Phenomenal school with great people!…read more Maintain the core values of raising children to live Christ-like and mold their minds on scripture and prayer daily! While a covenant is in place for the church and its members, there is a guidance to stay within the Christian faith and not deter by worldly "religions" as some have portrayed. I am so grateful for the staff, church, and families of this school and church that are continuing to uphold the values of Christian beliefs and guard our children against the confusion of this world's religions, beliefs, and ideologies. I am so glad Prestonwood Christian Academy North is pouring into my children and raising them to know we live in a world that promotes values against that of what Christ is. Keep building my child to see the fallacy of fleshly living and adhere to the spirit of truth in Christ!

Why there isn't minus( - 5 )Star options in Yelp???This school should not call themselves Christian…read moreschool, should call it Covenant school, cause they don't represent true Christian! They priorities their covenant value over the bible, they advertise themselves in Instagram as a true Christian believer while rejecting kids due to his parents beliefs, they say they welcome you to join them they will help kids to grow up with faith, and helping to equip students to embrace biblical truth, strive for academic excellent...., so I applied for my son, however he is rejected cause they only going to help parents who believe in Jesus Christ, but not other religions. In 2022, I was searching everywhere to enroll my kid for a good preschool, but not able to find one, so I pray to God every day and night to help my son and guide him to a good school to grow with the right value and faith, so right before one month before my due day, his current school called saying he would like to enroll my son and asking me to apply if I am still interested, just like that he started his learning in Christian preschool, and he was loved and taking cared by all teachers there, and he so happy at school every day, which shocked us cause his pandemic baby, we thought he might not able to adapt well too soon, however, he liked the school immediately, and even start teaching us "thank you Jesus for the food" etc, we were so happy and so grateful that he is being taking care of that well....if we are not moving due to our work relocation, I would let him graduate there till highschool, as we as my new born girl...long story short, after reviewing my application, they rejected my kid application because they only support Christian family and parents, and they called me to clarify this is not due to discrimination, it's just how this school is built...all the nice word to cover up that they are not discriminating us! in the end their word does not match up with their value, I haven't finished reading Bible yet, but strongly believe not only Bible or any other religions, the root and core value are embrace, love and support! .... I think this instance showed me not all Christian schools truly Christian based value, some are just using that glorified title to advertise themselves. Lord the watching us, so it's not what we say or what our testimony that matters, or how you act yourself in front of the public, but it's where your heart is, what it stands for , and where your actions, what you do matters even if nobody is watching you! English is my third language, I am an immigrant, so I don't have big or fancy words, I only have words of truth. And this school's actions and core principles are based on rejecting others if their parents are not Christian, instead of embracing and loving! I was so angry this morning when the administration called and let me know that they can't accept my son due to us, his parents are not Christian, so I not able to control my self, I would like to say sorry to her listening to my expression of disappointment and even anger, cause it's not her fault that school system is core value is based on wrong values, which is not Christian! "Everyone who.heard him was amazed" !! Luke 2:47. This is what our kid learned and told us, cause it's from this month learning in his current school! This is how school should be, love and embrace! If you can't stands for true Christian values, change your school title! So in future you're not going to disappoint other families! May Lord bless you and correct you wrong values! May Lord bless my son with better school options like he showed just last year, give him a truly, kindly, loving school with positive and United and patriots environment.

