I've been pleasantly surprised each time I've needed something from the parts department. I always had a negative bias towards dealerships and have assumed stuff at dealerships is automatically going to be expensive. While this may be true for large items like engines, transmissions, alternators, etc., I've had to get some small parts and it's always been less expensive for an OEM toyota part than the generic part at Oreilly's or Advance Auto, plus they have it in stock or nearby so it's actually faster than ordering it online, paying shipping, and waiting a week for it to arrive. I can also buy Toyota WS transmission fluid instead of using an aftermarket "All purpose" ATF that works in everything under the sun for about the same price as the generic stuff. I just recently needed to get a key cut. Local locksmith quoted me 30.00 but Bondy's did it for 10 bucks, plus tax and was able to cut the key off my vehicles VIN, not just copy the used key. The problem of making a copy of a used key is eventually as the key wears down it can trigger the anti-theft system in your car, disabling it. So if you make a copy of a copy, etc. eventually you'll get locked out of your car when it gets worn enough. This happened to my 1998 Pontiac Grand Am because I had only 1 key and I used it so much that it wore the key down and eventually triggered the anti theft system, which basically scrapped the car. Each interaction with Bondy's has been positive and helped fight my negative bias towards dealerships. I know most people only leave reviews when they're pissed at a business, and rarely leave positive feedback when they're happy so I thought I'd help even that out by leaving a positive review when I have something good happen to me. read more

Had an awesome and hassle free experience here at Bondy's Enterprise Toyota. I just moved here and I was in need of a vehicle that could get where I need. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Jose is a super easy going and made the entire experience pleasant. I was able to give him my budget and an idea of what I was looking for, he recommended some things that he had available and it all lined right up. They were even able to help me out on the OTD price and made everything STRESS FREE. I can highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go and ask for Jose!! Mahalo for the help! read more

I got a corolla 2026 on 6/29/2026. I spoke with Mr. "Willie Bogan", a very nice and interactive gentleman. The managers are very kind and welcoming! Within 2 hours I was driving off the lot in my new car! read more

So on Jun 10th at 330pm I go to the service Dept to get a tire patched/replaced and was told since they were open for 30min that they wouldn't do anything other then air the tire up since service Dept employees would work for free if they did anything. Then on Jun 12th go in and talk to the service manager which they basically said since I went to another company because they didn't have the tires available originally that it's my fault for going with a competitor. Most likely will never go to this location ever. Too many issues and even BBB has given them an F rating!! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Not someone you want to do business with. I spent 2 days traveling back and forth to Enterprise for a particular vehicle, a Toyota Highlander Hybrid. On the third day, I received several texts and talked to one of the managers to explain that I needed my husband to see the car prior to purchasing. Numbers had already been crunched. I was told by a manager that I could come get the and take it to my husband's job or they would even do it for me if it wasn't too far away. In less than 2-3 minutes, I get a text from Emma saying "Some is looking at the Highlander just so you know. I will let you know if it gets sold." Then she sends me a picture of the car being checked out by the other customer!! I called back and was sent to Josh; I told him what terrible customer service that was. He was very apologetic and asked if I would give him a few minutes to check into it because that didn't sound right to him either. Within a few minutes, Joe, a sales manager that I had been talking to, called me. He had asked Emma to send me the text. He said that he couldn't promise not to sell it, which I understand, but right after another manager told me they would do whatever to let my husband see it in order to get me in the car. Well, that customer didn't buy it, so they start calling and texting me that the car is available. Ummm, nope! The disrespect and lack of professionalism today from Emma and Joe far exceed any I've EVER experienced or witnessed. I have bought from you before, but NEVER again. read more

I brought something up to the GM to be aware of and he was rude and hung up on me. I recently just bought a car from them. If you want rude service and pay more than what your car is actually worth, this is the place for you. read more

One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had !!! Shannon Slatky the internet sales manager was awesome. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. Seen a jeep for sale and inquired about it on Facebook seller stated the asking price of 24,500 was correct I told him if I wanted it can we work out a cash price drove 18 miles to be lied to first of all the jeep had many electronic issues the battery was also dead because of faulty wiring to the battery also the head manager is such a liar and scum bag he he wanted me to pay him more than what it was worth with all the issues it had a bad right wheel drum faulty wiring and seatbelt alert would not go off. I told him I give him 22k he said no the asking price or 27k if he fixes the problems the ad said the vehicle had no damage or issues I don't recommend this place for anyone I told them they deserve to be slapped for waisted time and gas driving here didn't say I was going to do it. He got on the phone like a girl and call the police and said I refused to leave another lie. No wonder they got a 3 star rating. Don't waste your time here getting a vehicle. They suck. And they step on each other just to get a sale. No ethics here at this dealership. What ever you do don't buy here it's robbery so make sure you look good if you do. read more

Service department is BAD!!! Do not come and do not doing any service with them even oil change. I will go to Toyota of Dothan.

