I made my first purchase back in November and I just received my second order on Wednesday that was placed on Sunday night. The customer service is outstanding. The owner Chioko is so warm and inviting. I had arrived shortly after they closed. After seeing the closed sign hanging, I peaked my head inside to ask about the hours. She said they had just closed but you can take a look around if you like. I told her I wouldn't be more than 5 minutes. She assured me that I could take my time to look around and to let her know if I had any questions. I came for what people on IG raved about.....the whipped body butter!! Let me tell you this, you havent had body butter unless you've had moonlight's whipped butter. I've had what I thought was whipped body butter. I'm finding that they ain't it. Not even close. Most body butters have the consistency of really thick lotion. But this whipped body butter felt like whipped cream. Light with an AMAZING smell!! The feather light consistency will make you want to scoop out the entire jar and slather all over your body But there is no need to cause a little definitely goes a long way. The fragrance that won me over was "California Love" It reminds you of being at an amusement park during the summer standong in line for rhe cotton candy. That sugary aroma gives you instant flashbacks. I asked Chioko what was her inspiration behind Moonlight Bath Treats. "Being of mixed heritage it was hard to find products that were both effective but at the same time sensitive skin friendly. If it product was for sensitive skin it often had a weird medicine or bland smell. If I used a product that was for regular skin I would smell amazing. But the next day I would be itching like a puppy." So,I created Moonlight Bath Treats. A line of soaps, butters, scrubs, spritzs, and body oils created to give some sasiness to sensitive skin and some soul to the traditional body butters and scrubs while smelling AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Amazing products! I strongly recommend trying the hair oil and body butters. The hair oil has significantly improved my hair growth and health. My hair is so much healthier and I am able to see a lot of new growth. I lost a lot of hair due to school stress, but MBT's hair oil has been it's saving grace. I use it as a pre shampoo oil. I use a few drops and massage it into my scalp and ends for a few minutes, and then wash my hair normally. The results are amazing. As for the body butters, they go on smooth like butter. They are super nourishing and I definitely recommend the pink panties scent if you like smelling sweet! I have super sensitive skin and haven't had any problem with their body butters.
