Limited capacity Mask wearing is required upon arrival Several hand sanitation stations throughout Social distance markers in place Go Karts are sprayed with sanitation machine between each ride. Arcade closed, only thing in operation is mini golf, batting cages and the go karts. Pricing: We opted for the basic weekend pass which was $29.99 it included a round of mini golfing and two go kart rides since the arcade is closed. Otherwise, it would be one go kart ride and $15 worth of play in the arcade. There is also an all day unlimited pass for $47.99--seems worth it if you want to spend the day with the kids. Mini golfing: 18 hole course, they have two different courses. We had a really good time despite the heat and having to wear a mask in 85 degree weather. Heads up if you want to play both courses be sure to not play hole 18 because it automatically collects your ball. Back in the day they use to give prizes at this hole and forewarn the guests but not anymore. Go Karts: the track is pretty standard and about a 5-7 minute ride per round. They have single go karts and double rider go karts available. The double rider go karts definitely go faster then the single rider go karts in my opinion! Otherwise, I really appreciated when we were waiting in line and the previous group was finished, one of the employees started spraying all the go karts with a sanitizer cleaner-it did not go unnoticed! Thank you for the safety measures! Staff was really pleasant and helpful. The only ding is that several people walking around removed their masks. I also saw several parties maskless during golfing. So not sure if they really enforce it? Overall great outdoor activity during covid times and felt pretty safe. Definitely recommend! read more

Came in with high hopes, haven't been here in years and I knew it puke be a bit pricey but with the deal we got online I figured- at least the unlimited rides would be awesome. So the deal came with unlimited rides and 275 credits for each card ( we got two) Do yourself a favor and get a collectible drink so you can get the $3 refills instead of the 12oz small cup that's 3/4 ice and barely drink. The Mac n cheese selections were tasty, and though pricey they were somewhat reasonable. But what really gave this place a low score was the customer service. We had one friendly face today at laser tag, and one at go karts when no one was in like when people were barely there. We spent 5 hours here and only got through one game of mini golf, one ride of karts, one laser tag and arcades. We waited for bumper boats to have someone- and no one showed. Waited for laser tag a second time for 15 minutes. No one. Waited for tea cups... nope. When we cashed in tickets we were kinda given a bit of sarcasm and attitude when selecting prizes. We were also cut off by the guy who took priority in getting people mini golf stuff- we had just seen 3 other workers there taking to him and they all left right before he even bothered to help us. Majority of the help here just hangs out and converses. There isn't much attention payed to the customer unless spending a buttload of money on food or games/rides. Really disappointing when an unlimited pass is used and most of your rides aren't even being attended because groups of staff are chilling at one thing and kicking it. read more

Most rides are for older children which I wish I had known ahead of time. I should have done my own research but the person working saw I had two young children and didn't say anything regarding their size. A few rides weren't operating as well. Came here for the go carts this afternoon and paid for 2 races. Race 1 I had a decent car with power and had fun. The car was in need of maintenance though, with the front end clicking on hard turns. Race 2 was an utter disappointment. Car had no speed, EVERY car had more power and the race was a waste of time and the car was so slow it just wasn't fun. After go carting we went to the food court and ordered pizza, fries, and drinks. The young man "working" at the front counter was apathetic, no personality, no effort. While we were waiting for our order I saw him literally standing ten minutes in front of the beer taps holding his phone to text or whatever. He wasn't working. Pathetic show of anything resembling good customer service or professional management. Overpriced, s$&t food, and even worse customer service. Why bother hiring the brain dead teenager? This place is a rip off, Spent over $200 on this machine specifically just to see if it was possible to try and win one of these stuffed animals and it wasn't. I'm a 27 year old adult with a group of adults who all tried to win a toy and if we can't even win at these games I don't think it's possible for a child too which just isn't fair. After notifying multiple staff members who also noticed management, They all were of no help and also said that they didn't even have the keys to the machines in order to try and make it a little easier which I also believe is absolutely ridiculous. Game cards are also super expensive, some games including this one are almost 5$ each play.... CRAZY Food was also disgusting and inconsistent, Our patty got multiple orders of macaroni and cheese and they all came out with different consistencies.... Won't send coming here again, There's a lot of places that have games that are easier for the children. Apparently, not all Boomers are created equally! I would argue this is one of the better locations I've been to. Not only do they have arcades and mini golf, but they also have rides like teacups, a merry go round, go karts and some thriller rides! We especially enjoyed the mini golf courses, although some of the holes were mixed up between the green and blue courses, as well as unlabeled. The arcade prizes are a bit of a bust compared to other places we've been to and the staff isn't very accommodating, as one of our prizes (fake teeth) didn't end up fitting and we tried asking for an exchange immediately after we looked at it more closely right at the counter - and they refused to help. As with all play places, prices are kind of high and the environment can be rather loud, crowded and rowdy... but it's all part of the experience! read more

First time inside this place! I didn't expect it to have so much stuff tbh lol. The pricing can be a bit pricy- mini golf for two was around $32 with $1 play card included. They have rides, arcade similar to dave and busters, a batting cage, a food area that smells like donuts/vanilla ice cream and looots of kids. The mini golf course also had some couples, they also have day cabanas you can rent and sell beer I think. You pick up the golf clubs at the booth on the right side of the door and then walk like right diagonally to the golf course. You get 1 ball per person of different colors at the golf club pickup so don't walk away too fast lol. I've never played minigolf so the card was a bit confusing, but turns out they have different courses ( par 2/3) and each one has 18. So make sure to follow the color of your par hahah. You number how many strokes it takes to get it in the hole, and if you go over 5 it's counted as 6 and you move on. If it's next to a wall you can move it a club foot length. You do need to wait until after the person before you finishes but people move pretty quickly. The last obstacle course collects the ball so you don't need to return the ball, just the clubs. So disappointed! I purchased the "Elite" tickets for myself and my 2 guests. Of the 10 attractions that we were supposed to enjoy unlimited access to, ONLY 2 WERE OPEN... the go carts and the miniature golf! Why would a business sell something to there customers when they know the customer won't be able to use them? Next we went to the arcade. Several of the games took credits from our cards but then would not work. We purchased bating cage tickets but only we could only get 2 of the 9 card readers that start the pitch machines to work. The mini-golf course is crying out for maintenance, as is the rest of the place. Very Sad. read more

