the food is great as always, I'm assuming they got a new worker because I have not seen this women before and I can tell she didn't know anything about the sandwiches I came in today (September 16) and from the start this girl was very rude not friendly at all but all the other workers are kind. Then I ask to take the ham off my sandwich and she tells me in a rude way "there is no ham on this sandwich". I get the same sandwich every time and there's ham every time. I have even asked for no ham before and been granted that wish. Hopefully she'll be kinder next time and study on heavenly buns sandwiches read more

The food was excellent and the ambience was calm and enjoyable. Overall, we had a pleasant dining experience. However, I did want to share one customer service concern. When my friend's order number was called, she picked up the only order at the counter, but was then told she had taken the wrong one. The order she "took" was identical to what she ordered, just with a smaller soup size, and she kindly offered to let the other customer have the larger soup. The response she received was, "Yeah sure, whatever," which came across as dismissive. Mistakes happen, and this wasn't a serious issue, but it would have been more appropriate to handle the situation with understanding rather than blaming the customer. A bit more attentiveness and courtesy at the counter would have made the experience even better for both customers. read more

Great sandwich. More than a subway experience. They have unique sandwich combos from hot, cold, to wraps and potatoes. They also have specials. They have a case for bakery items. Orange creamsicle cake. It was ok but I would have rather had real orange flavor from the peel and or juice. The cheese cake was great and very moist. The chicken salad sandwich is on par!! How do I even start off. My five friends go to heavenly buns, and they were short handed and made them go to the back without explanation. So curiously they sat at the PHONE IN LINE and got rudly told once again to go to the back. So humanly what you do is cancel your order because WHO wants to pay a RUDE server's. Today I call in an order with five of my friends and right off the back they ask "Are these the girls from Ada High School?" I knew exactly what she was talking about and said no, because I'm not them. I go in and a rude waitress with a claw clip says "THATS THEM." We go to the PHONE IN LINE and get our order, and an older lady with a pink shirt on says " I will not serve or take your order. Acussing my friends and I we were them. This is one of our very favorite sandwich shops! We haven't had a bad thing from the menu. If you have room left after your meal, the cookie sandwiches are super yummy too. The only bad thing I have to say is that they close at 6PM.....at mealtime. ?? Hubs doesn't get off work until 5PM, so by the time he gets home & rounds up the crew, it's closing time for our favorite sandwich shop. This place is awful. Gave us Campbell's nacho cheese in a can as a "Wisconsin Cheese Soup". Pepperoni pizza was awful. The crust tasted like cardboard and the cheese like plastic. I would literally rather have a $1 Totinos pizza from Walmart. My fiancé got what they call a Ruben. I say that because it was made completely wrong. Wrong bread, wrong spread, just wrong. We took the nacho cheese back to the counter because we literally couldn't eat it and the kid at the counter offered us a lid? Well, I guess if I had a dog I could force feed him that but, unfortunately, I do not. I will never come here again and if you're thinking about trying this place just don't. read more

Probably the best sandwiches in Ada! Especially if your sick of the chain sub places or fast food. All The bread is fresh backed, tastes good, & makes for delish toasted sandwiches. I had the turkey club on sourdough roll which was approx 4x4 in size! Half was enough for me! And prices were not bad. I had no issues with service; the young ladies were friendly & fast.
