Tiffany was very helpful and knowledgeable, she took the time to help me pick out a food and explained the benefits of certain products to help my dog eat healthier (my dog is having issues with her stomach). I was worried because my dog is very picky but the fact that you can let your dog try it and return or exchange the food if it wasn't satisfactory is great too. Great location (at least for me), my dog's vet Modern Animal is a few doors down and plenty of restaurants/shops around if you needed to wait for your pet.

My Pup and I are obsessed with this place, he just had he's first grooming, the process was easy and the staff was super friendly. I was referred to Amanda by my sister who brings her doodle here and let me tell you. The drive to this location is absolutely worth it, so far everywhere we've gone out to I get stopped and asked who his groomer is. Thanks Amanda!

A big shout out to the Healthy Spot team! Employees here are always friendly and helpful, and they're all extremely kind to my pug, who demands a lot of attention when I bring him in. Healthy Spot carries good food, low calorie treats (pug is on a weight loss program), and good chews. Ziwi venison half-shanks are hard to find, but Healthy Spot has them, and they last for months. A big shout out to Jessica in grooming. She's skilled, kind, hardworking, and great with dogs. Another shout out to Gerardo, who always has a smile. Healthy Spot helps to keep my pug healthy, and the personalized attention is much appreciated!

Was looking for a dog bakery to pick up some treats for a friend's fur baby. Found this wonderful display of dog treats (and ingredients list) on the cashier island. Cashier bagged up each treat in clear plastic bag. Just tie a ribbon around the bag and it's ready to gift!

Love taking my dog Hamburger to get bathed by Maddie! Hamburger always comes back looking fresh and clean! Maddie does a great nail grind with Hammy, and his nails come back looking awesome! I also love using their day care facility to give my dog, Hamburger, some play time! The day care staff are super attentive and give great updates. We love coming here

Polaroids the daycare team sent home - loved getting these!

I came to this Healthy Spot for small dog daycare. Sadly, my dog outgrew the size requirements/weight limit, but she loved her time there. Every day she would bust into the store doors excited for daycare, and I could tell from the pics the team sent home that she had a ton of fun with the other dogs. The team was a godsend - letting me know if they noticed behavior or symptoms that might require a vet visit, reminding me of upcoming vaccinations coming due, etc. I always felt so comfortable leaving my dog here, and I have a hard time trusting her with just anyone. The daycare has great cleaning protocols, safety protocols, and communication. Thanks, Healthy Spot team!

After Thank you, Nancy!!!

This HS location and crew are lifesavers!! Hands down best customer service I've ever experienced compared to different locations. Plus, Nancy is the BEST!! I recently took my cocker to her first ever groom at the Beverly Grove location (she always had a mobile groomer) and we did not get the cut we were looking for after showing pictures and explaining . I felt really bad asking if they can take her back and trim the sideburns the groomer left on and if they could smooth out her head and ears. Needless to say, they hand trimmed and did not smooth out the head or ears the second time around. So, thankfully HS Studio City came to the rescue for some fixing. Not only did they make time for us but they were so present. Nancy made her look like a proper cocker. The vibe, the energy, and the attitudes were positive and so different in Studio City too. Everyone was SO friendly and laughing and having a good time. I loved that. It didn't feel forced, fake or super awkward and weird. Working with pups should be fun! As a fly on the wall I loved that my pup was in a wholesome, fun, positive and happy environment. Customers can definitely tell when something's off and so can pups. She was behaving and letting Nancy groom her on the other side of the glass. Thank you Nancy and Studio City so so much again!!

Where did Adan go? This is heartbreaking!

My question is for the dog daycare. Is the 30 pound weight limit flexible at all? I have a pug who is large for the breed (he needs to lose a little weight!) and is just over 30 pounds.

Hey Rayna! Thank you for reaching out. How much does your pup weigh? Depending on that and your pup's temperament, we can determine if our small dog daycare is right for him.… Read more

They keep me informed of any situations that might pop up. They provide grooming on the facility as well as a non-anesthetic dental service by appointment that comes to the facility which is a big plus. I truly love that my pups loves the staff and coming to BSB daycare weekly. I have referred many friends to this facility and they are also very happy to have a safe place for their pets. Will not be returning to this establishment…read more My husband called on Saturday (5/2/26) to ask if they accepted walk-ins, as we recently moved to the area and were looking for a new groomer for our dog. The receptionist told us to come in right away since we were only a few minutes away. When we arrived, the same receptionist acted as if she had no idea about the call. We had to repeat ourselves, which made the interaction feel awkward and unwelcoming from the start. Instead of greeting us warmly, she seemed dismissive and inconvenienced. Things got worse when our dog was taken to the back. She is a small dog (under 20 lbs) and naturally a bit anxious, which we communicated. Rather than handling her with care, the staff member repeatedly pulled her by the leash when she hesitated, which clearly scared her. No effort was made to comfort her--no treats, no gentle approach, and no attempt to pick her up to help her feel safe. After seeing our dog being handled this way, we immediately asked for her back and left. As feedback to the owner: friendly customer service and gentle handling of animals should be the standard. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

What really stood out was their transparency -- they walked me through the entire adoption process and were upfront about the fees, which I truly appreciated. Wagmor has a wonderful variety of dogs, from puppies to older dogs, so I'm confident anyone can find their perfect furry companion here. To address the complaints I've seen about fees -- I want to reassure anyone on the fence that the fees are actually very reasonable, especially considering the quality of care these animals receive. Yes, some are pure breeds, but they are still rescues, and it's important to go in understanding that they may come with some form of trauma. That's part of opening your heart and home to a rescue. If you're looking to add a four-legged family member to your life, look no further than Wagmor. Stella has already stolen my heart, and I have Wagmor to thank for that!

I debated whether or not to leave a review because I do believe what Wagmor Pets is doing comes…read morefrom a genuine place of wanting to help animals. That said, I feel it's important to share my experience honestly. I started following Wagmor on Instagram after seeing that she had Shih Tzu puppies coming in. We spoke on the phone, and she explained that the puppies were being transported from the Midwest, likely from an Amish breeder. At the time of our conversation, the puppies had not yet arrived and were not physically in her care yet. She sent me photos and explained that she required a $500 deposit to hold a puppy, with the remaining balance bringing the total to $1500. She also stated that if I met the puppy and felt it wasn't the right fit, she would refund the money. I understood wanting a deposit, but before sending payment, I simply asked if we could FaceTime or do a video call once the puppies arrived so I could see the dog in real time. She said that wasn't a problem and she should have them sometime the following day although they may not come in until the middle of the night. She then sent over invoices and asked that I pay them immediately. I explained that I wanted to wait until the next day, after seeing the puppy via FaceTime, before finalizing anything. I never said I didn't want the dog - only that I wanted to see her first. Her response felt abrupt and somewhat snarky, saying " Oh, OK I wouldn't have sent you the invoices then normally we send the invoice and People pay immediately. I'll delete them." I clarified that I assumed the invoices were sent ahead of time so I'd be prepared if everything felt right after seeing the puppy. At that point, she responded saying she would cancel the invoices because she "had someone else interested anyway," and then blocked me on Instagram. The entire interaction felt pretty normal up to that point - very strange and unnecessarily hostile to block me. I understand rescues and adopters both need to protect themselves, but being blocked simply because I hesitated to immediately pay for a dog that hadn't even arrived yet felt extremely unprofessional. Even if that puppy ultimately wasn't the right fit for me, that doesn't mean I wouldn't have adopted another dog through her rescue or supported the organization with donations in the future. I sincerely hope others have a better experience than I did, but unfortunately mine left me disappointed and uncomfortable.
