But, I doctored em up with some hot sauce and they were tasty enough. Next up was the coleslaw. It was diced pretty fine, was very sweet, and reminded me a lot of KFC slaw, so if you like that, you'll like this. The meat. This is kinda where it goes downhill for me. When I walk into a bbq restaurant, I wanna smell smoked meat. Maybe the meat is smoked off sight? Not sure. But then when I started in on the meat, the smokey flavor was so faint, it was hard to tell if these ribs, sausage and brisket had spent any time at all in a smoker. Some people would say this meat was probably boiled, and then finished up in a smoker, but I won't say that for sure. I just know that the meat was kinda bland. I did taste some of my wife's catfish however, and it was very good, aside from needing a little hot sauce. I'd go back for the catfish and I'd like to try one of their Indian tacos sometime, but i probably won't try the bbq again.
