The prices for the fur and leather garments are considerably cheaper than department stores, but of very high quality. The middle eastern owner claimed that he bought directly from the factories. I received a fur garment as a gift and was not sure whether it was real or not, so I was told to do a burn test. Genuine fur would singe and smell like human hair. It burns into ashes. Fake Fur melts and smells like burnt plastic and forms small plastic balls at the ends that feel hard between the finger and thumb. I took a small patch of fur and burned it! Sure enough, it burned into ashes. Personally, I'd not buy these fur products myself though they look great, because of animal protection. But, if you absolutely need a genuine fur product, this is a place to shop for a good deal. Last word, it seems that some products had been in store for a long time and collected dust. When you try them on, make sure to dust it off first.

He walked in the house so proud with a new gift. It just happened to be Valentine's Day, so it worked out great for him. :) Thank you so much!! On top of that, J and R were so kind and gave me some items to help us on our rebuilding journey. They showed remarkable kindness and warmth to a random customer, and they really were a highlight of my week! They took time out of their day to listen and make recommendations, and their store is a real oasis of treasures and positivity. Dear Abercrombie & Fitch Customer Care,…read more I am writing to report an extremely concerning incident at your Santa Anita / Arcadia store on November 23 around 6:30 PM. The store manager's behavior was unprofessional, rude, and completely unacceptable. She spoke down to an associate over an incorrectly processed return and, when I asked if she was okay, she glared at me, used a harsh tone, and said "say it to my face" two or three times. I did respond directly, because I would not be intimidated by someone behaving so aggressively. She also accused me of being rude and told me I was "talking too much," even after I retrieved my own phone, which I had handed to her only to review a transaction. I work in retail myself and understand how stressful the holiday season can be, but nothing justifies this level of hostility toward customers or employees. Her behavior made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, and it reflects poorly on Abercrombie & Fitch. The other employees at this location--and at Abercrombie stores in general--are consistently professional, kind, and helpful, which makes this manager's conduct stand out as unacceptable. I strongly urge that her behavior be addressed immediately, including appropriate training or disciplinary action. This type of conduct cannot be tolerated if Abercrombie & Fitch expects to maintain the excellent customer service reputation that your other employees exemplify. The ambiance of the store made me feel comfortable -- the dim lighting and spacing of everything felt welcoming and not too crowded. Great selection, I found everything I needed. I accompanied someone on the hunt for khaki colored pants. I was merely browsing. I have to say the STAND OUT was the security guard all the way. He greeted us as we entered. He gave ave me a tip to use the self checkout because it's faster. I believe his name was Mitchell. They are still stocking the store and shelves were a lil on the lighter side. As far as price goes...it's very hard to say. The variety of items is so large, that I'm hard pressed to say whether what's on sale is priced reasonably or not. Definitely a place to explore for an hour.
