Was craving hot pot and my friend and I decided to check this place out and were pleasantly surprised by quality and special price they were running for their 10th anniversary. Arrived on Friday at 2:25 pm still in time for their lunch deal and was seated right away, large-open space with many tables that didn't feel crowded. Not only is their stations well stocked and clean, but the variety of items blows others places away. Also seafood items is included for their special. Crab, mussels, clams, shimp, squid and crawfish! I really enjoyed their fresh kimchi options too. You order via QR code for meat items and service is fast. Structure parking and with 3 hours for just $2, you have to scan another QR code and input your licence plate and card info. A friend told us about this place recently and I finally had the chance to check it out for a family linner today. The parking is ample (there's a structure across the street and the restaurant has a barcode where you can scan to pay 2 bucks for three hours). There's plenty of indoor seating and the restaurant is fairly large and clean. They accommodated our group of 12 adults fairly quickly. They took our orders for the broth and drinks. We were then able to put in our meat orders via phone. The whole experience was pretty seamless. All cuts of the wagyu were delicious and the broths recommended (the original spicy and beef) were so well balanced and complimentary. The veggie bar was decent (clean and orderly). They also had a seafood bar area and a mini bar for cooked food items. The price for dinner was 49 a person, not the cheapest, but worth the price for the quality of meat and service you get. Again, the big seller points are the ambiance, cleanliness, and quality of food. What keeps this place from being a stellar 5 star establishment is that the additional food bar; it would have been perfect if there were more options and variety for desserts, fruit, and cooked items. We came to this place due to an "amazing review" we saw Tik Tok. We were seated a couple of other guests. We didn't know what to get yet due to lack of photos or minimal description of the soup bases. Our server patiently wait for us to decide what soup base we wanted. She said we could get up to four different soup bases and it would not be an extra charge. Water is free, but the sodas are charged at $4.00 per the 12 OZ CAN. They do not have foundation drink options. Also the can of coke they brought out, was dirty with soda residue on the rim and asked the runner guy to bring us another one. As you can see, the hot food options are limited and while we were there, they did not once change out the hot food. The meats came to the table fairly quick after ordering them, but we did order our soup bases before we ordered meat and they came out together. Which was annoying because we should have gotten our soups bases before. Everytime we finished a meat platter, we woupd have to stack it on the table next to us since the runners were not coming by to help out as you see in the pictures. Not once did a server or runner came to ask if everything was fine. An influencer or someone to do an ad came into the resturant and they were more attentive to them than the other customers in the resturant. For almost $115.00 with dirty dishes around us for the almost hour we were there, the hot foods that were not changed out, and lack of service. I expeccted better for that price. Yes i did ask for a discount but they said due them being unstaffed, it was not their fault that we ate around diety dishes. It was $42.99 per person and $14.00 for a child. It's pricier than my favorite local hot pot. It's worth trying but not worth returning IMO. They had lots of cooked foods that were tasty. This was very misleading and felt like false advertising, especially since the posted menu said otherwise. As for the food, the meat was good, but I would not consider the food authentic. If you're looking for authentic food, I would not recommend this place. If you enjoy Asian fusion, it might be worth trying. I came here twice during their 10th anniversary event, including Tuesday night in the Valley with my mom and family. The wagyu meat itself was good, and considering the anniversary pricing, it felt reasonable. However, the side dish corner (bulgogi, japchae, tangsuyuk, tteokbokki, etc.) was a complete disappointment. Everything was dry, hard, and looked like it had been sitting out forever. The tteokbokki especially looked dried out and unappetizing. This was the section I was most looking forward to, but instead it was embarrassing--especially since I had my mom and family with me, and there were many foreign guests around watching the sad state of the food. They said items were being remade, but with only one person working, nothing was really replenished. My mom didn't even touch the side dishes and said this visit was enough for her. Yes, they do offer rice paper (though no glass noodles), and a kids' dinner price of $21 for ages 8-10. That part was nice for us since we have two kids--at other places we usually have to pay full adult price for them. Parking is validated for 3 hours at $1.99, which is convenient. Overall, the wagyu quality and anniversary pricing were good, and the kids' pricing made it family-friendly. But the side dish bar was very disappointing.
