I called Ben after having my 3rd septic clog in just three years. Another company suggested that I…read moreneed a completly new system. Ben immediately diagnosed a bellied (sagging) inlet pipe as the problem. Just 6 days later he dug it up, replaced the badly bellied, five foot long PVC inlet pipe and also installed two risers. It now works like it should and he saved me untold THOUSANDS of dollars! He was promp, professional and VERY reasonably priced! Highly recommended!!

I did that and nothing changed. Called Ben back to have him come out unfortunately in freezing temps only to tell me that all was well and that it would be 100 bucks for the service call. Today same problem and now the pressure built up enough to pop the quik cap off of the cleanout and dump sewage into my yard. A text to Ben gets a reply of oh you have a clog going into the first tank just run a garden hose down the clean out pipe toward the tank. Would have been great to have had this diagnosed correctly and fixed last night before it dropped another 8 degrees into the 10's with snow now falling on the ground and 4" to 6" in the forecast for today. Not exactly sure what the service call to my house was for other than a confirmation of his misdiagnosis of the problem and an opportunity to try and collect 100 bucks only to cause additional issues as now in addition to still having the same problem I called about I'm now going to get to thaw where my sprinklers belong as that was never the problem in the first place

He stayed to test the system ensuring the sprinklers, alarm and pump would work when they were supposed to. He was courteous, explained everything and left me feeling like the problem that two other businesses didn't bother addressing or care to address was addressed. My experience with 3 different septic companies is that this is the place to call if you want something done timely and correctly. I say preliminary review only because the work was just completed. I would recommend calling this place at least for an estimate. Thanks: Update: 7/16/20: Victor is a class act. I was having issues that a previous business refused to address. I contacted Victor who came out 2 hours later AS HE STATED HE WOULD. Fixed the problem for me immediately. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having septic issues, needing routine maintenance, fixing other company"s "repairs" or needing a pump. Prompt, courteous, dependable service at a reasonable price. Can't beat that!!! I forgot to mention that my preliminary review repair (as explained above) is still going strong. This issue was from a "repair" made by one of the other "septic professionals" who refused to follow up on his contractual obligations from his warrantied pump replacement.