If Im being honest 2 stars is me being *nice*. Completely over priced. Staff was rude from the beginning. The young heavier set woman at the register had a very bad attitude and made it obvious that she was annoyed when a person was next in line because that meant she had to actually do her job. The young man next to her was no different. He didnt have a bad attitude like she did however, he would avoid eye contact and was on his phone not paying attention as I stood next in line. His co worker had to get his attention tell him that I was next. As far as the outdoors *amusement rides*... you will be lucky to get on a ride that you favor because of their "staffing issues". They were highly UNDER STAFFED. This was not only frustrating but also made you leave with a feeling of regret when purchasing any tickets let alone the Elite Pass. My kids got on 3 rides because of them being understaffed and no one was available to operate the rides. The outside staff was OK. There was a staff member with braids and sunglasses who was very nice and accommodating. The boys had a great time playing games but most games use 5-10 credits and thats a bit ridiculous. Ofcourse, because of them being understaffed there was only one person at the prize redemption desk. We were standing in line for 20 minutes because the family ahead of us couldnt decide what they wanted and only 1 staff member. There should definitely be a time limit as to how long you take at the prize redemption desk to be courteous of others. Lastly the food. Please do yourself a favor...DO NOT GET THE CHICKEN NUGGETS/TENDERS. They are disgusting and the chicken was like rubbery and stringy. There french fries were good and The food court staff was very nice. Overall, this place was a rip off and left us feeling overwhelmingly regretful of coming here. *Managers* please pay your staff more so they can actually seem happy. This is a childrens establishment. Being friendly should be the number 1 criteria when hiring. Also, if your understaffed, than all managers should be on the floor helping and there should be atleast 1 manager outside monitoring what is going on. read more

I'll say for the price of an annual pass, BOOMERS gives you more bang for the buck than DISNEYLAND in that, if you have a toddler who just wants to enjoy some light rides, but does not have the patience to wait 20-40 minutes to partake in a 2-3 minute ride as most amusement parks feature, then Boomers is "good enough" as the best option to get in and get out without hassles. They don't have a whole lot of rides, so it's not an amusement park per se, not much more than what you see with traveling carnivals or county fair set-ups, but it's a nice place overall. They have a train, carousel, spinning tea cups, a rockin' boat, and a few other rides, so maybe a tad over a half dozen ride attractions. Then, they have a nice water park as well as mini-golf, a batting cage, water bumper floats, and racing carts... plus a video arcade. If you live local, it's awesome if you're a teen because you'd be able to do the batting cage, play mini-golf and other stuff all year. Parking is FREE (take that Disneyland and your $25 parking fee for patrons!) which makes this a great option for families on a budget too. read more

Long story short customer service turned into the disgruntled type that puts customers second and I got nickeled and dimed. The two cases I encountered were relating to a change in policy regarding expiration of points, and separately the theft of a card which I had proof of purchase of. I ended up losing a significant amount of money and points I saved up over the years due to their policies and willingness to help. I'll keep this one short and sweet! There is more than enough parking I would say the lord is huge there's a bowling alley right next door as well. I bought my daughter and two friends here. I purchased three 4 hr passes that total about 160 and some change if my memory serves me well. It was more than enough time . The girls had a BLAST!!!! We did everything except golfing the wait was to long. The girls favorite things were the go karts and the laser tag!I love the seating area they have with the fire pits and also the cabanas. There was only one ride that wasn't open and I did have to say the ride attendants were not always present at their post.Okay the food I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the sampler platter. They don't have marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks weird. The cheese was not melted in the mozzarella sticks. The batter on the onion rings were disgusting the fried pickles and Mac and cheese balls just completely disappointed . I didn't take pictures of the girls food they got some different dessert snacks that they were satisfied with. The cotton candy was yummy. We came for some good ol fashioned mini golf! After doing a quick yelp search, Boomers was our best option since it was closest to us. My first & most recent visit to Boomers seemed forever ago, but was either in 2017/2018. It was annoying having to purchase a Boomers card to pay for mini golf - you can't just use your debit/credit card to purchase. Luckily it's only $1. We arrived 7:45 & took our time. I believe there are 2 courses. We only finished 1, & bummed we couldn't do the other. The view at night is pretty stunning I must add ~ you get the Irvine sky scrapers & the freeway buzz right along with your game! I actually enjoyed it. It was weird experience this time around. Pre pandemic, this place was filled with life. There was a long line for the go carts, there were more rides, screaming kids in the arcade, & just in general the mood seemed more lively. This time around, seemed very apocalyptic, like a ghost town. I do realize we went on a Wednesday night, but I'd say the same on the weekend. Maybe it's the corona lingering lol? I just think this whole place needs a major face lift. I can't imagine how this place is making money if every day looks like it did when we came on this Wednesday night. My girlfriend and I bought a beer at the bowling alley which is contained in the same fenced in area as the mini golf. On hole one, the security guard said no outside liquor, and forced us to throw away the full drinks that we just bought. We explained that we had no idea we couldn't have those beers here, and he made us throw away the entire beers.
