We have eaten here twice since they have opened. Both times the food was amazing and the service was great! We didn't have to as for anything! The service was fast and the food was hot! My husband, my 6 month old son and myself came here for the UFL championship game along with a party crowd of 20 plus people party. One, the ac was not working it was very warm. Two, I know the girls came to work but definitely don't have the knowledge or common sense on how to work a big party like this. My husband ordered a beer, another waitress came to bring it and asked a few people around who ordered a beer I finally asked her is it a Dos Equis? She didn't even know what the beer was. Great. Once we ordered our food I asked for well done burger, I got my food and it was rare/medium rare. I can handle that but when I'm eating it and finding really rare more into the burger I just had to stop. I told the waitress not to take it if off I'll pay for it cause I don't want to be that "Karen" taking it off my ticket cause I complained. We then asked the waitress what was going on with the ac and she said it's been like this for a week, okay if you knew a party was coming today, for people to spend money on food and drinks wouldn't you think to fix it or at least get fans to keep it circulated?I used to be a waitress too and had more common sense and knowledge on how to treat customers. But it could have been better; the girls just didn't have happy faces; they never smiled at each other; they looked as if they hated each other. They never smiled if I smiled at them (I would smile because, well, we would make eye contact and it's awkward, so I might as well smile), right?! Well, not even a smirk did I get; it was just rude. Nope, I don't send my food back, never have, and never will at any restaurant, because I don't want it spit on. We also ordered the chicken alfredo; it's a big plate, and the side salad is even bigger. That didn't disappoint, but what did was, yikes, it literally had no taste whatsoever. We had to ask for the condiments because there were none to be found. The ranch was so watered down. The only two things that came out delicious were the Buffalo wings and the chicken tenders my kids ordered. I guess all in all, it could have been better. We were a family of 6, and we weren't treated with smiles or any type of small polite conversation like we usually get at Hooters or Twin Peaks. We are here during the Cano Triple G fight so it was chaotic, with long wait times and over all poor service but they were overwhelmed so it's understandable. Tbh i love coming here, but i've never had such bad service for a holiday like st patrick's day. it wasnt packed it looked almost empty but as soon as we sat down we waited almost 20 minutes to be served after we had to WAVED down a server. that was the only way we even got service. the food came out at a decent wait time but the whole table (it was 5 of us) it was 2 beers in 2 hours because our server was MIA unless the food needed to be at the table. did not check on us & took forever with drinks. The waitress came up missing and asking the other waitress for service was impossible. At one point all the waitresses were at the register on their phones. Recently had our fantasy football draft at this location on Sunday, August 14. Where do I start? Terrible service number 1. Never checking on drinks or taking 30 to 40 mins to get another beer? Are they busy brewing it after we order? Imagine ordering a cocktail they would actually have to make!? NO WiFi? Seriously? It took an hour to get our food. How long does it take to make burgers, fries, wings etc??? I asked for silverware 3 times and never got any. The commissioner (me) was supposed to get a $20 gift card. I never got it. This was my first time at bombshells and probably my last. To start out, my napkin and fork were filthy. Had dried food stuck on the fork so naturally I didn't use it. Our food finally came and the ribs were dry and tough. I ordered the cheese fries and Mac and cheese with it. Got my fries (which was the best part of my meal) and mashed potatoes. I sent the potatoes back and didn't receive my Mac and cheese until we were all done eating. If the waitresses paid more attention to their customers instead of taking videos of themselves, I may have gotten my food correct. And I still had to pay $100! The manager who was very rude implied that some of our party left when in fact we were all there and it was a mistake on their part. The manager didn't try to apologize and didn't try to make it right. This place is a huge step down from the other options in the area and worse than Twin Peaks, Hooters and even Buffalo Wild Wings. Manager came over and said it's not supposed to be the way it says on the menu?! -Took 35 minutes to get a spam sandwich instead of the nasty dried out stuffed burger. -All of the wings were dried out. 4 separate orders of wings all overcooked and dry. -Walked by the kitchen as it's next to the restrooms. Well if you're a fan of Hooters, Tilted Kilt, Twin Peaks or any other "Breastaurant", this may be the place for you. The waitresses and service staff are definitely "Buttiful" (their outfit bottoms are basically bikini bottoms or slightly oversized thongs). We knew this in advance, but it was still hard not to notice. We had to wait almost 40 minutes to be seated, but the outside patio and bar was very nice. We had a Margarita and barmade Lemonade. Both drinks were above average....in both taste and price ($23). We ordered the sampler appetizer platter (I forget the name) with Fried Pickles, Southwestern Egg Rolls, and Fried Cheese. We wanted to try their wings, so we also ordered the smallest size available (10 wings) in your basic Buffalo Hot Sauce. At this point, I asked for another lemonade, and was promptly brought some yellow undrinkable solution. I asked for a "Fresh" lemonade, and I waited patiently (11 minutes.....yes I time these sort of things) for it to arrive. It was no big deal because we hadn't received any of our appetizers, so we ordered our entrees and waited. At this point, our wings were served, and we were told that the sampler platter was unavailable (thanks for letting us know 35 minutes after we ordered it). After trying a couple of "sauceless" wings, we decided they'd be better if we doctored them up at home tomorrow. I had the Medic burger and my husband had the Philly Cheese steak. The burger was basically equal to any Applebee's, Chili's or dine-in franchise burger. The Philly Cheese steak had a miniscule amount of cheese and the meat (I'm not sure what cut of beef it was) was basically shredded. It was one of the blandest Cheese steaks in town. This location opened up close to our house a few months ago, and my husband and I were super excited to come and watch sports here. Since opening, we've been to this establishment several times, and the service gets worse and worse each time we've gone. Do not expect the best customer service and do not except the managers to address any service related issues. The last time we went to this location, we sat down at a table and waited over 30 minutes for our server to even acknowledge us. For the wait time we waited to be acknowledged, ordered, and received our food, we expected decent quality food. Wrong. Food, service, and management are subpar. The AC was not working both times but according to staff the AC never works. Then by 8 pm no C02 for draft beers. 12 for shots. The managers are confused themselves the waitress are everywhere but don't really know what they are doing. But even though they messed up a lot I can say I had 8 beers total but because they don't know what they are doing they only charged me for 1 (the first time). The music is way to loud and it sounds more like a club, can't even hear the waitress speak. If the business keeps going this way I see the restaurant lasting a year. read more

Once she was ready to take our order we asked for more time because I didn't know what I wanted but she over heard us talking about what my spouse wanted. The sever placed his order without us knowing the only reason we found out was because she brought his food! The server then asked did I want to order. I didn't complain just placed my order which was the salmon, mashed potatoes and broccoli. The food took forever to come out. The salmon was dry. The mash and salmon weren't very warm I asked them to take back and warm up and that alone took 10 mins. I still did not complain. The establishment wasn't busy at all. The food was ok, had the burger, and it was cooked perfectly but lacked flavor, and the fries needed to go, hate frozen fries with that awful coating, and leave that to fast food chains.
