Sandy at the front desk was wonderful and stayed late after they closed to help us. She has great customer service skills. Rudy did a great job helping us find the best tile for our house. We use him for all of our property management stuff which is pretty straight forward but my wife and I just remodeled our townhome and did most of the work ourselves so scheduling on our part was difficult. We had to move days a few different times and because we were doing tile, laminate and carpet they had to send out a couple crews. They were on it though, even finishing on a Saturday. I had another great experience dealing with bonded carpet. I've been a customer of bonded carpet since 1986. I am very impressed at how great they have always been and how they always exceed my expectations on every project I use them on. Just recently case in point I had and tenant move out of the house I rent out after they had been living there for over five years. Not having any free time or wanting to deal with this in the middle of my busy work schedule, I called a Bonded Carpet and gave them the address in told them the key was under the mat. They went in and figured out exactly what I needed to do in the way of carpeting and floor coverings so that it would last the maximum period of time provide a very quality luxurious look for a house rental. They also just suggested in the bathroom that I down linoleum that looks like stone. This really enhanced the look/value of the rentals appearance. In order to help me make the decision on what materials to use easy Paula did great consulting by providing three different products combinations for me to pick. Looking at the contrast between the three examples made the decision simple and easy and provided no remorse. I normally take a long time to make a decision but I was able to make the decision in five minutes or less. I gave them the order on the spot. They moved very quickly within a few days the house was ready to rent to the next family in Carlsbad. Not gonna waste everyones time with a long review. They seemed a touch green around the gills. Tracked dirty shoes all over the place, that's so rookie to me. Was here for about forty five to just tell me my vents were fabric and he couldn't clean them. Wasted my time and his own. Unplugged my aquarium and all the air bubbles for my fish and unplugged my bunn coffee maker so I had cold coffee the next morning. COLD COFFEE! We are renters and the property management company uses Bonded as their go to company...probably due to their competitive pricing. Bonded has been to my house 3 times now...for the SAME PROBLEM!!!! They also came to hammer down the carpet strip because my four year old cut her foot after they improperly installed the carpet.I have lived in the house for just over two months now. They never come on time...or they just no call/no show. The PM Company has been trying to get them to come to my house for two weeks and they didn't call to make an appointment until the PM company was calling them everyday. Yesterday they called me to make an appointment to do an estimate (remember this will be their fourth time here for this problem) I told them I have an appointment at 915am so the receptionist said my house would be the first appointment and they would be here between 8-9am, no call/no show. I called at 945am and spoke with Heather, same girl that made the appointment, she apologizes takes down my info and says she is going to call the guy (that should have been here at 8) and will call me right back. It is now after 1030am...no call back...no one showed up...nothing. Not only do you not get what you (or in my case the PM) pay for...you don't get anything!!! The worst place to buy carpet. The carpet we purchased for our entire house is now bubbling up everywhere and needs to be stretched. Paid extra to get stain resistant carpet, that was a rip off. During the installation, they broke one of the kitchen tiles and was supposed to replace it and never did or respond to my repeated calls. The carpet and padding was very cheap quality. I wish I just would have went to Home Depot. Customer service sucks...they said someone from Quality Assurance would call me back which I think was just a standard line of BS. BUYER BEWARE...double check what you paid for when they show up and before they install it. read more

Great company! Friendly and professional service-- all the time, every time. I manage a 21 unit apt complex in Hillcrest and they show up when they say they will, offer affordable rates, and heck- they just do QUALITY WORK. If I need new carpet or vinyl flooring installed in one of our units- or just need carpet cleaning- I can always depend on them to do a great job. And they save us a bundle on carpet replacement too since they know what they're doing when it comes to getting stains out and refreshing what originally looked to be worn out carpet. They bring it back to life. Part of what extends the life of the carpet is that they install quality carpet to begin with-- carpet that holds up better with tenants and lasts longer. Can't say enough good about these folks... and p.s: You might want to request "Thomas" if you happen to need carpet cleaning. They assured us we would get the job completed in a day and I have to say the two installers they sent Jr & Memo banged it out even though it took almost 12 hours. We had a minor flood in our apartment last weekend, so our property management contracted out this company to come clean our carpets for us after the flood. +1 star for the quick response time from when they were contracted out to when they contacted us and +1 more for having Saturday appointments. + 1 more star for them being courteous enough to call in the morning to let us know when they were on their way so we could have our house ready to go when they got here. Our representative was Jacob and he was very friendly and professional, definitely the type of person you would want to come work at your residence as he was very mindful!! +2 stars on account of Jacob being very conscientious of the fact we have cats, making sure first thing that they weren't at risk of getting let out of the house during the cleaning process. He was quick and efficient when he came to clean and was sure to focus on the high traffic areas for us. Our carpets came out great!!! My fiance's parents wanted to redo their carpet and I was recommended to contact Bill Mauk of Bonded Carpet by a random general contractor I found on yelp. Apparently, it's crazy expensive to go through a general contractor to buy and get carpet installed. I asked the general contractor who remodeled my bathroom to give me a quote and it was over $1k for ONE tiny room. When Bill came over to give me an estimate it was 1/5th of the cost. He came over with a bunch of different carpet options to choose from and I picked the middle of the line.. He also did a great job on educating me about carpet density, recognizing quality through weight, etc. He told me so much about carpet that when I went to a factory carpet store and started asking them questions, they had no idea what I was talking about lol! Anyway, the price was so good that my fiance's parents ended up doing multiple rooms at 64 square yards in their house and paying around what my general contractor estimated for 17 square yards. Ridiculous how well priced it was! I think it came out to $7 something per square yard. The carpet has been installed for a couple weeks now and we've had no problems. It feels so lush and beautiful. We're really thrilled with the end result. The reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is super minor and has to do with customer service. When we were supposed to get the last measurement of the house done and my fiance's parents were going to double check the sample, the rep never showed up because he forgot lol so we had to reschedule for another day, which was totally fine. Otherwise, he was very easy to get a hold of and was super friendly. I would definitely go through Bonded for my own home if there was ever a need. Highly recommend! read more

