I never leave reviews, ever! I'd leave more stars if possible. Anytime I call, I can ask any question & it's answered with honesty not dollar signs. They came out today & turns out we didn't need our tanks pumped. I forget his name but he was honest & full of information that first time septic homeowners need. He could've easily pumped our tanks when not needed & charged us for it all but he took his time, explained EVERYTHING. When we do need our tanks emptied, we will only go to BB PUMPING!! Good people and a good business. The young man they sent out here took good care of us. I am new to the whole conventional septic system thing. The previous owners of our home did not keep up on maintenance and told us they had it pumped just 2 years ago. I was skeptical based on other things that were not disclosed and as it turns out I called just on time. They came out right away and cleaned out our system it was completely full. He took the time to explain a few things and made a few recommendations. All in all good service. Give them a call they are straight forward and what they say is what they charge. We recently had our septic system pumped by B&B - they did a great job. I know this is a topic not often talked about but it is a service that is needed. They had to come back and prime the sprinkler pump and they did all of this in a timely manner with a great team.
