I love Bonefish Grill and this location is no exception. The service is always amazing. The food is always great! Try their bang bang shrimp, coconut shrimp, and Lily's chicken. read more

At first glance, the menu appeared to be that of a fine dinning-restaurant. Good selection but not too much. Four of us had very different opinions of our meal. Three out of four of us would give this place a 4.5 rating. However I give it three stars. I had the Chilean Sea Bass, au gratin potatoes and green beans, as well as a cup of Lobster Bisque. My soup was room temperature, green beans were unseasoned, au gratin potatoes looked as though they were from a box, taste was pretty much the same. The saddest was the Sea Bass. It was a beautiful filet of Fish, however it had no flavor and it To was unseasoned, boring and flavorless. ( I have eaten Sea Bass in the finest of Restaurants all over the Country). Service was mediocre. However, again the rest of my party gave 4.5 stars. I will definitely eat Sea Bass in another restaurant where the Chef knows how to properly season a meal. And food gets to the table hot. read more

Eh, food is okay, but nothing special. Drinks are better than the food, but very expensive. Service is fine, but again, nothing special. I'd say you're getting average food, average service, and paying high prices. I joined the rewards program and after I cash in my rewards I'll probably stop coming here. Just nothing special to draw me back. read more

Bonefish does not make the slightest effort to accommodate vegetarians. Their seafood may be great, but if there's a vegetarian in your dinner party, everyone's pleasure is going to be tempered by the fact that at least one person is having a lousy dinner. There is not one vegetarian dish on the menu. The only option other than a couple of sides is the $16.30 pad Thai with the shrimp left off. Both times I have been to Bonefish, the pad Thai was awful because it had been cooked hours or days before and warmed over ... and over ... and over. I'm not a foodie or a restaurant snob, but the next time friends suggest Bonefish, I'm going to put my foot down and insist on an alternative that hasn't proven that it doesn't want my business or goodwill. read more

We went for our kiddo's 13th birthday as he wanted mussels. He was not disappointed. The service was quite good, the food tasted good and there wasn't a long wait. My 13yo was quite happy for the box of chocolates, Thanks Bonefish Grill! read more

It was a busy Saturday night. Server was not personable and wanted to take care of us but felt like forced. The food was average for sure but the price was definitely in the upscale range. Nothing made me want to go back or invite others to go either. 80 dollars could easily go elsewhere. read more

. A little story. I left my credit card in the billfold And remember that the next day. I waited till I opened and called ahead as it was a 35 minute ride. The lady said she had found my card and I was on my way. It seems that there were 2 people the left their card in the must have given my card to somebody else. There is no way they could have done that if they had checked drivers license. So yes it was my fault but I then had to cancel everything related to that credit card. The meal was wonderful and Our families had a great time period I just wish the staff was a little bit more attentive before sending me on a goose Chase. We will probably still go there again but with a great deal of caution read more

Perfect! The food, the service and everything in between. I'm a very hard guy to please and extremely picky, this place was recommended by my father-in-law in a visit and everything was just sheerly excellent. read more

Got a $100 gift card to here from my real estate agent. My wife and I sampled almost every happy hour item on the menu. The sliders were burnt and way over salted. The calamari was tasteless and rubbery. The potato balls were ok but way over deep fried. The mussels were also ok but the broth was too sweet and just didn't pair well. The bang bang shrimp was mushy and looked nothing like the picture. The drinks were very good. In hind site, we should have just had cocktails and skipped the food. Sorry Bonefish, we probably won't be back! read more

Had the special combo of fish, scallops, and shrimp. It was fabulous. The batter was perfect....not too thick, not too thin. Unfortunately, this was a Lenten special that ended on March 30....I think it would do well as a regular menu selection. The place was very busy, but the service was excellent and the food was delivered very quickly. read more

Went here for first time last night. Got there at 6:30 and waited over an hour for a table. Split the mixed grill and it was good - mango salsa had a nice flavor and was probably my fav sauce out of the 4. Bread w/ olive oil and pesto that arrives at each table is a nice start as well. Fish was slightly overcooked - about 2 min less cooking time would have been perfect. Ordered asparagus and garlic mash potatoes - stalks on the asparagus were huge - put 2 pens side-by-side and that's about the thickness. The stand-out was the Ahi tuna - probably the best I've ever had. Drizzled along the side of the dish was a slightly spicy sauce - everything about the dish was great. read more

