Super long grain and plump, which makes me wonder why every Greek and Indian restaurant isn't using this same variety? The salad was beautifully fresh and crisp, loaded with plentiful toppings, including homemade beet and parsnip pickles. True, the decor is nothing special. You will want to call ahead for larger orders, since everything is made fresh. And you have to drive around the plaza to the back parking lot to get to the walkway to it -- the landlord should be ashamed. But it's definitely worth the wander to find it.