Do not use this carpet cleaning service! They gave us a 9-12 window and arrived late, and then did not have appropriate stain remover, even though I specifically told the person I made the appointment with that we needed it. They said the mention of a stain was nowhere in their notes (indicating that I was somehow to blame for their error), but I recounted the conversation I had with the woman with whom I spoke the week before and told them the only reason I called them was for stain removal. After I called and told them I was frustrated that they made me wait for them to arrive for 3 hours, arrived outside the designated window, and then did not have the proper tools to do the job I hired them to do, they said the technician miraculously DID have the stain remover. This seemed highly suspect, so I asked to reschedule to ensure the technician would be sure to have the proper stain remover and for them to make it right. They said they would take $25 off for the stain remover but would not do more than that. I also asked for the supervisor to call me back but s/he did not. I chose to hire another service as I did not trust this company. read more

This is my first review and I've been using Yelp for years, so that should say something (I just created an account to post this). This goes to the management and processes of the company, not the quality or the worker who cleaned my carpet (which were fine). My property owner asked me to use Bonded Carpet and gave me a number. Apparently it was a cell phone number to one of their senior workers or managers. I asked him to arrange an appointment for the following Wednesday morning. He said no problem and asked me to text him the address, date, time, etc. I did within a few minutes. The following Wednesday morning I waited throughout the time window and no one came. I called the cell phone number I had and the same guy answered and said he'd check with the scheduling team and get right back to me. I waited and eventually gave up because I was late for work. An hour later I received a voicemail from a woman that I was now confirmed for the following afternoon. They didn't say anything about what happened to the initial appointment, and I have no clue why they assumed I was available the next afternoon. I called back and made an appointment for the following morning. She also said I'd receive a call 30 minutes prior when the worker was on his way. The next morning (with no advanced call) the worker arrived, walked around, and said, "I'm not sure how I'm going to run hoses from my truck to this apartment; we need a mobile unit." I asked if he had one and he said they'd have to reschedule and come back. We rescheduled again for the following Saturday when they finally did the job. For the record, again they said they'd call 30 minutes prior when the worker was on his way, and again that didn't happen. To the Owner: - Your workers appear to be fine, but your processes and management seem to be horrible. How do your schedulers not know to ask certain questions to know what equipment to bring (my address includes a unit number...)? - I assume the guy who I called on the cell phone doesn't make appointments (or at least shouldn't because it didn't work). How does he not tell me to call an office number? - If an appointment is missed how do you not have a supervisor/manager call to apologize and get things sorted out? A simple carpet cleaning turned into a week-long fiasco, and I had to change my schedule three times. Your company had countless opportunities to at least apologize and make things right and didn't. That speaks to the culture and management/ownership. read more

As most of the other people on this review have wrote..These guys are sloppy and make no effort to clean up or take responsibility for their mistakes. They worked with my property manager to put some new flooring in, they broke most of the base boards and scuffed paint off the walls and tried to put all the old material under the couch to hide it..When I spoke to my property manager they said they would meet my property manager at my home to compensate and fix the problems. They never came out or called the property manager to let him know they wouldn't be able to make it, he waited for more than 1 hour before just walking through my property with out them. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!! You would think that in this kind of economy businesses would emphasize better customer service to have repeat customers, I guess these guys didn't get the memo. read more
