Their customer service dept said to go to the CDM Plaza store to return it. Unbeknownst to me, there is a store in Corona del Mar. Anyway, I went in and returned the item and ended up buying lots of other items with the help of the store manager, Yolanda Lopez. She was fantastic at suggesting things I would appreciate and giving me her honest opinion.