Took my car in for an oil change, had a coupon for 29.95. They tried to get me to replace spark plugs $215, and also brake service. I declined. After an almost TWO hour wait she returned with my bill. They had rotated and balances my brand new tires that I had purchased elsewhere. She insisted that she asked me???? If she had I would have told her my new tires didn't have 500 miles on them, and I receive free balance and rotation from the business I purchased them from. Why would I pay for that??? $50 wasted and my time WASTED! I can't believe I went back there read more

Excellent team, very helpful. The vehicle I bought was the easiest car buying experience of my life. Can't say enough good things about this friendly, professional staff! Whalen is the best car salesman I have ever delt with. read more

We were shopping around for a new car and stumbled across Bondy's. The whole team stuck beside us through the entire process and never once pressured us into a vehicle , yet answered all of our questions. I was running behind at work on the official day of my test drive and the entire team stayed late to greet us and we're so kind to my whole family. A special thanks to our sales guy Keon who had to drive back to the lot AGAIN because we left our house key in our trade -in ! A huge shout out to these guys for being so kind , honest and helpful! 5 stars all around ! read more

Don't bother getting your oil changed here. It's twice as expensive as other places, you have to leave your car for hours, and they always pressure you into up sales. And beware if you are female, they'll treat you like you have no clue and try to "mansplain" things to you. So hideously funny, but sad at the same time. read more

I recently lost my car due to Hurricane Micheal. I was looking around to purchase a new or used vehicle. My brother suggested since we were in Dothan to ride to Enterprise to look for a replacement. We pulled up and parked. My salesman, Calvin, was very friendly and attentive to us. He did not pressure me into making a decision on purchasing a vehicle. I feel in love with the vehicle he showed me in my price range. I bought it and now that's one less thing i have to worry about as my life gets back to normal! Thanks Bondys and thanks Calvin!! read more

I went here car shopping with my wife, we were greeted in the parking lot by a salesman named Chris. He was personable and informative, I never felt pressured or rushed to buy anything. We looked at every Camry on the lot, spent time asking questions, Chris was incredibly patient and professional. I highly recommend him if you are thinking of getting a Toyota, the most reliable cars on the road. read more

We are long time renters of Enterprise but after this time we will not be renting again. We reserved a luxury rental from the Enterprise at Autonation Toyota. We were in formed they did not have any. The next best car they had was a base model Infiniti Q50. We took the car but the proceeded to charge us for the luxury rental and this vehicle is clearly not a luxury vehicle. This is disgusting that a company would take advantage of customers to make a few extra dollars than adjust the rental price to the correct price. We will not be come back to rent from Enterprise. read more

Don't bother with them. They tried to low ball my Nismo on trade in. They tried to sell a Subaru Wrx with a check engine light lol. I mean the guy thought the car was super charged... I know more than these sales man. Bad place to go. read more

They killed my battery by leaving the doors open all night and after thousands of dollars of work being done, I had to haggle with them to replace the battery for a "discounted" price. Instead of using proper courtesies like saying ,"Sir" and "Mr." they referred to me as "bud." They weren't timely with their service and seemed to care more about getting money out of me than showing any sort of sympathy or loyalty to a high paying customer. They also weren't able to answer specific questions as to what exactly was wrong with the vehicle. I won't be returning. read more

Typical car salesman crooks. Go here if you desire to get ripped off on price (check the area) and if you want to have them play games when all you want is a damn price! That marked the vehicle up 1000 so they could make me a deal and mark it down 1000. Same car avail for 1500 less list price. read more

HORRIBLE. SERVICE. Take your vehicle else where. Went to get an oil change and inspection and it's taken almost 5 hours. Maybe because their technicians are too busy sitting on a pile of tires on their phones. Their rude, they treat you like you're stupid. WILL NOT BE BACK. read more