This place was amazing! Make reservations to make sure you have a spot. Walk in's we're walking out because of the wait. My steak was cooked to perfection! We ordered a lot of food and it was all yummy and came in a timely fashion. The only reason for the four out of five stars was our friends steak ( I ordered my steak medium and he ordered medium well ) his steak was charred on the outside and not evenly cooked on the inside. Some spots were extremely rare and other spot over done. The waiter explained about the grill and how it cooks but our friend was hungry so he just ate it. Over all thought we thoroughly enjoyed our visit! read more

Terrible service. Nothing special about their fish choices. Ordered Cobia, but server informed our table they were out. When I said that would have been helpful to know before ordering, the server snapped at me and was rude the rest of dinner. No drink refills. Cold broccoli. Overdone fish tasted as though I could've made it at home. Restaurant was not busy, which did not use to be the case. Going downhill and others have taken notice perhaps? No manager came by to ask how everything was. Staff seemed angry and huddled around talking to each other. Pretty sure I will not be returning. Birthday dinner was not acceptable. Don't waste your time and money. Awful. read more

Stopped for lunch last weekend and the food made both of us sick. The menu is overpriced - $19 for a fish sandwich and fries. The ledge between the bar tables and the restaurant was very dusty, as well as the decorations. We used to enjoy dinner once a month at Bonefish but it has gone downhill. I can make a much better fish sandwich at home. We will not return. read more

This place is one of you favorite places to eat when we come down to the Front Range from the Rockies. The food is always great as is the service which completes the meal. While they have a full menu I especially loves their seafood dishes and almost always start with the Bang Band Shrimp. read more

I love this location. The staff was very welcoming, and very helpful. I wasn't particularly fond of the dish that I received and they were really sweet about offering me a salad, and a different meal ofMy choice. I would definitely revisit, however I visited at around five in around 6 o'clock it became really busy with about a 30 to 45 minute wait. make sure to make a reservation if you're planning on going around this time otherwise definitely great read more

One of my favorite seafood places!!! Bang bang shrimp tacos is the bomb!!!! May be costly but worth it!! read more

Extremely disappointed. I drove 250 miles today to take my mom to her birthday dinner at the Bonefish. I called and confirmed my reservation AND our booth, due to mobility issues that we required. After driving 5 hours in the snow today to get to Johnstown, we arrived to find that they DID NOT have our table, so they shoved us in the smallest table in the restaurant, right next to a crying baby, bag of diapers and two children whaling on their iPads. We explained to the host that we had a booth reserved, and they not only did not accommodate but they had no idea how to handle it. To further my frustration, I spoke with the MOD when I left and she ignored what I said and began blaming "corporate" for not allowing them to make changes in their dining room. This has NOTHING to do with them confirming our situation then not being able to follow through with what they confirmed. We have usually had a good experience here, but we will not be returning unless someone from management reaches out to help resolve this horrible experience. read more

Went here tonight for my birthday....should have stayed with my standby place (4th street chophouse) Our server was much less attentive to us than the table next to us. She never explained the dinner specials...we actually heard them from the server that had the table next to us. Had to ask for sweet and low 3 times for my tea. She forgot to add the lobster thermidor to our steak...was up charged for the lobster that we never received. The potatoes were proportioned for a child and the asparagus were sparse as well. $28 bucks for a tenderloin is ridiculous for what was served (a bland over cooked tenderloin) Server took our cash and said she would be back with the change....$15 from our $100. Waited over 20 min and nothing. Fuck this place. It's a complete joke. Even called the manager to complain and all they offered was a free desert card for our next visit. Hell, it was my birthday! Most respectable restaurants will comp a desert for your "special" day. We arrived @ 7:00pm and got out of there around 9:00pm. Yes, it's that slow for a chain restaurant. Fine dining this is not. Noble Sysco, run of the mill food served by idiots! Suffice it to say, we'll be back to the 4th street chop house instead of this shit hole! Oh, and don't even bother ordering the oysters on the half shell. Complete joke! They were the size of little neck clams. Total rip off @ the $$ they charge. read more

This bonefish location is better than the Westminster one as far as quality. I still feel the dishes are dull and overpriced.

