WORST SHAWARMA IN THE GTA. They don't use fresh meat. Meat was already in the box pre-cut. Don't know how long it's been there but it definitely wasn't fresh. Actually really terrible. There are millions of shawarma places around but this one has to be one of the worst I've tasted. They say they have fresh made pita for the wrap. This is 100% a burrito wrapper, I don't know if they ran out but this tasted like a garbage burrito. Way overpriced and I really was disappointed. The Haloumi bites and the fries were good but it's not called fries 360. I normally like to post a great pic but unfortunately all I can post is this thin excuse for a pita. read more

Shawarma 360 is located in a small plaza (same as Tim Horton's and Kinton Ramen) with limited parking. We came for a late lunch, and the place was empty. After looking around, we figured out the menu was right by the door. The interior is decorated with bright colors and has several booths. We ordered the Beef Plate for $12.50, and the Classic Chicken Pita as a combo ($7.50 + $4.00 for onion rings + $2.25 for a drink). If you order a pita or burger, you can order one side and one drink with 10% off all three items. The pita was rolled out, baked to order, and it was interesting to watch it come out on the conveyor belt. All the ingredients are fresh, with homemade sauces. It must have been an off day, or that we came in the middle of the afternoon, but the beef was quite dry and chewy. We noticed it was heated and finished off on the flat top grill, and perhaps it was overcooked. The chicken was shaved off the cone rotisserie, and I should have asked the cook to leave it like that. He finished it off on the flat top grill, and like the beef, it was overcooked and dried out. Both meats were seasoned well, just dry. The pita was soft, but very chewy. It's no wonder this place comes so highly rated in Scarborough. My husband and I came here for lunch today and ordered the shawarma nachos and shawarma cheeseburger. The nachos are made in-house from deep frying their homemade pita and come fully loaded with chopped tomatoes, shawarma, melted cheese and a mound of the most addictive garlic sauce. The shawarma cheeseburger was just as delicious. A juicy fresh beef patty, melted cheese and amazing shawarma. We had to fight over the last bite. This place was recommended by a friend. Came here for lunch today and it wasn't very busy so we could easily get seats. The staff was very lovely and friendly. I ordered the classic chicken shawarma pita for $6.99. For $1 more, you could get extra tabbouleh. I declined. My hubby ordered the jerk chicken shawarma dinner for $11.99. The pita itself was a good portion size for the price. I was full after finishing it. In terms of taste, I found it to be pretty yummy. The chicken was nice and flavourful. All of it worked well together. In comparing it to other shawarma places, I have had better, but it held its own. I would return again. read more

I love going to shawarma360 for my shawarma fix! I have not done dine in as most of my orders were take out during COVID. But the quality of the food is always on point. The meats are never dry or over cooked, ingredients are fresh - we never get wilting salads and they are so good for following exactly what I want on my order! My husband typically will get the shawarma lamb/beef plate and it's always packed! So much food and we typically will have left overs. I have gotten chicken, lamb and beef but double up on the salad and they're so awesome about providing extra beets and the garlic sauce is just to DIE FOR. It's soooo yummy. Last year I had their Classic Chicken plate ($12.50) with rice and salad, and their home made garlic sauce. Absolutely love the garlic sauce and unlike other restaurants they don't charge for extra. Update : it's clean they wear a mask and I love the customer service. Today was my second visit and still have a good customer service. I always do my review based on three things. Environment, taste of food and service. At the end that continues towards the full experience. Environment, it's a nice place small and kept well. I will like to see them cleaning the tables after customers are done. Tables are not very clean. I will also suggest for u guys to have a look at decor. Shawarma with the pictures you guys have don't go hand to hand. No one walks in and expect it to be this dark place. Just a thought. Food, I was impressed the portion is good size and it's done rite. Only thing I didn't like in my shawarma plate is hammas. It was boxed hammas which wasn't fresh and didn't taste very well. I was disappointed with that. I stopped into Shawarma 360 on the weekend for a quick lunch. I saw the post on BlogTO and it looked great so I thought I would check it out! I grabbed two Chicken Shawarma wraps, an order of fries and an order of Onion Rings. I also ended up with an order Falafel. First off the place is very clean and has nice booths if you want to sit down and enjoy your meal. All the pitas are pressed fresh and baked to order when you place your order. This is a big plus! The pita was nice and fresh and had a great little chew to it as you ate your wrap. It was very nice to have a soft fresh pita. The chicken was fresh cut and lightly fried on the grill. The chicken was spiced perfectly and was nice and moist. They off all the typical Shawarma toppings. I spoke with the owners and they told me everything is made fresh. All the sauces are homemade. The chicken is always fresh never frozen. The only issue I had with the wrap is that it's a tad on the smaller size. The fries are fried to perfection and are seasoned with a nice spice to make you want more. The onions were also good. They are the thick cut variety and they give you plenty! While waiting for my wraps to be ready the owner offered us a taste of the Falafels. All I can say is WOW. Fried to crispy perfection and the inside was a fluffy filling that was not heavy at all. Decided to try this little local place after seeing a profile in Toronto Life I had the beef Shawarma and my wife had the chicken platter. The portions were decent and both the beef and chicken were well cooked. Chicken being one of those meats that can be rubbery if over cooked. The chicken was complimented with a bed of rice and sides of hummus and hot sauce. The sides balanced the meal. I prefer beef and the meal was excellent. I loved the pickled beets and the hot sauce was a great addition. The wraps can be as loaded or plain as you want. We will certainly be back. read more

