They have quite the operation with parking spots in their already large lot designated for carry out customers as well closer to the door. I opted to walk in from further away. Two ladies man the window ready to take orders or coordinate orders like mine that were called in. I walked in 20 minutes after placing my order but at peak hour they told me 15 more so I read a book until called to grab my fresh hot pie. I absconded with my prize to my hotel. I love St Louis style pizza. You can't find Provel anywhere near where I live in the PNW. This one has a really nice thin crust with plenty of mushrooms. I thought their sauce was a little on the sweet side. Not my favorite so far. I also came back with my coworker because he wanted a taste of St. Louis on his short stay, but he wasn't impressed either. I picked up some mushroom spaghetti on my next stop but that was also far too sweet and just okay. Sadly, for some reason pizza places seem to be closed on Sundays and Mondays which are the main days I'm in town this week for work, so I guess it's this place or Imo's this time, but I'll plan to go during Faraci's open hours next time.

Menu is small, but this allows for them to focus on what they're really great at. Their Neapolitan craft pizzas are made with imported ingredients and their Italian made wood oven allows for a slightly charred pie. Please be sure to check out this little gem!

The inside and outside were beautiful. Loved the history and the updates. Smaller menu but lots of great choices. I got a regular salad with ranch, husband ordered the Ceasar, and we split a pepperoni. I walked around looking at the space while waiting for food, it is so pretty, and the exposed brick is beautiful. I got a look at the Red Oven from Italy that inspired the restaurant name. The salads came, the small had a lot of lettuce and toppings, the dressing came on the side. I needed a bigger bowl to mix everything up it was so generous. I wasn't a fan of the ranch dressing, it was too thick and a little bland for me. The Ceasar was a miss for my husband due to the different cheese and dressing that wasn't reminiscent of Caesar. I ate the whole salad, I love salad. The pizza came out, our waitress, one of the owners, put all our pizzas on a side table so we had more room. It was perfect and we could drool over everyone's pizza, yum! They all looked so good. Our pepperoni was delicious. The crust had a great chew and char, and the pepperoni was just enough. After our meal, the husband came out and we chatted with him, he gave us the rundown of the history and the steps it took from purchase to open. I loved hearing about it all and it made me love it all the more.

If, like me, you miss those kind of places, this spot is for you! It is not fancy. It is a great family-run restaurant. We got there at 4:40 on a Saturday. They open at 4. They were already packed. There were about 3 tables left and those quickly filled up. Everyone who worked there was grace under pressure. They were running their rears off. We had fountain Pepsi (with that great small ice), salad, toasted ravioli, and a deluxe pizza. The salad was very crisp fresh iceberg with cheese, pepperoncini, tomato wedge, and dressing. It was surprisingly good and served with a basket of crackers which was a nice touch. The toasted ravioli was average, but my husband loved the meat sauce. The pizza was a decent St. Louis style. The crust was heavier and tastier than normal. Pros: great service, price was not ridiculous, food was fresh and tasty, great ice cream Cons: Super crowded, pizza took 1 hour 20 minutes to come out.

We got inside there were a few people and it didn't take us long to get seated. They had tables and slot machines and a full bar. They also had pool tables in the back that people were playing at. As we were there longer more people starting to come. I loved the server that we had because she was running all around the restaurant by herself. There was another server in attendance who pretty much the whole time I was there for an hour, she was talking to the table behind us, I was kind of disappointed that our server was left to mingle all the tables, but she was doing a great job so shout out to her and she had the cutest little belly bump! The food was excellent. Everything we had was good. We originally came there from a Taco Tuesday advertisement that we seen on Facebook, but I didn't see anything about it when we got there until we were leaving and it was posted right by the door so I was a little disappointed that we didn't get to try tacos but it just gives me a reason to come back.

Solid value and flavors were present but not mind-blowing. The bartender and the ambiance of the joint, however: world class. Service was very personalized for each party and yet still attentive of each persons' needs. We saw a patron (seemed like a regular) arrive in a Burger King costume+mask; that, along with the various posters and flyers on the walls, made it apparent that there is a strong community built around this watering hole. Off the top of my head, I believe they host karaoke and trivia, among other events. From the perspective of a traveler passing through, I would highly recommend this place if you're a local or soon-to-be!