0 STAR REVEIW (My child started here at 7 months, and I…read moreswitched daycares at 15 months.. and I 100% should've done it sooner). Firstly, My daughter has been sick from this daycare since the start of going here. Multiple times a month she would bring something home, which isn't normal at all. I took her to the ER 6 times and she had been sick or gotten a terrible rash 15 times since she started. (A span of 8 months) my daughter had a yeast infection and it was almost fully healed when I dropped her off at daycare. When I picked her up her skin was peeling off and she had blisters. I had to start the process of healing all over again because of their negligence. I asked them to change her every hour and they didn't listen to me. When I asked about it they said they just "didn't log the times they changed her in between". I got calls up to 3 times a week every week because something was wrong, or I needed to come get her, or they would diagnose her with some illness that they're not authorized to even do. I went to the dr. Multiple times because of them not letting her come to daycare due to them self diagnosing her and not letting her come to daycare. On another note, I have picked my daughter up and many times where someone would tell me how they fed her their own personal food for lunch and how much she loved it. THINGS I DID NOT BRING OR AUTHORIZE ...SHARING THEIR FOOD OFF THEIR FORKS TO MY CHILD!!! I also picked her up one time and her teacher asked me if she was allergic to anything.. I said no, why? She continued to explain to me that she had just given my 13 month old a bite of her sonic strawberry milkshake, and didn't think about her being allergic to it until after she gave her a bite. The woman who runs the daycare (Samantha) would tell me how she shared her Chick-fil-A salad with her for lunch... another worker told me how much Scarlett loves pineapple, Olive Garden salad dressing, AND DONUTS. That right there in itself breaks so many codes that this place should honestly be shut down. They also sent her home very dirty every day. They NEVER wiped her face, even when she was sick so many times, I would pick her up with dried snot all over her face. When I had picked her up when they were playing outside she always had dirt all in her fingernails, all over her face.. she had been eating the dirt and sticking wood chips in her mouth. I asked about this and told them to please not let her eat the dirt and wood chips and her teacher replied by saying that "they give them snack outside and sometimes she drops it and picks up dirt and eats that instead." ... I wish I was making this up.. why are they giving toddlers snack outside? They could so easily choke on things so I'm not sure why they're standing up, outside eating their snacks while running around and playing. This daycare is also supposed to take photos everyday of your child, they won't. And when they do submit a photo of them 9 times out of 10 there's a teacher in the background, ignoring the toddlers, on their cellphones. I can't count how many times I picked my daughter up to see both teachers on their cell phones. She would come home everyday exhausted, and very unhappy, I thought it was just because she was tired.. nope. When she started at her new daycare I noticed she's the happiest I've ever seen her, and that lasts until bedtime.. at the other daycare I would pick her up and she was immediately in a terrible mood for the rest of the night. Unfortunately this makes me realize she wasn't treated right..I can't even imagine how she was being treated and I feel awful for sending her here. I've heard them yell at my baby for trying to get something off the counter, and I'm talking yelllll. I should've known to leave then and there but I just didn't and I deeply regret it. She would come home with scratches and bruises and bite marks EVERYDAY!! and apparently every time no one had known what had happened to her. Every time I tried to call or get in contact with the daycare they either didn't answer the phone or when they did it was clear they didn't want to be bothered. And I got the same treatment when and If I had a special request for her... i would be told they would do it for her and then find out they didn't do it at all. I'm really sorry for the long message but parents need to know this before deciding to send their kids to this daycare. It's filthy and the people who work there are negligent and breaks so many codes.. it might be the cheapest option but it's far from the best. We're at a daycare now that is so clean, feeds her three meals a day including snack, and I have access to all the cameras so I can view her at any time of the day now, and they are going to teach her sign language and Spanish. All for $60 more than apex. Please if you care about your babies, look into other options before sending them here.

His research led us to North Texas Sailing School on Lake Ray Hubbard. We took both the Beginning and Intermediate sailing classes together, which meant one Thursday night 3 hour classroom based class and then two weekends on the boats-both weekends included 6 hours on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday-ending with testing on the last Sunday to earn your ASA 101 certification. The classes also included lunch and after sailing drinks on Saturday, but nothing on Sunday. Being Texas in July, we had a variety of sailing conditions over the two weekends, from strong winds to dead calm, although all of it was HOT. The school gives you time on the boats with at least 3 different instructors, so you get to learn different styles/techniques for the same skills. All the instructors were great and it allows for a lot of individual time at the helm, as well as learning by watching others. That said...the boats are 22 foot wooden J22s and they are uncomfortable!! And there is no shade, so had to slather up the sun screen like crazy. The Saturdays made for really long days and I was more than done by the end of them. Not sure how they could have broken it up differently since you need a certain amount of time on the boat, but the 6 hour days were brutal! Once you are certified, you can come back and join the racing on Wednesday nights and/or Alumni sails on Sunday afternoons. I would recommend NTSS, and we might even be taking a Coastal Cruising class with them in the future.

