Brad Mills cut our 13 year olds hair today and was AMAZING. Great guy, great service, great conversation. He treated customers who came in with respect and I also liked that he acknowledged the presence of those waiting. Offering beer and also letting a customer use his phone charger. I feel like customer service and just being a nice human in general is hard to come by these days. My partner and I are both ICU nurses and appreciate the care he took and time he spent with our family. 10/10 recommend Brad! Thanks Brad, you made our day! read more

Bond Street Barber Shop - Brad and Finn with his new cut. Hard to see here but we did a cool undercut and took some inches off. - Barbers Near Me - Bend, Oregon

Not big on reviews, but this one earned it. I'm military -- I get a mid skin fade every month. This wasn't a skin fade. There's still hair everywhere and the top looks like a bite got taken out of it. Sign said $40 for a men's cut, he charged me $50. Forty is already pushing it for a basic cut -- doing a bad job and then marking up the price is crazy. Now I get to walk back on base looking like I lost a bet. Cool. read more

Brad did a great job with our son. He took his time and ensured he got the cut he asked for "a low taper fade" and he hooked him up. Brad was very pleasant and my son even asked if he could have his number to talk to him again lol. Great shop and great barber Brad read more

Long wait (30-45 minutes) when I walked in on a Friday morning. Added my name to whiteboard and walked down street to Great Harvest Company for a coffee. Seating inside was full, so I couldn't have waited even if I wanted to. Came back in 40 minutes and they were ready for me. Old School vibe kinda place right on Bond Street. Depending on when you go, street parking will be ok in best case, forget about it in worst case. Weekends closer to the latter. Anyway, got a great clipper cut (what I asked for) with the details of eyebrow trim and straight razor neck shave rounding out my great experience. read more

Brad did a great job and was able to get exactly what i wanted down to a T. Great atmosphere and decent prices!

Always super happy with how much care Nick takes to make sure it's just right. Waiting times are always reasonable.

Fire cut. My head looked like a dick after the cut but after I showered it looked amazing. Great service shout out to my baber for the fade.

Amanda does a phenomenal job and listens to what you are looking for in your haircut. Been a regular for 3 years and will continue to go back to her. read more

This was our third visit to Bond Street Barber Shop and third time with Bradley, but David's first real haircut! As always Brad was incredible and so patient with both my boys. Caleb skipped the design this time (previously did Spider-Man and a lightning bolt) but he loved seeing "his barber" again. Fantastic atmosphere, vibe, service, and cuts. read more

Brad is the man! Fourth time there, second time with Brad. He has out done himself yet again. He's got a long-term customer out of me!

Went by their Barber Shop yesterday, was lucky enough to get my fade/cut done by Brad! I'm originally from New Orleans so I'm definitely no stranger to being cut by the best of the best in this business! I must say though,, this is undoubtedly the best fade/cut that I have ever had!!! I highly recommend going to this shop and seeing him, he definitely will NOT disappoint you. If i could give Brad more than 5 stars I would in a heart beat!! read more

About the only drawback to this place is because they do such a solid job, they can get quite busy around lunch even while fully staffed.

This place is exactly as advertised: hair cuts, more than enough options for a beverage if you wish to partake, and enough televisions to watch whatever game you were hoping to catch. There's enough of a variety of stylist/barbers to match you up with someone who can get your cut right. Don't forget to put your name in the board when you come in, hang out and listen to the relatively lively banter, and get your ears lowered. Good times all around. I've had about 6 great guts, three good ones, and a bad one, but hey, 90% is a pretty darn fine grade in my book. read more

Nick is a great barber. I was visiting Bend, OR from Houston and needed a haircut. Bond has a walk-in waiting list so I waited for the next available barber. I was lucky to get Nick. He took his time and was very thorough with my mid-level fade. He paid attention to the details and got it right. He had great conversation along with the cut. I highly recommend Nick. read more

Can it get any better?! Bond Street Barber Shop offers great local beers (I enjoyed Ten Barrell's Black during my haircut) and professional haircuts in a welcoming and casual space. My haircut took about 15 minutes, enough time for me to enjoy my beer, and the barber busted out a straight razor to clean up my neck after using scissors for the majority of my haircut. The only complaint I have is that $18 is a bit steep for a barber-shop cut, but once factoring in the friendly, professional, service and great beer the experience was a great value. read more

Worst barber shop I've ever been to. It's always an hour to two hour wait. The price doesn't reflect the quality. Hire more staff. There are kids coming out of barber and beauty colleges everyday. read more

Lively, entertaining barber shop w/talented barbers serving all ages. Highly recommend.

