One of the places I make sure to go to when I go to North Natomas! Ordered 10 pcs soy garlic and crispy chicken drumsticks. 2 rice, bulgogi fries and corn dog. We have a friendly service. There's hand sanitizers out the dining area. Two gender neutral restrooms. Love that there is kid stepstool, and baby changing diaper available.

Came in on a Friday around 11:15am to place a to go order. The restaurant was empty with exception of four other groups doing to go or pickups. The employee at the register was polite, efficient but not too friendly. (Which was ok today :). My to go order, Seoul sampler and five piece drumsticks was ready super fast. Everything was great.

We made a visit for a late lunch on a Friday while out & about. The decor is minimal & modern with black tables, black wooden benches, & metal chairs. There is a bar area with sports on the TVs. It was roomy & clean. Fun pop music played in the background. The staff was friendly & helpful. We were seated, served water, & able to order quickly. We were checked in on multiple times, but even when we were obviously done, we still had to call attention to get our check. Though it got busier, we were acknowledged when we left. Our order-- Chicken Sandwich with Yangnyeom Sauce--tender chicken, crunchy exterior, slaw was tangy, sauce was sweet & spicy Side of Seasoned Fries--great texture, good taste, a lot of dry seasoning was in the bottom of the bowl that didn't stick onto the fries, served with ketchup Pork Belly Bao Buns--soft pillowy buns were warm on arrival, pork belly was meaty & tender (but amount in each bun wasn't consistent), tasty sauces, crunchy veggies, all around yummy little nibbles Overall, a good spot to grab a tasty bite.

The food was pretty good not bad at all just the spicy and the buldak sauce taste was overpowering the food, the wait was not bad but it took a few minutes, and the overall experience was pretty good, and Would come again.

    Generic Response

Hi Bonchon, I did contact you via your feedback form. Your response was a generic lackluster corporate email saying "Sorry, but I hope you try us again" That said, your message feels procedural rather than responsive to the specific experience described. This was not simply a lapse in attentiveness -- it involved inconsistent information, visible disregard for our table, and conduct that felt openly dismissive. When customers take the time to provide detailed feedback, it is typically in good faith with the expectation that the business will meaningfully address the situation. An invitation to "give us another opportunity" without any tangible gesture of accountability does not fully resolve the concern. I value the quality of your food and would prefer to continue patronizing your establishment. However, restoring confidence requires more than a generalized apology. I would welcome a response that more directly reflects that understanding.

Ordered mixed wings to go with half spicy, half yangnyeom. The spicy were super spicy like habanero or slightly hotter but I liked the yangnyeom flavor a lot. Wings were also crispy like advertised. I was hungry so I decided to eat a couple wings before departing the restaurant. Good thing I did bc the first wing I took out had a huge hair on it! Took my order back to the kitchen and they made me a new batch. I ended up staying at the restaurant longer than I hoped bc of this incident. At other establishments, when I found a hair in my food, they have given me a discount on my order or comped my food. Glad they replaced it but I expected at least a discount for the inconvenience.

Got the 20 piece boneless wings with soy garlic and spicy sauces, plus the bulgogi fried rice at Bonchon in El Dorado Hills. The wings were super crispy and flavorful. The soy garlic was savory and sweet, while the spicy had a nice kick. The bulgogi fried rice was tasty and packed with flavor. Great portions and everything came out fresh. Will definitely come back! We ordered with their self service machine.

I love how crispy the friend chicken is here. Plus the fries are super flavorful. I'm so glad they added the sauce that's half spicy and half soy! That's my favorite option. I usually get the radish instead of rice as the side. Parking is usually available since it's in a huge parking lot. I recently started DoorDashing and it's still super fresh and hot!

Came here on my lunch break. I only get 45 minutes. So the fact that I was able to enjoy my meal and get back to work in time speaks for itself. The service was fast, in a good way. And the food was delicious. This is a spacious restaurant. So if you came with a group, y'all would be good.

Came here during late lunch and the place was pretty empty other than one other table and to-go orders being picked up throughout. The staff was super patient with us since we were having issues figuring out what we wanted. We got a corn dog (not pictured) were so delicious and flavorful and probably the best Korean hot dog I've had. The Tteokbokki was really good as well! Pretty large portion too. We ended up sharing a sampler and I was shocked at how much food we got. Chicken was nice and flavorful and juicy, and the fries were AMAZING!!! Seriously so much flavor. (Shoutout to them for substituting beef for chicken to fit dietary restrictions). Overall staff was super nice, patient and they made sure we were taken care of throughout our meal. I will definitely be back!

I'm already a bonchon fan, but coming to the bar and getting the medium (20 pieces) wings and a nice cold one was a good change from take out. The presentation and the freshness made it worthwhile. The bartenders weren't as attentive as the waitstaff in the dining area, which was a shame because sports people like us expect service. Instead, the dining staff came and checked on us making her job harder lol. We had the yogurt soju and a Sapporo with our spicy wings and fried rice. I am not a fan of veggies in my fried rice so I did not like the fried rice. The onion and bell pepper were diced and it was a veggie in every bite. My partner liked it. Would come in for their wings and daikon side

Was too tired to cook dinner (and wash dishes) so I used the BonChon app to preorder a pick up to go meal. Securely packaged and ready on time, we got a pricey selection of saucy wings, giant drumsticks, sides and delicious japchae. With tip/tax/fee our total was $85 feeding three people and we had leftovers. All the chicken were very crispy and covered in a sweet K-BBQ sauce or the savory soy garlic. The meal deal contained 10 wings, 4 drums, 2 sides for $40. Sides were Korean street corn and coleslaw (tasted like kfc.) I also ordered the fried zucchini coins with cucumber-wasabi dip which I did not like as it tasted like refrigerator burn. The generous serving of japchae will last my mom about three meals so that made her very happy. She did complain that the overall sweetness was a little much but she enjoyed it nonetheless.

