When I moved, I moved my contract and put in place preventative termite (all wood destroying) protection -- as I have a wood back patio and shed. It is more economical that way - they are so GREAT. Then about a year later, I had them come by to check what I thought was a pile of a new problem on the golf cart garage - they told me it was dead and to sweep away and how to work that out.