I've been wanting to sample the Bonefish Grill chain for a while now. Tonight, I finally got my chance! The place was really busy. I spotted 3 open chairs at the bar and grabbed them for my parents and I. We decided that instead of waiting for a table, we'd just eat at the bar. The bartender was very friendly. At first, she took very good care of us. We all got salads. I got the house salad which was pretty good, but nothing spectacular, however, the fresh bread and olive oil pesto dip was great! I ordered one of the specials, which was Icelandic Wolf Fish (I think that's what it was called). It was served with wild rock shrimp and the menu described a lemon, garlic and wine sauce on top. It sounded fantastic when I read the description. However, the plate that was placed in front of me appeared as a brown glob that was drenched in butter. I couldn't tell where the potatoes started and the fish ended without just digging in and taking bites. This was also partially to blame on the extremely dim lighting. The presentation was awful. It didn't look appealing at all. The fish was cooked nicely, however it was drenched in so much butter that it killed the dish (not to mention made my stomach upset later in the evening!) and it made what should have been a light piece of fish, a heavy piece of mediocrity. My iced tea had been empty for quite a while when I started eating and was very low when our food arrived. Out of the three people that brought our food to our table, not a single one offered me a refill or even made note that my drink was nearly empty. Our bartender / waitress was nowhere to be seen. When she finally re-appeared, I tried to get her attention but I don't think she heard me. She spent so long chatting up a couple further down the bar that I actually stopped eating because I was so thirsty and started to stare at her and try to get her attention. I finally did get my iced tea, but it was really a downer that I went thirsty for so long. The other members of my party weren't very satisfied with their meals either. My father had the grouper and he said it was overcooked and dry. My mother had the corn and lump crab bisque and said it way too sweet and tasted odd for a soup like that. At least I got to scratch this place off of my list. My father said he's never eating here again. I don't think I'll be back either. read more

I've never had a bad experience here. Always great food (my favorite is the Chilean Sea Bass with the Chimichurri (sp?) rub). Fantastic wine list, great service. The Bang Bang Shrimp to start with and the Creme Brulee to finish. read more

Did I just order off the kids menu? They have very small proportions. So unless your on a diet I'd go somewhere else

A slow server, mediocre food and presentation. I would not go out of my way to eat here.

This the second time I've had a negative experience at Bonefish. We ordered a hamburger for takeout along with several other meals. We get home only to find the hamburger cooked so well done we couldn't cut it. It was like a black crusty hockey puck. We called and took it back. The girl who seats you apologized and went to get the replacement. I could see the manager in the kitchen. He didn't come out, no apologies, no offer dessert or gift card. Just a $12 hamburger I drove twice to get. read more

In my experience I've never had better service anywhere. The staff was very friendly, upbeat and efficient. Whoever does the hiring - kudos to you! You know when the table conversation is directed to how good everything is that you're having one of those awesome experiences. All our personal requests to the waitress were met with a smile and pleasant conversation. We even joked around with her and what a sweetheart! Now the food...I had the Imperial Longfin Talapia and my company had the Rainbow Trout with Lemon Butter. Our appetizer was Bang Bang Shrimp per recommendation of another Yelper. All our sides were spectacular and I'm really looking forward to going back for more. Fantastic meal and I would definitely recommend. There's a reason this place is busy with the locals. read more

