This is such a long overdue review! I cannot say enough about this place... I have been bringing my dog Jacomo here for about 2 years. I don't know who loves this place more me or him! The staff is so extremely warm and friendly and you know that they genuinely care about each dog that comes in. The comfort I have leaving him there is worth the money (great rates btw!) the the peace of mind knowing he is happy and playing with all the other dogs! We have been bringing our pooch here for a year, for daycare and boarding. We went to a bunch of places before finding this one (LA Dogworks, Fetch etc). We found Bone Sweet Bone way more personable and affordable. I feel like these guys love my dog as much as I do. The downside compared to some other places - our dog often comes home a little stinky. This is obviously understandable - but a little wipe-down on exit would be a nice touch. Also, the opportunity for 24hr pickup has not yet been introduced. But they're working on it! read more

We recently adopted a chihuahua mix who was super timid. We started bringing her here because we live nearby and the place is very cute. Our dog has started to really like it here, she whines when we take her home. This is amazing, she started out a timid dog who would panic when we dropped her off and now she loves it, and its only been a few weeks. I would recommend this place to any dog owner who wants to socialize their doggie. Plus the staff is very sweet and kind to both my dog and my husband and I. We had her groomed while she was at daycare and it was one of her best baths, she has not smelled that good since we adopted her. read more

This is by far the best place to board your dog or take for doggy day care. My sweet pup loves going and is always so excited to greet the employees. Who by the way are the most friendly people and always ask how we are doing. Furthermore, my pup never comes home stinky, like other day care places we have taken him. Took a trip to New Orleans and had to store our pooch. We chose Bone Sweet Bone after sifting through dozens of similar businesses. Glad we did. The staff here is sweet and absolutely seems like they genuinely love dogs. It's clean too! We dropped our super old dog over there and she immediately began to mingle with a bunch of other canines. "Bye mom and dad!" she expressed with a wag of her tail. We returned a week later and picked up our little bundle of ancientness. She was bathed and her nails were cut. Dang, she smelled super good too! BSB even took the time to post our little old lady on their Twitter page. We will definitely have our dog spend more time there during our next vacation. read more

I've been using BSB for a while now for boarding, daycare and grooming. My small dog loves it there and gets so excited every time we pull up. I use them most often for boarding or doggie daycare. Their prices are unbeatable and I know when I drop off my dog he's in great hands- the staff treats the dogs their like their own! This place is great. My husky is very high energy and leaving her alone for 10 hours a day was getting to be too much. She was bored and being destructive. Ever since I started taking her to daycare she's been an angel. She is tired out when I pick her up and even less energetic over the weekend. I bring my dog in at least once a month for a good wash and I have a great experience every time. The staff is friendly and I can literally call the same day and get an appt. This place is super accommodating and convenient. They have a pretty good inventory of accessories and treats. They also carry our brand dog food which is Fromm. Not to mention the products they use smell really good and stays a good few days on my dog's coat. They are also flexible with picking up your dog. Love this place! read more

This place is great! I have been taking my dog there for over a year now and she loves it. She doesn't usually like people but she has bonded so well with the workers there which gives me hope she will like other people as well. Every time I pick her up she is exhausted from playing and sleeps the rest of the night. The work staff there is friendly, nice and always gives me an update on her whenever I call. I definitly recommend this place! My little rescue chihuahua loved it, since she does not like to be in the cage, this is a place for her ! Unfortunatly me and my partner are going on lots of trips, so we can't afford to use them all the time, but one good thing is they are open until 8 pm and they do not set the time for pickup for you like most places, and as long as you get there before 8 pm there is no extra charge so it is convenient for sure. Oh one more thing I spoke over the phone and in person with 3 different people and they were all friendly and nice, clean place too! read more

Not only do I love this place and the staff but more importantly my dog LOVES it here and all the staff. My dog is about a year old and gets scared with people but after about a week or so here he gets excited to see all of his friends! We do day care and grooming here - great job all around. The staff is so friendly and knows him by name. I remember being so nervous for the first week of daycare because my dog had recently recovered from an injury and was still limping a little - I thought for sure he would re-injury himself which was not the case at all! The staff takes great care of him and the groomers never give him a bad haircut. So grateful for everyone here. read more

We've been taking our two dogs here for a few years and they've done a great job. They are so nice and friendly. Just great. Only problem I had were my last 3 trips here. Make sure you get a receipt and make sure it's itemized because they over charge you. It's actually only one person who does this...forgot her name. But she looked new. The situation was my fiancée dropped the boys off in the morning and I picked them up after work. When I pick them up they tell me how much it costs, I give them my credit card, signed, leave. I am pretty trustworthy so I didn't bother asking what I'm being charged. My mistake. She ended up charging me for things they never did. So I was pretty annoyed. But it was partly my fault because I should have doubled checked with my fiancée. So just make sure you are being charged the right amount. Other then that the place is awesome. read more

I had been bringing my dogs for day care for several years with no incidents. Unfortunately there was an incident recently and we will not be returning. Overall the staff is very nice but it is uncertain how well trained their "handlers" actually are / how exhaustive their internal training program actually is. They also do not allow access to any kind of video in case something does happen. Or if you just want to have a quick look to check in on your pup. Grooming services are ok, there are better options but there are certainly worse options as well. read more

Our pup, Lia, is a picky girl, and if she likes Bone Sweet Bone, then so do we. In fact, she's like the kid who leaves their Mom without hesitation, going to kindergarten, barely saying goodbye. As much as I wish she'd miss me more, it's nice to know I can leave her somewhere she likes being. We've left her for daycare ($16 for 6 hours, $23 for 12 hours) and overnight ($43 for 24 hours). And she's gotten her nails trimmed and a vaccination done too, all reasonably priced and convenient for us. So happy to have Bone Sweet Bone's as my girl's home away from home! read more

Love this place!! Santiago and his team are fabulous taking care of my "pair o poms" Trippy and Angel Cakes! They always go in looking tore up and straggly but come out looking like a couple of powder puffs!! Smelling amazing and soft as silk!! My dog is 9lbs and has been going here for years. He also has been groomed here and loves all the ladies that work there.

This is where our puppy obedience training holds their weekly classes, otherwise I wouldn't have stopped here. So glad I did! They literally have everything and so much cheaper than the pet chain stores. Dog treats: gluten free and well made for 4.99, bones for 2.99 clickers for 2.99. Really good quality leashes for 12 bucks. They only carry five star rated dog food, all made by local organic farmers for 14 bucks. They even have led leashes and collars for 16, and they are rechargeable. Every time I go in, I buy something. I'm quickly becoming one of those crazy dog owners with a spoiled brat, but this place helps me save. read more

I take my mini goldendoodle here for grooming. I am pretty picky about how she is cut and no one else has ever done it correctly. To ensure that they cut her face correctly, they brought her out to me to make sure that she was groomed to my liking. Decent prices and amazing customer service! I have also used them once for Doggy Day Care. They are strict with vet records, which gave me peace of mind. I took my dog here for overnight care and when I went to pick her up there were cuts all over her from another dog attacking her. No one called me to let me know, they just told me when I arrived to pick her up that it just happened and that they broke it up right away. They also tried to say it wasn't bad and that the vet tech checked her and there were only two "scratches". I immediately took her to the vet where the vet found several more. She told me that I should submit the bill to them because they were clearly negligent. When I e-mailed all the information I received no response, no we apologize...NOTHING. They do not care for you pets. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT YOUR PET TO BE IN GOOD CARE. read more