I downloaded yelp just to leave this review. I visited this restaurant recently and noticed a few things that made my wife and I uncomfortable. As I walked to the bathroom I saw an employee vaping in the kitchen area around the food, and there also seemed to be a gnat problem around the bar area because I saw a swarm of them near the beers. My wife also overheard an employee making an inappropriate joke in Vietnamese about a customers, which was disappointing to hear in a professional setting. I hope these issues are resolved because the food itself was good, but the hygiene and professionalism definitely need improvement.

It is a very casual setup, so do not expect an elevated dining experience. We ordered the FOB shrimp and the Chicken Katsu plate. The shrimp arrived a bit too sour and noticeably greasy for my taste. The Chicken Katsu was average and lacked the flavor and crispness I was hoping for. The macaroni and cheese that came with it was also quite dry, which made the plate feel incomplete. Service is minimal since you order at the counter and pick up your food yourself. The menu changes depending on what they're making, but they have certain items that are pretty consistent. One of those is poke. I LOVE their poke here, they have their own seasoned poke mix with fresh fish, veggies and sauce and it is delicious. They offer it as nachos, a bowl, or loaded fries and while I'm tempted to try some of the other options the bowl is my go-to. The poke bowl is $15 and comes with rice with furikake as well as a good portion of poke. Like I mentioned, it's preseasoned and it delicious. The ingredients are fresh and I love their flavor combination. I would love if the bowl came with a scoop of mac salad, but with the portion at this price I'm happy to add it as a side. I ordered the spring rolls ($4) and it came with five pieces of crispy and flavorful fried spring rolls. Great value for the price. I also ordered the pork laulau ($14) and Musubi ($3) for my husband and the portions on these were also great. The musubi was hot and flavorful and they gave me some FOB sauce with the musubi that went surprising well together. The laulau plate had mac salad, rice, and the wrapped pork. The pork was fattier than some of the laulau I've had in Hawaii, but was flavorful and the whole plate was a perfect portion for the price. The team working here was very friendly and helped me get in and out with my to-go order pretty quickly. The food was packed with care and made it home and was still nice and hot after the drive. They use high quality to-go containers and line them with aluminum foil which is a nice touch. They also made sure the vents were open on the spring rolls so they'd stay crispy. They have plenty of seating inside, as well as some outdoor seating. This restaurant is a bit tucked away, but has plenty of parking. I will definitely be back, and I won't wait as long between visits, because the food is so good! Check out their instagram for specials.

I decided on pad see ew with beef. Food came out pretty quick. Their pad see ew looked a bit different from other Thai restaurants I have tried at. Reminded me more of chow fun from Chinese restaurants. Looked and tasted just like chow fun than pad see ew. Also, it was a bit too greasy. Taste was good though. Service was friendly and attentive. Ample parking.

I was able to handle my business and do what I needed to do as well as order food and enjoy it The prawn egg rolls are a 10 out of 10 All of the food was good, but I just have to rave about these prawn eggrolls. They are so huge and definitely worth the price. I have not had a certain food and I can't even tell you how long I have to think of the name of it, but it's so good. It's gonna be in my photos. The place is bigger than it looks like on the outside they pull the shades down to keep the sun from going in your face I do think they should offer some extra napkins. I also believe they should offer you something besides water right when you order. I always like a straw for my drink I did get all the things that I asked for I must say, though the food itself was really good. I went and dropped off my leftovers the night that I went back to my grandson, and he was so happy big smile on his face and excited about it.

The space was very elegant yet relaxing to enjoy with friends and family. I would definitely go again! The Melon Blush Margarita was amazing as well as a cocktail. I didnt get photos of the desserts but I will say these were interesting. I felt like they were trying to put a lot of things together in one dessert and it wasn't bad but I think keeping it simpler would be better. We got the dark chocolate mousse and the panna cotta? I think I can't remember what it was called and I only liked one ingredient from each. But I would recommend this spot either way!

That makes sense to why the drinks were quite stiff. I understand why many of the older guests chose to sit outside on the patio, where it was much quieter. Danielle was wonderful. Even though she was handling a large party, she remained attentive and checked on us regularly. Food-wise, it fell short for my Asian taste buds, which tend to prefer bolder and more layered flavors. For starters, we had the tartare, which was enjoyable and very flavorful. For the main entrées, we had the beef carpaccio, but it unfortunately missed the mark. The vegetables on top were visually appealing, but flavor-wise it lacked depth. It needed extra mint or perhaps to be wrapped in a sesame leaf to give it more bite and contrast. Next, we tried the lion meatball with veggie fried rice. The meatball was dry and had a grainy texture. It needed more fat in the blend for better richness. Pairing it with a baguette or even a savory donut stick would have added a nice contrast in texture and flavor. I'm usually not a fried rice person, but I kept eating it because it was the only dish I genuinely enjoyed and found well-seasoned. It wasn't the traditional wok-hei style fried rice; instead, it tasted fresher and lighter. I understand and appreciate the direction of the flavors and dishes, as they seem intentionally designed to be more subtle, calming, and approachable for American palates. However, from my perspective and personal preference as someone who enjoys stronger Asian flavors, it lacked the "wow" factor I was hoping for.