Things went from good to worse depending on the behavior of the girl that would bully her and bully other students. The last time I talked about this to the school principal, she said that we needed to have "grace" for the girl that was a bully. After three years of this going on, that was the expectation. So my daughter could be bullied but the expectation for her was to have "grace" give the bully the "opportunity to learn from it". This knowing that other parents had complained about the same kid for several times. Now, she's at a school that holds the students accountable and has an actual policy against bullying and does not tolerate it.

My daughter attended Archgate for 7 years. When she was in the primary program, our experience was…read moreoverwhelmingly positive. The teachers she had (Mrs. Sherwood and Mrs. Khalid) were very kind, communicative, and involved. We trusted them totally and completely, and felt safe sending our daughter to school every day despite her having multiple severe allergies. Unfortunately, once we transitioned to the elementary level, that level of communication and care declined. We were assured that her next guides would be updated with all the info about her allergies as well as where she was academically. She was assigned to the Redbud classroom, and the guides had no clue of her history. Through the next 3 years we experienced a pattern of forgetfulness, poor communication, and resistance to collaboration. When my daughter entered first grade she was advancing ahead in some areas, and by third grade she was behind, even in subjects she loved and was obsessed with. Myself and a few other parents felt as if our children were not getting individualized care (the whole point of Montessori), and there was a common theme of kids needing help and not receiving it. There were also continuous patterns of the guides not knowing what's going on with our children socially. Which compared to primary care, we didn't even have to ask questions. They knew our children as if they were their own. On top of this, the school identifies as a nut-free school, but it is not enforced once you get to elementary. We had multiple Incidences where my daughter was exposed to life threatening allergens in her own classroom, and the guides seemingly forgot she was allergic. There was no structured process for monitoring food brought in for class celebrations or snacks, and there was zero empathy or acknowledgement in their errors. As a parent of a child with serious allergies, this was incredibly alarming. We enrolled my daughter before they broke ground for the new building. We had a fantastic experience and had excellent communication with all the staff. My opinion is the school has grown too quickly without putting the right systems and oversight in place to support that growth. There appears to be a serious gap in consistency, accountability, and responsiveness... especially in the elementary program. Ultimately, there wasn't much effort in addressing what happened, so we had to make the heartbreaking decision to withdraw our daughter mid-year because we could no longer trust that her safety and emotional well-being would be protected. I share this review not out of anger, but from a deep sense of responsibility to other families, especially those with children who have health concerns. Our hope is that by sharing our experience, the school will reflect and take steps toward improving its standards of care, communication, and follow-through.

My child did both the classroom and drive time with this location. The classroom was as expected, boring but necessary. My child said it was torture but we've all been through the class, it's hard to make it fun. I don't have any complaints about the classroom. It was just as expected. However, we took the classroom a year ago. I wanted to make sure I gave us enough time to get the driving in without feeling stressed. A year was barely enough time. When I say booking drive time is like playing Russian roulette that is being mild about it. I ended up having to set an alarm on my phone to log in RIGHT on time, and hit refresh like I was trying to buy the hottest toy on Santa's wish list. It was ridiculous. You had to be so fast that sometimes it would say booked only to be taken away. I swear there must be 500 people competing for 12 spaces. The lack of care we got when I contacted the driving academy was sad. Almost seemed like they didn't care since they already had my money. This is by far my BIGGEST complaint with this business. Their system is very very broken. Now to touch on the cars and driving instructors. Look, it takes a saint to want to teach teenagers to drive as a job. There's a reason I paid for them to do it. The instructors themselves where great. No complaints from my child. The cars however where in very rough shape. One had a temporary tag and no A/C working. The other we drove rattled and the A/C only worked when they where moving. Obviously they are not keeping up with regular maintenance. If I could go back in time I would have booked with their competitor Maverick in town. We ended up going there for a practice driving test and my child's DMV driving test. Maverick was easy to schedule and office wise a much better experience. I have been told I am not the first to do such. Save yourself the heartache and look into other options.
