At no point have I given notice that all is good. As for contacting your company I've contacted them several times to get return service as well as make complaints about an ongoing issue as well as lack of communication, even when the person answers the phone and says a manager will call, which in most cases didn't happen. I've had techs say they would call and follow up with no follow up. I've had managers say they do something and then no communication. The point of this, if a person or a company representative says they are going to do something than they should follow through. Communication is vital, even if it's simply to say "we are still working on it". Part of my contention as well is I've paid $100's for a fix, and in all fairness I'll say that I'm told the last service fee will be waived. However, I've paid an outside company to come and spray my yard to help combat these springtails and they've accomplished more in one treatment than Hometeam has all year. This has helped the in some small way with the internal pests. The issue is both outside and inside. If the mass population isn't controlled outside than the inside areas will always be an issue. The TAEXX system that your company uses is supposed to control these creatures before they enter the living space. That was the selling point. It has not worked on these springtails. As an update, yesterday one of the managers finally called and requested pictures. I later sent these pictures yesterday evening. He stated he will contact me in the next few days and that he'd have another option to pursue. We want to use the TAEXX system, and being as tho your the only company that has the service, we are cornered into using your business, for now. I've had several neighbors have similar issues and all of them are using a different service provider and they all claim their problem has been solved. I'm still open to give your business the opportunity to find a solution, but that window is slowly closing the longer it takes. I have a nice master bath that my wife is reluctant to use because she doesn't want to share it with bugs or sit in it after cleaning it for fear of them hoping out of the wall and into the water. There is a solution to these pests, all I've asked is that your representatives do what they say they will do which was follow up, check in like they say they will knowing there's an issue, and continue to find a fix.

I've given the company many chances to get it together but now I'm done.

We've had what we thought was good business relationship. Unfortunately, we decided to cancel our business with them, which is something we really did not want to do. We bought our house new in 1987 and raised our daughter here. We've never had an irrigation system & since my wife is blind and I'm an old man, currently recovering from spinal fusion surgery, it's been a bit challenging watering our small, postage stamp yard. I asked Purple Care if they would give us an estimate for an irrigation system and, again, they were very accommodating. I later asked, via email, if they offered any senior or veteran discounts. There was bit of miscommunication initially, but that was all ironed out. I then told them that we would like to move forward with program. I received no response. I followed up with a second request to move forward with the project. Crickets. I then emailed them asking why they no longer wished to do business with us, CCing several associates within the organization. We were ghosted. I called Purple Care and said we no longer require their services, and when politely asked why, I stated that everything is documented in email correspondence, wished them a good day, said goodbye and hung up. We communicated the expected timeline, but before that timeframe elapsed, the company attempted one phone call and then charged us a $500 cancellation fee. We were disappointed by the lack of flexibility and communication during what was already a stressful situation.