Pretty good food! The chicken shawarma plate was very large, lots of meat. The sauces are great! I found the supposedly fresh made pita to be lacking though, it was tough and dry. My favourite was the halloumi bites! I tried a couple pieces of falafel too, they are ok, but a little on the dry side and almost burned on the outside. Came here on a weekday evening and it was odd as their 'Open' LED light was not on, but I saw people inside so I went in. Eventually one of the customers that came in afterwards brought up that their sign was not on that's why they hesitated on coming in. More people came in after us, and especially as soon as the sign was turned on. Good big servings, but we only tried this place as we had a coupon for 25% off, I imagine paying full price would be on the expensive side. Menu choices are limited. But I like the place, it has a cool concept. The place is clean. I had the lamb shawarma with extra meat and the pita was made fresh from a air baking oven you can see it as it's made. The lady who served me owner or manager was very nice. She even gave me a discount for my first time. Wow what a great experience..The place was soo clean I'm normally a bit picky with my food. But I want to give this place 7 Stars. The best shawarmas I've had. I particularly love their falafel pitas. The wraps they use are home made, fresh, hot, and pure heaven; so delicious! The owners are lovely people who are very kind. My husband and I come here frequently, despite the fact the drive is about 15-20 min away from our home and there is a shawarma place around the block from us...but it just doesn't compare to this place. We are happy to support this business because of the love they put into their food, which shows, plus they provide great customer service. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. read more

Came here after work one evening because I was really craving a shawarma. To be honest a left quite disappointed. Here they use a different kind of bread which has more of Naan type flavour and it tasted very doughy. I found that the bread overpowered most of the other ingredients and it felt like that's all I was tasting. On top of that the wrap was poorly put together and fell a part as I was eating it. The price was also on the high side just for a single wrap, I was not really a fan of this place and most likely won't be coming back. read more

Went there for lunch on weekday afternoon. Very delicious shawarma. I've tried akot of shwarmas in Scarborough and this is one of the better flavoured ones alrhough not the most stuffed or the biggest First of all they make the pita fresh as you order. I tried both the chicken and lamb pita and the chicken had an awesome flavour and the lamb was very juicy. The seating inside is solid and it's nice and clean. Also tried the onion rings. Unexpectedly good shawarma place with freshly made pita bread which was soft and warm and super tasty. I got the jerk chicken shawarma. I didn't really like the jerk spice they used and it was a bit too salty for my liking, so if I come here again I will probably get the regular shawarma. The portion sizes were very big and I liked the hot sauce they used. They wrap the pita on the outside instead of putting the meat inside the pita which means it falls apart easier than other shawarmas. They also put beets in their hummus and garlic sauce which makes it pink so that's neat. Nice place for a quick lunch, but a little pricey for a shawarma. read more

FIRST the man who served us was wearing flip flops, like really? Not only is that off putting for a food place but just unsafe for himself.. Nice people and clean seating area but if you peek around into the kitchen (which is right by the cash out) it's not very neat or cleanly. The food was different and simple but mediocre. We got TWO fries with our order one for each sandwich but he put it in the same container together... rip off makes me think he did that to "make it more convient" but in actuality we got less then we paid for. The pita itself was decent (apparently they make it fresh and it was super soft.) However the chicken and everything inside was so dry I could hardly chew it. The pita was not wrapped very well. All the filling was falling out everywhere. We were there around 8:30pm on a Saturday evening and there were only 2 workers serving a line of 6 people. It was 9:10pm when we got our food... Also, we've had it before a few days after it open and it was a much better experience. The pita was wrapped well, no mess. Like other Yelpers, I was amazed that they made the bread (pita) from scratch in front of you.
