the phone…read more Upon arriving, I parked on the street and once I entered the store, Tenisha properly greeted me and told me that someone else would be with me as soon as possible because both her and Jesus were helping another customers at the time. I only had to wait less than 5 minutes for Tenisha to finish up with her customer and she asked me what I was there for and I told her that I was there to see Jesus and she started the process of helping me with what I came in there for. Tenisha was also knowledgeable of the product that I wanted to have and described the prime features. I came in for AirPods and left out a happy camper. I appreciated that they were patient with me, smiled and opened up my package in a nice and neat manner and showed me how to utilize my product prior to me exiting the store. My experience then was stellar, working with a service rep named Danielle. I've tried calling the location several times to see if she still works there and they DO NOT answer the phone. Fast forward to November 2018 and my friend needs a new phone. Of course I suggest MetroPCS. I will say, she made one mistake - she didn't ask me to come with her. That said, no business should take advantage of someone who doesn't understand technology very well. She had a simple request - new phone, new service and transfer her number and files from her existing phone. Instead, they issue a new number and fail to transfer her files. She goes back to take advantage of the 30-day return period (as printed on her receipt) and the store owner/operator fails to accept the return. She shared other shady experiences, such as the store agent buying a phone (for cash) off someone who came in from the street. She tried calling MetroPCS corporate, which, even I know is a complete joke. Based on her experience, I would avoid this store at all costs, and although service works for my needs, I would never recommend anyone use MetroPCS based on her inability to get ANY assistance from either the store or the company. I'm continuing to work with her to help resolve the issue since THIS store operator (a man) refuses to assist her, and she cannot get the 800 number to have a clue what she is calling about.
