Great little diner in our road trip from Texas to Oklahoma. The staff was friendly. The food was fresh and yummy. We'd definitely stop here again and support this business. read more

Amazing diamond in the rough in Paul's Valley Oklahoma! Yelpers this is great place for breakfast and lunch! Had a combo breakfast platter here and it was delicious! Boomerang is a chain of diners in Oklahoma and I would seriously drive back from Dallas to visit this one- great counter service and local flavor. Right down the street from the action figure hall of fame! read more

Whenever family and myself go to dine in with boomerang the staff are enjoyable. They tend to humor my family and I.

Horrible staff horrible food really run down flying is absolutely everywhere there were worms on the table dead

The dough was raw in the biscuit. Was flavorless it was like eating a piece of paper. It took them 5 minutes to cook two pieces of bacon because they forgot to turn on the gas. The atmosphere was so thick you could cut it with a knife. The saving grace was the gravy.i say that there is no hope for this restaurant I am going to Mimi's from now on. read more

Good diner food. Clean place and worth the few miles off the highway. The price was right too.

Boomerang has a fun retro vibe to it. Didn't seem particularly specific to any decade. I've never in my life seen staff clean so constantly and so thoroughly as they were here. So much so it was almost entertaining just to watch. I really think they cleaned the door entirely every time someone went in or out. Wiping down windows (on the outside too!), everything on the table, etc. I'm not sure if this is because of the pandemic, or if this is normal. By looking at the menu/ visiting the website, we found out that this is an Oklahoma chain. I thought that was really interesting, since I've never known a place to have so many locations ALL in just one state (rather than at least being slightly regional or of course a national chain). I got the club sandwich. I'm not a big sandwich person, but it seemed good at the time. I was surprised when it came out cut up in pieces, but apparently this is how club sandwiches are served? It definitely made it easier to eat, since it was stuffed with ingredients. Everything tasted fresh in the sandwich. The only thing I didn't like was that it was a "double decker" sandwich. Since I'm not a big bread or sandwich person to begin with, and also wasn't expecting it to come like that, I ended up actually deconstructing it a bit and taking out the two middle pieces of bread. We got the fried pickles to share as a side, and it's really hard to go wrong with fried pickles! I prefer them when they are the slices (rather than spears) which they were here, so I was extra happy. I just love that salty sour flavor. And they came out nice and hot! So yummy! read more

Visiting from California and we were craving some burgers and some of us wanted breakfast. They were busy but we were able to walk right in and sit down. I gave 4 stars because in our week stay in Paul's Valley we visited twice. Both times the girls who were working were rude, impatient and cut us off while ordering. Both times, we were never checked on after we received our food. For the food and the cooks Delicious. OMG, The double patty melt. I asked for Texas toast instead of wheat bread. So, so good. Diners special very tasty and cooked just perfect. Breakfast, so much food we couldn't eat it all. Also, they sell most burgers and sandwiches separate. read more

great sandwich and a great place to eat will be coming back for seconds I got the ham sandwich

First time here. I was hungry after going to the Action Figure Museum next door, so I stopped in. It's right on the corner and there was more than enough parking on a Sunday afternoon. The people working there were very nice and took my order quickly. I got the burger basket with the bacon cheeseburger and tots. It was super tasty. Reading the other reviews, apparently, the chicken fried steak is a good way to go as well. I don't know when I'll be back in this part of Oklahoma, but I'll stop by again if I do. read more

Stopped in for a quick snack while visiting the Toy museum next door. The service was really fast and super friendly. They were not too busy, so we didnt have to wait long for anything! The fried pickles... yes!!! Perfect and crispy without being greasy! The fried pies...YES!!! Even better! So flaky and sweet and delicious! Next time I am just having dessert and will be ordering a few different fried pies! read more

The foods are a homemade style of foods and could taste thiet love into the foods. The services were good, and accessible communication for me as a deaf person. The waiter did describe the foods that I asked what they had on the menu. read more

We have had breakfast there twice and the food is mediocre. They need to have more made from scratch kitchen and my sausage was burnt in the breakfast scramble and they do not make their own potatoes or home fries which I think is essential if you're going to have a restaurant. Our waitress was nice read more

Always delicious, breakfast lunch or dinner! Wait staff is friendly and helpful as well.

New Menus a few new food choices. Always great coffee/service. Greeted the Moment I walk in the door, everytime! I usually go for their various burgers, sometimes "ChickenFRIEDChiken" My friend usually orders the Chicken Fried Steak. read more

We took an impromptu mini road trip to Arbuckle Wilderness. It was fun and the kids had a blast. My husband wanted to go to a Toy Museum in Paul's Valley and this was right next door. This place is super cute! Very retro. The portions were huge. The food was delicious. We got two kids meals, chicken fried steak, and pancakes. The prices were very reasonable as well. The Wait staff were attentive and very good. An overall great place. If I'm ever in the area, we'll be back. read more

We were here for breakfast as we passed through on our way to Texas. I wish we had been there for lunch or dinner as the menu items sounded delicious! The diner is quaint and just what we were looking for. The service was great and timely. The food was pretty good, but nothing too outrageous. I would go again to try lunch or dinner but probably not breakfast. read more

Excellent service, food was great and atmosphere was welcoming! We recommend it for breakfast!

My daughters favorite place to eat, and shes a picky eater. The burgers taste like a real old fashioned burger. Onion rings are the best hands down. They have all you can eat catfish. Very clean, great service! Love the atmosphere. read more

Service was the star! Atmosphere was homey, family friendly and not loud. No competition for trying to hear your dining partners over music. One TV with sports on ( it was a Saturday) We came at an off peak meal time and we're greeted right as we walked in with a friendly, sit anywhere you like. Tables, bar counter or booths are available. My grilled chicken sandwich was good. All fried sides were ok, but the batter lacked seasonings. The chicken fried steak is a huge size but again, the batter was crunchy without flavor. Loads of dessert options. I'd recommend trying this local place! read more

Boring 'greasy spoon' dinner food with poor service. Can't get a coffee refill because waitresses are playing on their cell phones.

Good food. Good service. I got the loaded hashbrowns per yelp suggestion. It was delish. Just all around good diner food. Nothing out of the ordinary, biscuits were a little dry and pancakes were ok. Just nothing special. Its a small breakfast menu with all the basics. But Good is my review, not great not bad....just good. read more

When I try a new place to eat breakfast I always order the same thing eggs biscuits and gravy. If you can't get that right well it says a lot about how you serve other things. Eggs? Good cooked perfectly :-) Biscuits? Not fresh store bought, reheated from the freezer :-( Gravy? Not from scratch and generic :-( Service? Not to be desired :-( Enough said. This place is not a winner read more

Excellent place for breakfast!! My husband and I had to stay the night in Pauls Valley because of a thunderstorm. The next morning we didn't know where to eat breakfast. Decent diner, friendly and fast service. The food was decent, I had the hamburger steak over fries with gravey and a chocolate shake. The burger patty was fresh made but the gravey seemed prepackaged. The chocolate shake was thick and hand spun read more

What a great surprise. Friendly service. Fun atmosphere. Quick time to table. The KV burger was excellent (doesn't come with sides). Kid's chicken fingers were perfect and well seasoned. Great fries and the grilled chicken salad (healthiest choice) was fresh and good. Pies were not made on site but looked fantastic, as did the milkshakes that were spun at the lunch counter. Enjoy a fun 50's diner experience (with a toy museum next door) and just minutes from the highway. read more
