When one of their sweet ladies delivered the clothing to me, she hugged me and told me that she was so sorry for my loss. Very good communication, patience, attention to detail, and caring about my stuff like I do. I feel like it's rare these days to find a business and people that treat others the way they want to be treated and take care of stuff as if it was their own. I know it's just dry cleaning - but I'm moved!! I had the tux for my wedding altered and pressed, and it looks SPECTACULAR! I'm so ready to party in this thing!! Haha Thank y'all for everything!! Good pricing, quick turnaround, definitely RECOMMEND!!

The center and then restarts centered again heading down the leg. It makes me laugh. What a joke. These people are lazy and unskilled but words cannot do justice. I don't expect world class, red-carpet treatment, especially at a dry cleaner, but I'd settle for even a half smile and maybe a "Thank you" or "Have a nice day" as I left, but the lady I dealt with just seemed annoyed that I was even there. I can't speak to the quality of their dry cleaning as it pertains to getting out pesky stains as I brought in 4 slacks and 4 blouses that were brand new, but I can say that when I brought them home, I had to iron 6 out of the 8 items that were still very wrinkled. It was obvious that they barely ran a steamer over them, and the pants weren't pressed at all - I had to work out deep wrinkles in the crotch area of my slacks. I hesitated coming here because of the poor reviews, but I figured they couldn't screw up brand new clothing. All I really wanted was to make sure they were pressed, crisp and wrinkle-free, but I don't even know if they were actually dry cleaned at this point. I am sorry that I came here to save a few bucks. You definitely get what you pay for here...
