We have come here before during peak, Sunday-night football business hours and I have never had an experience as bad as today. I would like to clarify - it was busy for a Saturday lunch. But, it was impossible to get our waitress to come to our table. She came by three times in the two hours we were here. The food was god awful. Our queso was 100% Velveeta cheese and Rotel. The salsa was just tomatoes. Then, when it was clearly finished, the waitress didn't swing by to pick up the plates. We ate our entire meal with finished plates on the table (as pictured). My boneless wings were BONE COLD. It was like they didn't even warm them up! I would have loved to send it back but our waitress was elsewhere. She came back to give us the check and then asked if we wanted drink refills????? I've been here before, enjoyed my meal, and got great service. I know that this place can be good, so I am not giving it the 1/5 this experience probably deserved. read more

Boomer Jack's is a big bar food place. Once you establish that, ypu can accept them for what they are and set ypur expectations accordingly. Due to the fact of Covid, I am not currently eating in restaurants so my order was to-go. I ordered a burger and it was pretty good. It was so huge I could not eat all of it even though I was hungry. The fries were pretty good too. Though it was good, this was not my favorite place so probably won't be back. read more

I liked this place!! Great place to watch sports with a television in about every square inch of the walls. The HUGE TV in front of the bar was fun watching the Sunday night baseball game. TV was about the size of a JumboTron at a MLB stadium!! Service was outstanding. Waitress their taking your order immediately after being seated. The burger was delivered in a little bit over 10 minutes. Burger had outstanding flavor without any condiments. Triple B did not disappoint. French fries were another story. Not much of a fan of shoe string fries....I guess they were a little wider than that. Soggy not much flavor. Next time I would try a different side order. Service is a top priority, I was asked by three additional employees if my meal was good. Huge menu so I will be back to try something else....but no fries! read more

