On the day of the pickup I received a call, as I was told to expect, telling me they were on the way. The crew was on time, professional, courteous. They asked that we update our review, and we told them we would do so once we actually received the refund. The refund showed up today, so here we are updating the review as promised. That said, the company continued to be somewhat pushy after our original review, repeatedly asking us to change it. We understand that a negative review isn't helpful for their brand, but our original review was simply an honest summary of our experience. Ultimately, I personally would not recommend this company. After three attempts to schedule and complete the work, they contacted us at the exact time of the third rescheduled appointment to let us know they would not be coming. At that point, we went with another company that completed the job within 24 hours of us reaching out, and for a similar price. We're not going to say you should completely avoid this company, but we would recommend being cautious and having a backup plan in case things don't go as expected. We ask that the company stop contacting us regarding our review or expressing their dissatisfaction with it. Our review reflects our genuine experience, and we stand by what we shared.
