It was diced pretty fine, was very sweet, and reminded me a lot of KFC slaw, so if you like that, you'll like this. The meat. This is kinda where it goes downhill for me. When I walk into a bbq restaurant, I wanna smell smoked meat. Maybe the meat is smoked off sight? Not sure. But then when I started in on the meat, the smokey flavor was so faint, it was hard to tell if these ribs, sausage and brisket had spent any time at all in a smoker. Some people would say this meat was probably boiled, and then finished up in a smoker, but I won't say that for sure. I just know that the meat was kinda bland. I did taste some of my wife's catfish however, and it was very good, aside from needing a little hot sauce. I'd go back for the catfish and I'd like to try one of their Indian tacos sometime, but i probably won't try the bbq again.

The people are very friendly and down to earth. The burgers are phenomenal as well as the fries. Everything is reasonably priced. They close early (no dinner just lunch).
