He keeps busy during the summer but managed to get me in the next day to fix our broken AC, all while encouraging me to not feel bad if I find someone else who can come in sooner. He gave me great maintenance tips and even encouraged me to do a simple repair myself to save me a service call. I have been wanting to become more handy, but I don't want the responsibility for this particular project. He scoped the work much more reasonably than another company from which we'd initially gotten a quote. Mr. Saini is an upstanding guy and I look forward to continuing to work with him. I just wish I could get an annual service contract, but he says he stays busy enough that he doesn't do them.

We had to endure a night of 85 degree temps in the house with fans blowing hot air. I took the day off of work to try and find someone who could come by and look at the unit but had no luck. My wife saw Ryan's reviews on Yelp and because he was local and had great reviews, I decided to take a chance on him, what other option did I have. Ryan wasn't able to respond until later in the day because of his schedule but came over as soon as he could which was earlier than expected. It took him less than half an hour to diagnose the problem and fix the unit in less than an hour. Very friendly and answered all my questions. His price for the repair was very reasonable and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a licensed and bonded HVAC tech who can respond in a timely manner and do a good job. Thanks again Ryan for saving the day and I will be using you again.

We had Victor perform a service call on our mini split air conditioner in our commercial building…read more He diagnosed the situation and recommended replacing our unit with a new one. He offered to get us a quote which he sent me the next day. I questioned the reliability of the brand he was offering. He admitted that it was a substandard brand and requoted with a more reliable brand. We agreed to move forward with the installation at which time he said we needed to meet him at the supplier to pay for the unit directly. We asked him to just purchase the unit and we would reimburse him but he refused. We reluctantly drove to the supplier to meet him. When we got there we could not find him. I called him and turned out that he texted us an address to the wrong supplier. His response was not apologetic and just laughed. He sent us a different address and eventually found the correct place. Proceeded with the purchase and then looked at the unit we bought. His quote was for a 36000 btu unit and the unit he had them load in his vehicle was a 24000 btu unit. We questioned the difference and hus response was that the smaller unit would work as well as the unit he had quoted. We got into a heated conversation and proceeded back inside to cancel the purchase with the supplier. The unit he quoted us on cost $500 more and refused to make the situation right. The supplier got involved and offered to absorb the $500 difference so we could be a satisfied customer. At that point Victor got really angry because they were willing to do that for us. He demanded that the supplier cancel the transaction and made them give us a refund. What an unbelievable situation.

They send out a young guy who spent a few minutes in the attic and came out saying the furnace was too old, without a model name/number and it had to be completely replaced because they don't make parts anymore. I was a little taken aback because I thought they would still make parts. I walked into the attic and clearly saw the brand was Honeywell and took a pic/video for a 2nd opinion. Today I called DZO and spoke to Alex live and he said he had a technician, DENIS, that would know how to fix it and he would come by the same day. He came right on time and within five minutes he determined it was the circuit board. He was like McGuyver! Then he asked to check my AC which hasn't been checked for at least a decade and determined it needed some freon. He actually cared about getting everything working well-- I was VERY impressed. I will definitely be using them for any of my heating/cooling concerns and have already began recommending them to my friends. Thank you Alex and Denis for your commitment to caring and troubleshooting in a quick manner with reasonable rates (they don't charge to assess the situation).

The good old days where they knew what they were doing are over. Now these bigger HVAC companies hire a bunch of trainees and have them learn at your homes expense! What's frustrating is that they charge you a premium for the 30 or 40 years they have been in service but they send you an apprentice!! I was going through exactly that issue with the first company that I hired. They couldn't fix the issue. The tech didn't know how the unit responds to different things. Every two minutes we was on the phone with someone from the office . Embarrassing and pathetic! I found Bryce online and started talking to him about my problems. He was so honest , genuine, and knowledgeable that he would troubleshoot the issue for me with pictures and via text while the other tech was onsite. He told me how they were doing it all wrong. Sure enough 3 months later our unit failed, then the premium company tells me it's going to cost 25k to change the hvac system. I decided I am going to go with my gut and hired Bryce.
