Absolutely horrendous service and attitude from the workers…read more We went in 9/20 at 8pm. The young man at the register had snarky comments and did not want to be there and made not only our, but his coworkers problems. The young lady in glasses named Stephanie was so rude to us that we genuinely had to ask each other if we were over reacting. She was rude and unprofessional. I have been in the service industry for over 10 years FOH and BOH, I understand we all can have a bad day but we don't take that out on each other or the guest. They mentioned they were short 2 people and we said no problem, no rush. We all know what that's like. Travelled from San Diego and Phx, AZ. Will not ever go back to that location. Management really needs to take a look at their register staff and ask themselves if these are the faces they want to represent their brand.