I brought the family here while vacationing in Keller. We were looking for a place to watch football that would be showing the Rams. It was a bit of a challenge to find a spot but we were lucky enough to stumble upon this one after many phone calls to different bars/restaurants. I sent my wife inside for recon while I waiting in the car with the kids. She came out, with a big smile, and said, "this is the place." As I parked the car and unloaded the fam, she was describing the inside for me. She said, "lots of TVs," and the part that she emphasized the most was, "they are super friendly." She was right, on both items (but don't tell her I said that ). Being from the LA area, or any large metropolitan city, friendliness and being genuine is not something that is common with strangers. But I must say, people were so friendly in Texas. This bar was no different. Even though we all walked in wearing our Rams gear, all the staff were eager to help accommodate us. The hostess was super nice. Our server, Ryan, was great. Not only did he provide amazing service, but he was kind enough to recommend, describe and write down a list of touristy spots that we should visit while in the area. Again, super friendly. I was impressed. The bar food was pretty good too. There were plenty of different families there, supporting different teams, and everyone was there to have a great time. I was surprised it wasn't all Cowboys fans.The sole reason I only gave 4 stars I stead of 5 was that I was shocked that the bar didn't serve whiskey. Wait, what? In Texas, there's no whiskey? Foods ok. But this place definitely needs to take BAR off of the title. I ordered a lemon drop...the waitress came out with the drink filled to the top with ice. Literally took 4 sips and the drink was gone and the mountain of ice was still in the cup. I asked for a drink without ice and she said they will pour the same amount because the are trained to give more ice than the martini (but don't give you the martini amount). She said you can pay for a double, it won't be more drink but more liquor. No ma'am. I want to enjoy my martini ‍. This place opened in the same building that once housed a Joe's Crab Shack. Grapevine needed a good clean new sports bar that can draw a crowd. We may have come on opening night. The manager and a staff member warmly greeted us at the door and the bar staff tended to us quickly. The menu has a great selection of food - the 2 for $22 sounds like a great deal for people looking for a deal. Which we tend to do. We got the appetizer sampler with southwestern egg rolls, garlic Parmesan boneless wings, and fried pickles. Not too bad at all. The drink specials look great as well - the place advertises Happy Hour all day every day - and the number of specials don't disappoint. We went out to the patio area which is one of the best we have seen. There are plenty of TVs and fans outside, and a huge fireplace for those weeks it is cold here. Service has gone down hill, lazy, rude wait staff. Before the sign went up asking to check in with the hostess for outdoor seating, we would find a table and watch as waitresses would sit play on their phones, without acknowledging us. We usually would go late lunch early dinner when they were not busy. I guess since we weren't at their table they wouldn't be bothered to even acknowledge us. Now that we check in to be seated on the patio not much has changed still see them spend time talking to each other, playing on their phones while we wait. I will give a shout out to one waitress Sara she is always friendly every time, even remembers what we drink . Then another 10 minutes waiting on a wait person, she finally came up to the table next to me, took their order, then to my table. So far I am not impressed at all here. Wow, what to say about a place that doesn't value their customers. Our server was frustrated that we shared that the beer was cold. Her manager, Chad, tried to rectify and ended up yelling at her. Megan, who started a month ago, then took it upon herself to tell every server about us. Then Chad shared that the refrigerator was broken and that is why the beer was warm. We were offered a new server who frustrated about covering this table. All this for wings and cheap beer. Heed warning, maybe if a game was on, we would have better service. A pretty standard Boomerjack's, I'd say. I don't think they have the greatest service, the cleanest tables, or the most memorable food... but it totally serves its purpose as an affordable sports bar with a big menu and tons of TVs. And they have several gluten free items on the menu which makes things a lot easier for me (they even serve gf stuff on a designated blue & white checkered piece of paper). I'm a fan of the potato skins, the non-breaded chicken wings, and their cobb salad. The cobb salad is honestly impressive for a sports bar... it's really fresh and colorful and they put A TON of stuff on it, no skimping on the goodies. The grilled chicken is actually decent! They rarely have more than 1 or 2 ciders available, but they always have Angry Orchard (boring), so that's my go-to. Jon usually orders a vodka lemonade or a beer. This place is amazing! It was 3 pm and hopping with people who came to enjoy! The specials for drinks are absolutely delicious and reasonable! We enjoyed a Brisket melt with fries. They needed some freshening as they were old fries- but the sandwich was delicious and fresh! The gummy bear drink was all girly and yet enjoyed by my hubby! The staff is fun. The appetizers were good, we got the jalapeño bites, and the loaded chips & queso. I had the 12oz ribeye (medium rare of course - you don't have to kill the cow twice!) with the Jalapeño mashed potatoes, it was perfect, others had the chicken, wings, loaded baked potatoes soup, etc. and no one was disappointed. I love the sports bar feel of the establishment. they have wall to wall big screen tvs and it's kind of loud, which i did not mind. i ordered mozzarella bites, white gummy bear shots, wings and a salad. everything i ordered was good, no complaints there. my server was ok. her customer service could've been better. she walked past my table multiple times and never asked if the food was good or if we needed anything. i had to stop her and ask for silverware and the one time she did stop, it was to bring us extra water. that's my only compliant about ms. presley. read more

My husband and I stopped in on a Tuesday while running errands. I was SO EXCITED to see they had the impossible burger on their menu. I had it once before at another restaurant and it was one of the most amazing things I'd ever had! I was a little disappointed. Yes, it was good. It just wasn't amazing. Much drier than the one I had before at a different restaurant. My husband ordered the poblano burger. It had ghost pepper mayo and sriracha ketchup on it, along with poblano peppers, so he thought it may be too spicy but it wasn't! If my review were based on food, it would be 3 stars but the service here was great. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. We will prob be back if we happen to be in the area. read more

An amazing experience was had here. After a conference, my friends and I wanted some drinks and food. We were looking for a relaxed environment because we had a long day! Our Lyft driver said this was the place to be and we are so grateful they did. Walking in and finding out the happy hour was ALL DAY was the sign to stay. We got the brisket nachos for an appetizer and they were delicious. Our waiter Nate, kept the drinks coming and helped suggest options to us. Also, the fries were some of the best dang fries I've ever had. I had the turkey melt on the pretzel bun and it was true greatness. We also wanted to applaud Cesar who came around and always made sure we were good and took any plates that we needed to get rid of. It makes me sad to have to give this place 3 stars. I must say it might have been 4 or even 5 stars if we had a different server. We had a table of about 10 and were all drinking, as I have been a server when I see this table I see opportunity to make a lot of money. But our server probably came to our table 4 times within 2 hours. Some of the people at our table started ordering 2 drinks at a time she was taking so long. We would have ordered many more drinks if she would have given us the chance, but at the end around 2 hours before closing she came and gave us our bill without even asking. On top of everything she messed up some of the bills and was accusing our group for letting someone leave without paying, which was not true.
