Salt and pepper and slow smoked with real wood and not the propane wood combo most places have. It was tender and pulled easy. It's remote and out of the way and honestly for BBQ a hidden gem. I've had plenty of brisket in my life both in Texas and the Carolina's and honestly this place has maybe the best I've had in some time.