Dark and disappointing. We were near Centerra so we decided to eat here for change of pace. We usually go into Fort Collins and eat at Fish when we want seafood. We arrived early at 5 on a snowy Sat eve so we were seated immediately. Our service was good from a friendly young woman. The restaurant was very dark and devoid of any real personality. I had the happy hour merlot, which was fine. The bread and dipping sauce was quite good. I had the corn and crab chowder, which was a disappointing thick lumpy goo that tasted like flour. It was almost inedible. My husbands's Cesar salad was plain and ordinary. Our white plates arrived with white fish, white mashed potatoes and white spaghetti squash. It was one of the most unappealing compositions I have ever seen, esp for a restaurant that is supposedly higher end. The potatoes were cold. The orange roughy was very good, however, with a crunchy coating and mild moist fish inside. The talapia imperial was plain and fine. There was truly nothing extraordinary about our food--it was all very flat, colorless and ordinary. There was certainly nothing to justify the prices. Next time we want seafood, we'll drive to Fish for something extraordinary for the same price. read more

We had dinner here last night celebrating my birthday. Come here quite often for celebrations and or just a nice evening dinner. Last night was not a good experience. The waiter had a attitude from the beginning. We had to ask him three times to bring us straws for our drinks and he didn't even bring the correct quantity. Our potstickers came out soft and soggy with no ginger sauce. When we told him that they were not like the usual, he suggested that they are like this when we order them. I have been coming to bonefish regularly for 6 to 7 years. We have never had potstickers that tasted like this. My crabcakes were undercooked. And overall the portions are so small for $120 meal for three people. When you leave dinner hungry after spending that kind of money it makes you think twice. I will not be back. The service from the management to the wait staff is terrible and the portions are ridiculously small for a very steep $ bill. read more

Several months ago we went to Bonefish Grill and we were not very happy .. so we gave it another shot. Our experience this time was fabulous! Loved the waitstaff, and the manager was very attentive. We sat in the bar area and did not have to wait very long to receive great service. We ordered two entrees from the Tuesday night specials menu and we were very very pleased with our wonderfully tasting selections. We enjoyed cod and shrimp and scallops, some delicious warm bread with herbed oil and a glass of Pinot Noir. We will definitely return. read more

Really, more like 3.5 stars. The menu is a combination of upscale, trendy items and established comfort foods. The space is decent and pleasant, although a little dark for my wife (I'll suggest she eat more carrots). Drinks are OK - my Moscow Mule was tasty but weak, while Wifey raved about her 2 martinis. The ribeye was very good, as was my daughters seared ahi, but my chicken Lily seemed a little bland, and was close to undercooked once I got to the middle. Perhaps I'm being unfair, but I compared the Chicken Lily to Carrabba's Chicken Bryan, which is far superior. Bill was more $$$ than $$ as the site would suggest. And our server was subtly trying to hustle us along (C'mon, 30 seconds between taking the appetizer order and asking us for the dinner order?). Overall, it was enjoyable, but for the $$$ I'm not sure I'll go back. read more

This location is just awful as far as service goes.Upon entering at 7:29 we were told max wait was said to be 16min;ended up over 45!

Good ambiance and good service. I ordered the Ahi Tuna with Au Gratin Potatoes and rice. The tuna was a little overcooked and under-seasoned. It wasn't bad but for the price, I was expecting something better. read more

Had dinner service was excellent, atmosphere and food was superb will recommend I WOULD DEFINITELY SAY IT IS A 5 Star!!

Really disappointed. Firstly, we walked in Saturday around noon and almost no one was there. The hostess asked if we wanted to sit in the bar? Um, no. Was I not pretty enough? Ordered single lobster tail entree. Lobster overcooked but I swear everyone in Colorado does this. Green beans were raw. Waitress said they cook them el dente or they turn brown and no one really likes them. Funny, this isn't an issue for any other restaurant I've been to. She brought me slimy wet spinach as a replacement. Will not be back. read more

After reading the yelp reviews, I feel compelled to write. I don't post many reviews, but the food and service at bonefish last night was terrific!! We had company visit from out of town and flew in late so we decided to eat here. None of us had ever been before and were excited to try it. We were seated right away and the hostess said she be back with silverware. We didn't get it until our appetizers came out and I had asked for them to bring some. The waiter had an extremely dry personality and was not personable at all. Apps were good, a bit pricey for what you get. Food wasn't hot and had to be sent back. All they did was put it under the warmer for a few minutes and bring it back out. The flavor of the food was good but I don't like eating barely warm seafood. Probably will not go back, at least for the price and quality of what you get. read more
