AMAZING school. I CANNOT say enough positive things about this school. The owners are involved and…read moreon site. Their background is in education allowing them to be more in tune with developing children, understanding of behavior trends based on age, and engage/make suggestions with parents on questions or concerns. Turnover can be a MAJOR issue at childcare facilities but has not been an issue here. There is diversity among the staff and their attitude suggests that they genuinely want to be there with the kids. Their precautions during Covid were quickly implemented and have been maintained. If anything, they have increased precaution measures in an effort to be as protective of the children and staff as possible. They have also provided suggestions to support at home learning for families that choose to stay home. The activity level is age appropriate and keeps my lil guy engaged and learning. I get a daily report about his day including diaper changes and type of change, how much he ate of snacks and lunch we send, nap times, and learning themes for the week to support the learning at home. I also get pictures of my baby throughout the day/week which show a happy and engaged child. This allows that extra level of reassurance that it's not lip service about his day. As a mom, finding the right provider for childcare can be the hardest and most guilt ridden decision. Goddard Northlake has been understanding of my guilt/anxiety and been so kind and supportive as my role as a mom. I am as comfortable with the care provided by Goddard Northlake as I am having family care for him. May this location have much success and opportunity to provide AMAZING care for many decades.

Since being sold to Premier (corporate), everything has gone downhill fast. The sense of community, respect, and care that once made this place special is completely gone. After our original director -- who was well-liked by families and at least stood up for staff -- left, things fell apart. The interim director has no backbone and seems terrified of corporate, so staff have zero protection or support. Teachers are leaving in droves, parents are pulling their children, and the quality of care has plummeted. The center is consistently short-staffed and out of ratio, leaving too many kids in one room. Potty breaks are delayed for over an hour, and children with fevers aren't sent home promptly, which led to constant illness spreading through classrooms. Staff are punished for calling out sick but also scolded for coming in sick -- it's lose-lose. Even more concerning, there have been multiple state investigations, and every time inspectors come, they leave with several new complaints or open cases. Teachers have even reported other teachers to the state. People are being fired over personal social media posts or unverified rumors, while genuinely unsafe conditions go unchecked. Violent children are not removed or separated, putting both teachers and other students at risk. It got so bad that the school had to send a letter to parents asking them to keep their kids home because there wasn't enough staff to cover classrooms. That says it all. This center is run poorly, managed worse, and absolutely not the safe, nurturing environment it used to be. I would never recommend it to any parent or teacher until there are serious changes in leadership and accountability.

If your serious about the early development of your child and are considering private over public school.... this is your best choice in the area. Nice facility, plenty of bells and whistles, very strong focus on learning. Weekly programs for music, spanish and athletics. We took advantage of onsite haircuts and drycleaning dropoff/pickup. We had issues with some of the teachers a few times and teacher turnover happens but your gonna find that everywhere. Another review mentioned the owners are focused on profit. I never saw that, they are there every day running the school and planning things. When you talk they normally listen. I will say that I do hope they are profitable. I mean this is your child's school... You want them to have the means to provide a good environment and stick around. Tuition is fair, I mean you get what you pay for. We moved from Denton County to Williamson County and the rates down here make GPA look like a bargain. We are paying an extra $45/week now. We will be moving back into the area early next year and we plan to buy a house near the school so our son and his soon to be born little brother can attend GPA. Take that for what its worth. We have also referred a few friends and they all like the school and their kids are still enrolled.

Most of the children in her care have been with her since they were very young (as early as 2 weeks!) so she has a great track record of helping children develop over a long period of time. Our child has been with Zohreh since he was almost 4 months, and we saw growth from him even after the first weekend. We tell Zohreh what we're working on at home and she helps us by reinforcing the practice at daycare (tummy time, rolling over, reaching, etc). Our baby loves watching the other kids play, and we feel comfortable that he's in a safe environment because all the kids are similar in age, up to about 2 1/2 years old. It's nice to have him with kids that are just a bit older so he has a good reference for development. Zohreh sends us pictures throughout the day and gives us a daily report logging feedings, naps, diaper changes, etc. She's told us when he has a rash, scratches himself, so we trust he's in good hands. We're so glad we found Zohreh. Her daycare rates are affordable, and she's flexible with our schedules as well. We'll keep our son with Zohreh as long as possible.

This was my daughter's first experience with daycare, and it's been such a positive experience! All the kids seem happy and calm, which is a testament to the care Zohreh provides. She cooks homemade meals for the kids, and they eat very well! I also love receiving pictures throughout the day so I can see all the fun things my daughter is doing. We're so lucky to have found Zohreh, and we're forever grateful for the love she has provided to our little girl.