I came here to get my hair and beard cut but, much more importantly, for my 4 year olds first proper haircut. He's always had his hair cut at home until now, but it was time for him to go in the barbers chair and get it done properly. And I really couldn't be happier with the result. The guy who cut his hair (while I was having mine done in the next chair) was really understanding, and took his time to answer my sons endless questions. The haircut he ended up with is superb. Add in the fact that while we sat and waited, I got a beer, and after his haircut, my son got a lollypop, and we left very happy customers. read more

This place is a great time. It's the experience of shooting the sh$t and watching sports while drinking an IPA that made this memorable for me. Beyond the scene, my barber Brad gave me the best detailed hair cut and beard trim I have ever had. He literally saved my marriage and my wife is attracted to me again. I will be driving 6 hours round trip no joke to see Brad again. That man is an artist, my head is a canvas and Bond Street barber shop is his studio. Cheers! read more

Usually I love this place and have been goin for years. One barber there I always try to avoid but sometimes get. Yesterday drew the line. Dude jacks prices higher than shop and other barbers standards and can't even do a simple fade (screwed it up every time) then complains about the tip (better than 20%). I have had cuts from most of the other barbers there and it was great.... Don't let the curly black hair, super loud, always talking, tall, fat guy cut your hair.... I know it's a walk in but.... If he is up next to cut your hair, I'd leave read more

Don't even bother. They don't do appointments but you sure will wait while their buddy "is on his way".

When people are lining up 30 minutes before they open a barbershop has to be doing something right. Bond is lit! Great vibes, and fresh styles. Hands down, the best collection of barbers in Bend. Ask for Brad. read more

This place was amazing, good conversation, haircuts, and FREE BEER! Highly recommend.

I generally try and not write reviews because we all have different tolerances for what's acceptable, but this is the third time this has happened to me so just some feedback for the owner. All the barbers are pretty good and will give you what you want as far as haircuts go. My problem is with the signup board. No one really regulates it and it's more of a free-for-all. Usually I just sit outside on the bench and someone will call out my name. Did the same thing I normally do, but this time after 45 mins, no one called my name so I went and checked on the white board and realized it had been erased clean. Names were put on it of people that came after me. I don't believe there's some devious plot against me or some other customer is insidious, but it's the general fog of confusion that makes me want to not go back. Am I going to get a haircut today? Am I feeling lucky? Who knows! I'm trying to give you money, maybe don't make it as confusing for customers? There's many ways this can be remedied, like any type of software that most barbershops or hair salons use, or even a clipboard that an employee controls. Seems fairly archaic to have a signup board that no employee handles. Just some feedback for the owner, but if it persists then I probably won't come back. Time is too valuable to guess whether or not I'm going to get a haircut. read more

My husband got his hair cut here yesterday and will never go here again. They had really bad customer service and on top of that the guy who cut his hair nicked his ear so bad that a customer who was waiting there with her kids pointed out that he was bleeding and then left before they got their haircuts. Instead of apologizing he asked my husband if he was on blood thinners because of the amount of blood that was pouring down his ear. He lined up his hair without asking which he didn't want and then just said "my bad" about it. We will stick to Bishops from now on. read more

I live in Redmond, and I drive to Bend every few weeks just to get a cut from Chris at Bond Street! He's one of the best barbers in all of Central Oregon. He does a great fade, knows how to work with all hair types, and is extremely friendly and engaging. I've always been pretty picky with barbers because of how strange my hair is sometimes, and this guy is the best one I've ever had. If you haven't found a barber yet or are looking for a new one, 100% go here and ask for Chris. It'll be one of the best cuts you've had. read more

If you are going here, ask for Brad or Nick. This is the only barber shop I have been to after moving to bend. I have got cuts from different barbers at this shop. I love fades and it's tough to find someone who gets it right. Brad and Nick have been amazing taking their time and paying attention to every detail. Giving it four stars as I got couple cuts where the barbers just finish up the haircut in 20mins and the fade looks like stairs instead of looking like a fade. read more

Hunting for a good haircut is like looking for lipstick to put on a pig as I'm old with about 11 hairs to trim, plus a scraggly beard. I got the best buzz cut of my life here! :) My barber's name was Travis. My prior buzz came out kind of uneven, and my home-cut buzz before that was SUPER uneven, and it was driving me nuts because I am a sensitive daffodil :) and I hate the feeling of the different lengths in the breeze and when I walk. It had been months since it was all one length. So, I asked for a 4 all over with a little taper at the back and above my ears, and I politely begged him, please: if nothing else, please let it be all one length. Travis kind of LOL'ed and was like no girl I gotchu. Here's where the best buzz cut ever part comes in!: so, Travis takes it down to a 4 all over, gets rid of the little hair pieces, TAKES HAIR GEL and rubs it all over so all the hair stands straight up.... and buzzes it again. BE STILL MY HEART. It is the most even and beautiful fcking buzz of all time and it made my little heart sing. Thanks again Travis!! The place is sunny and bright and at least two or three people greeted me when I arrived and offered me drinks and candy. I was a walk-in so I put my name on the dry-erase board, left for a bit, and when I came back they got me right in! Oh and whatever products they use (maybe a dusting powder? I don't know :)) smells great! I don't live in Bend but when I visit next, I hope I need a cut and I hope Travis is there! read more

Great haircut, solid Covid safety procedures, and my barber Luke is a scuba diver who was super friendly and interesting to talk with.

Ive been to this barber shop a couple of times now and I've never had a bad experience, they are all super friendly this last time I went, Christian cut my hair and did a bald fade to perfection, I'll be back for sure! So far in my opinion this is the most consistent barber shop in Bend. read more
