I had never bought a used…read morecar before so I was a bit nervous but Angel and Tim assured me they could get me financing and find the perfect car for me in their lot. Well Angel worked on the financing Tim brought me out to the lot to show me the cars we settled on a Nissan versa and Angel already had the financing ready to go I was very happy with the service and Angel went out of her way to make sure that I could leave with the car that day. Being new to town she explain how the car goes through a multi-point review by their mechanics to ensure that everything is working properly I met the mechanic and liked him so much that I plan on using him should anything go wrong in the future as it is a used car with 104,000 miles on it. So it was a win-win for me I found a used car dealer I can trust and use again and the new mechanic in the area should I ever need one thank you Dothan Luxury Motors.

I am 60 - have owned several cars and have dealt with many auto service places. When I needed a "new" car, I bought a Honda - mainly so I could continue using their service department... really! Also - The 1-star review posted by Jonathon R just IS NOT true! ... I honestly think it is a lie. Click on his name ... he made 2 identical posts for 2 local Honda dealers, and it is impossible both could be true. I think he was angry about something (perhaps both refused his credit?) and falsely contrived the review to "get back at" them. I am confident his review about Jim Skinner is untrue .. I don't personally know the other dealership people. I have reported this to Yelp, but I don't know if they will address it. I think both of his reviews are suspect and should be removed.

Started out needing a Harmonic Balancer, sent to the dealership because the original mechanic was…read moreunable to repair it. While at the dealership, two pumps were "miraculously" needed to be replaced. Now the vehicle is being taken back to the original mechanic who by the way would have found the "damaged" pumps. There is work that has to be.done to correct the "repairs" the were done by your dealership. I would highly advise NO ONE take your car there to have repairs done. They are just looking to spend more of your money than actually being truthful and doing honest work!

I just drove down to Bondy's from Decatur, GA on MLK day to purchase a used car on their lot (and…read moredrove back that same night). Since I originally found the deal on autotrader.com, I had email contact with their customer service reps, Courtney and Anna. Both were helpful, and Anna went through the trouble of talking to the manager to get their final offer price with taxes included to tell me over the phone before I decided to drive down. Chris Prather was the salesman who helped me with the test drive and purchase. Professional, friendly, and knowledgable, he made the buying process very smooth. Because I traded in my old car, I had to wait a while for an appraisal to be done. Everything was done fairly, and out in the open. They go through a carfax report with you, as well as a kelley blue book report so that everyone is clear on where their offer price is and how/why it's relatively reasonable. Growing up in the 80's and 90's, going to car dealerships was always a pain because you felt like you were always being ripped off in one way or another because you couldn't see certain costs incorporated into the final price. It's so much better working with dealers like Bondy's. No nonsense, friendly, open, and relatively efficient. (I did end up spending about 4 hours there). The finance manager was even named Michael L.....same last name pronunciation, but different spelling. :-) If you're buying from out-of-state, make sure you bring your title and registration! :-)

I went in for a simple tire rotation. The staff weren't friendly at all or communicative about…read moreservices. I noticed after my tire rotation that my car drifted slightly to the right so I took it back in for them to check it out. Instead of communicating that they felt my car had no issues, they then performed a service on my car without my consent. when I question staff member Corey Blalock as why they put the tires back to how they were pre-service I was given different reasons. First he said it was because my tires were unevenly worn.( I have a 2025 nissan Sentra that had less than 5,000 miles at the time of service.) Then he stated it was because of the uneven roads of Dothan. When I questioned why they would put them back after I paid for the rotation, he stated they "fixed the problem/complaint I had"(leaving me to believe it was done out of spite because of my "complaint".)Then when I further pushed the issue about it, I was met with a condescending-attitude, with him stating that he could've charged me for a service I was unaware of and how they switched them back for "free" as if they were doing me a favor. He was not helpful at all and I could tell he did not care to fix the issue and I left without the issue being resolved.

She took all our information, got our loan where we had wanted it to be, got top dollar for our trade and the car delivered to the dealer in 24 hours! We didn't have to sit in dealership and wait on this or that! We drove up signed all the paperwork that was printed and ready for us and got our vehicle which had been detailed and ready to go and home by 7pm.(we live an hour and 20 min away)! I would easily go back for our next purchase and can recommend this dealership to anyone in southern Alabama or NW Florida. They know customer service and do it right the first time!

We had to go inside to ask for help, that's fine, but they seemed bothered by us and we're kind of…read morerude. After asking us some questions we were told "uh maybe a Camry or maybe a Kia" as our options to look at, meanwhile the lady there was shaking her head about it. After awkwardly standing there thinking we'd be shown maybe a Camry or maybe a Kia we walked outside to try to look ourselves. No one came out to show us which cars and we had no way of knowing since there were several Camrys and kias. Car shopping is stressful enough so there's no way I'm going to waste my time confused and feeling unwelcome. Very disappointed because there were some nice vehicles and seemed to have good reviews. Must not be too motivated to sell, but we were definitely motivated to buy today.
