Between Ms. Emma working the schedule, all the amazing flight instructors that prioritize learning, and the owner, Sherman, making sure all operations run smoothly and safely, you will be taken care of if you choose to fly with this flight school. I honestly cannot write enough praise to express how grateful I am that I was able to fly here. To give some context to my experience, I approached the team at ITP with a challenge to help me finish my private pilot license within a month. I had previous flight experience and had already accomplished my first solo, however, it had been a few years since then. I needed all the applicable training to get back to where I could solo, get all the required cross country time, and the proper aeronautical experience to finally have a checkride. After hearing this, Sherman and Emma booked time slots for the rest of the month and set me up with my CFI, Steffen. Although the weather took out a full week's worth of training, I was able to check during the month timeframe and, most importantly, I got my license accomplished UNDER BUDGET! This is the best flight school that I have ever flown with and if you choose to fly with ITP you will not be disappointed!

That price includes gun and mask rental, 150 paintball rounds, and you can play all day, including come and go privileges. We had some beginners in our group, and Matt was very helpful showing us all how to use the equipment and going over all the expectations for the games. They have appx 3000sf of arena space, and it is divided with mostly plywood walls to create a maze effect. It's currently decorated like a zombie apocalypse, and there are several different hiding spots to keep things interesting. Mat turned the lights down and turned on the fog machine to create extra spooky effects, and will certainly come back here again. One thing worth improving is that one of our 5 rental guns ran out of air very quickly, but Matt was very helpful in getting it aired up a couple times to try to keep the games going. I think we played 6-7 total rounds with our group of 5 people, and it was a blast!!

A family friend recommended this company to me, so I reached out on July 18th to schedule service…read more I was told they would not be able to come until the following week because the truck was being worked on. I completely understood and was willing to wait. However, July 18th came and went, and I was not actually serviced until August 11th. During that time, I was given multiple different dates. I was told Thursday, then Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday. I understood that they might be off on Sunday, so I continued to be patient. I was then told Monday, and we had two services scheduled. I was told they would arrive around 6:30-7:00 PM. They did not show up during that time. Around 9:30 PM, the driver called and said they were ready to head our way. They were about an hour away, and at that point I said no because it was simply too late. These are hard-working men, and I did not feel it was reasonable for them to be out working that late when they should have been home resting. My brother-in-law eventually canceled his service because he had been waiting so long and needed to move forward. We were originally given a price of $400 each for the two services. When my service was completed, I was charged $475. I called to ask why the original price was not being honored, and I was told it was because one of the services had been canceled. When I questioned the price and expressed my frustration with the scheduling, the conversation became very uncomfortable. As a business owner myself, I explained that scheduling is about considering the customer's time as well as the employees' time. After waiting since July 18th and being given several different dates, I felt it was fair to express that I was disappointed with how the scheduling had been handled. Unfortunately, the conversation then became personal and, in my opinion, completely inappropriate. Race was brought into the conversation, including comments about Hispanics receiving "free money" and non-Hispanics not receiving the same benefits. I never brought race into this situation. I was talking about scheduling, communication, and the price I was charged as a paying customer. I also found it unnecessary and intimidating when the conversation turned toward emphasizing that she was American. I am American as well. I am a proud Texan with Mexican roots, born and raised in Texas. Being American does not belong to one race, ethnicity, or skin color. I was also told that my decision to leave a review was about revenge and that I was trying to hurt the business. That is not the case. I have no interest in hurting anyone or seeking revenge. I am simply sharing my experience as a customer. I paid for the service, and I believe I have every right to honestly review the experience I had. I want to be fair and say that I have no personal issue with the workers who came out. I actually felt bad for how hard they were working and specifically tried to be considerate of their time and rest. My issue is with the overall scheduling, communication, unexpected change in pricing, and especially how my concerns were handled when I expressed them. I was very patient and understanding throughout this entire process because I knew they were busy and I wanted to give the company the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, the way the situation ended left me extremely disappointed. I appreciate the workers who eventually completed the service, but based on my overall experience and the way I was spoken to, I will not be using this company again. I hope this review helps other customers understand my experience before deciding whether to use the company.
