So we met, let the car cool down, he took the bad belt off and went to replace with the new one. Realized the one we purchased was not correct. So we had to take another car and drive all the way back to O'Reillys. Come to find out that the belt in the sleeve we purchased was not the one that goes in the sleeve. I'm not sure if the manufacturer messed it up or if an employee at O'Reillys did - all I know is, we were out some time just to get the correct one. I'm not sure if you have ever experienced this or not but my advice is - take the old belt with you to get the new one - then compare. It sure would have been nice customer service if they gave you a coupon or discount on next purchase - for your troubles. Just a suggestion. At least the price was reasonable.
