It's conveniently located on…read moreCenter street in Provo so it's easy to hop in and out pretty quick and its second floor is a good spot to spend time reading or studying if you're looking for somewhere quiet. The staff here is friendly and pleasant to work with if you need something specific and this is a great place to donate books if you need to slim down your library. Surprisingly, my favorite section of the store was the shelves labeled "decorative." Maybe this is a common used book concept but I had never seen it before and found it a very clever way of making use of extra books that realistically would never sell. Every book in the section is two dollars and they are organized by color so that you can grab some quick pick me ups to fill in your personal library. It's a great way to help your personal library look a little nicer if it's a big part of your home decor.

I like perusing in book stores hoping to discover something unexpected, and I always do at B&N. My…read morefavorite area is where they have the children's book; however, because my youngest is already 10 we are spending more time looking at YA lit. I like how B&N is well organized and if you can't find something there's usually a helpful employee around. Why only three stars then? Because, they don't always have the specific book I'm looking for. They offer to order it but I go to a brick and mortar book store to get my book right away. But, that's not all...the women's bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The floors were very wet and dirty. The garbage can was over flowing and there was garbage on the floor. I don't need to go into more details but I was very vigilant to not touch any surfaces. But, wait, there's more. For whatever reason, I happened to look up and the ceiling panels had terrible water stains. A stark contrast to the meat organization of the store. I'm glad we have this great book store in UT County but it needs some major TLC.

Please do not shop at this store…read more I purchased a book online and quickly forgot about it. Weeks later I got an email saying that the address I put in was wrong and they would not be refunding me. I asked what the book was, and it took them eight (angry) emails before they responded. They CRITICIZED the book I purchased twice and INSULTED the authors. I had paid for the book ($10) as well as shipping the first time. The owner was angry with me and said he would only send me the book if I paid for shipping again a second time (which was less than $7). I sent him $20 and my corrected address. He refunded me $10 and sent me an invoice for the shipping of the book to the correct address. When the book finally arrived, he had WRITTEN in the book (a limited copy) and AGAIN criticized the book and the authors. The owner was very UNPROFESSIONAL throughout our entire interaction. Please do yourself a favor and purchase your books somewhere else.

I've been here twice now. I'm from Los Angeles and both times have been amazing! There is such a…read morevast collection of books and literature, you could spend hours in there just browsing. The workers there are the best I've seen in a book store. They are all very knowledgeable about the store, its literature, and history of the items they have in store. The first time I visited I chose a passage from one of their Bibles that you can have framed on the spot; I also met Mr. Moon! I cherish this Bible page, and have it mounted in my office. If you're looking to buy reprints of your favorite books or looking to read something new, they have them available at reasonable prices. If you're looking for something older, maybe even a first edition, they most likely have it too. I couldn't recommend this bookstore more, and I hope to return again in the future!

When I went to return it for a new one they argued that although it was the wrong book it would still work for my class! Go spend the extra $10 somewhere else, definitely not worth it here. (Plus, if they give you the wrong book you'll have to spend another $40 like me!)
