This place is helping us to prepare our children with a Christian world view. The staff is great and very helpful when we call upon them. We chose Andrea after a very in depth discussion over the phone and much prayer! The Lord literally put Andrea in our path to take us all on the journey of a lifetime! We were told it typically takes 1-2 years for a birth mom to match with a family .... It took us 2 weeks!! What an incredible blessing!! And what a blessing to have had Andrea walk us through each and every piece! She is truly a gem on this earth and I became a mama with the Miracle of Adoption of our baby boy! The movers didn't arrive until 5:30 PM, with little to no communication throughout the day. We were left waiting and constantly had to call them ourselves just to get updates. The person answering the phone was minimally helpful and couldn't provide any clear information. Our move was only from a one-bedroom apartment to a two-bedroom apartment just 8 miles up the road. It should not have taken as long as it did, and it certainly shouldn't have cost as much as it did. Overall, the lack of communication, extreme delay, and high cost made this a very frustrating experience. I expected much better service. I hate that we had to leave a 1-Star to post this.