Bondy's Enterprise Toyota was the best Toyota dealership that we checked out. The environment is so down to earth and everyone is very friendly to give customers the best deal for their wants. James (JT) and Seana were so patient with us and worked together to give us the BEST deal and the perfect vehicle that satisfied and exceeded all of our wants in a new car. If you are looking for a new car ask for JT! Thanks Bondy's Toyota! read more

I've been buying cars for 20 years and this is probably the best experience I have had. I dealt with Seana over the phone from a different state, then Mike when I arrived. Set up the deal before I ever entered the state to assure I didn't drive the distance for nothing. It was so nice just walking in to a dealership and signing and seeing the positive side, enjoying the purchase of my new truck, instead of worrying about the deal and finances and everything else. Best experience I've had at 36yo. If you are looking for feedback or a recommendation, here is mine. Do yourself a favor and go here. You'll thank me. read more

Don't purchase a vehicle from here, or waste your time with their mechanics. After bringing my car to be serviced and numerous 'guesses' on how to 'diagnose it' (costing me hundreds almost thousands of dollars). Yes, they are ridiculous on trade-in value, and I should've had another mechanic look at it. *note: they sold my 'broken' vehicle a month after I traded it. I ended up buying a new car from here and I've had non-stop issues with their service department. I brought my car in for detailing and the technicians took my car on a 10 mile 'Joy' ride. The managers won't take responsibility for their technician taking my car for a joy ride. I have also brought this brand new vehicle in for tire balance issues when it had 1,100 miles on the vehicle, they won't honor the warranty. They'll tell you a number of useless excuses like it's the tire tread is more aggressive, there's a flat spot on the tire from it sitting in our lot for so long, or you're just not use to driving the suv with these types of struts. They will make you feel like you're mechanically illiterate to an issue on the vehicle to avoid servicing the vehicle. Either way, there is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE to someone who purchases a vehicle from here, it's completely lacking and non-existent towards someone who paid $32+k for a vehicle. I've learned my lesson and I'll stick with purchasing and servicing my car in Dothan. Dothan sold my friend the same vehicle I bought for $2k less than Enterprise. Save yourself some money and drive to Dothan. They'll definitely treat you better than Enterprise Toyota. read more

We bought a Camry 2 months ago. We worked with Jimmy Bell the best salesman they have. Pleasant experience .

Don't go to this dealership unless you want to pay full price for a car and get the lowest price for your trade in. The general manager is a joke , he laughs at all your complaints. I tried posting my experience on their website but they would not post it. Big Ted said they reserve the right to choose what posts can go on their website and if they don' the like what you say they just ignore it. Some way to do business huh? Don't bother contacting Toyota either because Big Ted said they're an Inependent dealer. I was supposed to receive a $200.00 referral for buying a car for me and my wife. but I was told by Big Ted that the salesman would buy me lunch. I told big Ted that I would buy him lunch but at the time I only had 200.00 which wouldn' have been enough for all the big macs that Big Ted would eat.Stephen Green Dothan Al read more

TERRIBLE DEALER TO DEAL WITH. My car broke down and was towed to Bondy's Toyota. At the time it was towed my car was starting. After speaking with the representative in service I was told that the problem was the water pump. Paid $600.00 for a water pump, (outrageously high price) then when I went to the dealer my car would not start. It was left on their lot with the doors unlocked and I was told I needed an engine. I paid them the $600.00 just so I could get my car back and off of their lot. Decided to have the car towed back to West Palm Beach Florida (where I live) and had my mechanic look at to. He told me that I needed an engine and a radiator and the only way my radiator could have had a crack from one end to the next is if someone drove my car hot at a high rate of speed. The only place that had my car was Bondy, so they blew my engine and cracked my radiator. Now I need a new motor and radiator. The only reason my car went to them is because I broke down pass Dothan and was too far away from the dealership in Montgomery that I had used prior and had great service. I would not recommend anyone using Bondy's service department. They are high priced and won't even give you any paperwork on test they performed, only want to give you a printed bill. read more

I wish I could give Bondy's Toyota in Enterprise 0 stars but it wont let me. By far the worst car dealership in the south and I've dealt with a lot of them. They saw where I was getting quotes for a new Tacoma and gave me a call and I told them how much other dealerships quoted me and I told them I was over a hour a way and they promise me if I drove there they would make it worth the trip. Let's just say I should send them a bill because when I got there they thought they had a sell and that was not the case, They jacked the price on me $6k over MSRP!!!!!!! I still cant believe it but I went to Dothan and got a deal........ yeah the deal they said I couldn't get.
