I only had to wait less than 5 minutes for Tenisha to finish up with her customer and she asked me what I was there for and I told her that I was there to see Jesus and she started the process of helping me with what I came in there for. Tenisha was also knowledgeable of the product that I wanted to have and described the prime features. I came in for AirPods and left out a happy camper. I have lived in this neighborhood and been a Verizon customer for years. For some reason I keep…read morethinking I'll get the help I need at this store, but I think I just need to give up. There are a few faces that have been there for awhile, and I have tried to get all of them to help me at one point or another with things like getting a new phone, switching service, switching pictures from one phone to another, etc. The best I can determine is that they are probably on sales commission and receive no training about product knowledge, because no one there seems to know the actual features of the phones they're pushing, much less how to say "I don't know." Case in point, if a phone comes with a charger that has a USB end, they will assure you that you can get your pictures off the phone with a computer, even if there is blatantly no software or driver that will support it for that particular model... this has happened to me THREE times at this location. Then I end up taking the phone back to get my pictures off of it some other way, and they try to charge me $20 for the service, after it was their erroneous product information that led to the purchase in the first place. Most recently, I asked them to transfer pictures from an old phone to a new phone, and they did so. They also did me the "favor," unasked, of transferring the contacts too... which replaced the contacts that were already in my new phone, losing me a bunch of important contact information. I have never dealt with a business so adept at finding creative ways to vex their customers. The reason this is a two-star review and not a one-star review is that they tend to be polite about their flagrant incompetence... usually. I waited awhile to review this business because I thought maybe things would settle down once they'd been there for awhile and weren't experiencing much turnover in their staff. No such luck. Go elsewhere.
