My husband and I went by to play some darts. It was pretty empty when we arrived. We headed directly to the back. A few minutes later the bartender came to ask if we had a drink menu and also to let us know that they didn't have any waitresses on staff, so we would have to go to the bar if we wanted to order. I told her that we had a menu at our table and thanked her for letting us know, also that we would go up to order in a little while when we were ready. A short while later after looking at the menu, my husband went to get us a couple of drinks. I had a Michelada with Modelo, and he ordered a Cabana Crush. The Michelada was very good, and loaded with olives (which I loved!) So far, it's the best Michelada I've had. The only thing that was a bit disappointing about this visit, was that the kitchen wasn't open. I was looking forward to trying out the appetizers. We arrived at 3:45p.m and left at 5:48p.m.The place always looks super packed, but we went at a good time. There were only about 4-5 people there. Decent staff, the place looked clean, the restrooms were clean as well. They have a full bar and food menu. Good Happy Hour! read more

I am in shock. What a gem. We drove all the way across town and randomly came here and I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Without a doubt the bar staff is probably the best I have ever seen - in ANY city. I am stunned with how great they are. Quick service, solid drink making, and super nice. The prices are what I would expect which are really good. Our bartender comes and checks on us in a timely manner and brings us drinks and so do other bartenders. It's like one big team that takes care of the customer. The atmosphere is great, especially if you want to watch sports. They have so many TV's and they are showing so many different games. This is a Raiders (NFL) bar and is filled with fans and they are super nice and respectful to everyone - even the people rooting for other teams. People talk to strangers like family. It's an eclectic mix of ages and people. This is the best place I've seen to watch sports. You can see all the games and more. The place is pretty big but I can definitely see it getting crowded when it's busy. They also have a cool patio but it's raining so we didn't check it out, but it looks great. All the furniture is pretty comfortable and they have a small fireplace which adds to the overall coziness. We planned to stop in for a drink and haven't left after sitting here for quite some time. It's just such a relaxing environment. My only complaint is that this bar isn't closer to me so I could come here regularly. read more

Not a bad little spot...could use more tables (especially on nights like tonight...UFC), but there is plenty of room to move around...the menu is small & the wings are okay, but get the job done if you are hungry...nice patio for more room & smokers...the best part are the Waitresses...Plenty of Eye Candy!!! read more

I had never been here before and to be honest, before we went I wasn't expecting much. I was really wrong! This place was so much fun, there is a good variety of people, it didn't feel like I was going to get shot or stabbed like most of the bars in San Antonio. The music was great, I am not one to dance much but we were on the dance floor all night. There's a really nice patio outside to chill and talk with friends if you want a break from the loud music. There's also pool tables and tvs, I mean seriously there was something for everyone in our group of friends! This is a really good place to go if some people in the group want to go somewhere chill, and some people want to go out dancing because you can do both of these things here. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because they ran out of Dos Equis bottles while we were there, doesn't bother me much but that is my friend's drink of choice. I am really happy to have visited this place, I think my friends and I have definitely found our go-to spot when we don't feel like putting on our high heels and fancy dresses and heading out downtown. Definitely check this place out if you haven't already. read more

Had the chicken and vegetables. Food was awesome. Had a couple Dos Equis with chili rims and lines. Regulars were super nice and bought me a beer. read more

This place is very unprofessional, rude the people that works here including the managers are moron. We are visiting from out of town and they treated us very rudely because my husband had his necklace on. The security/bouncer acts like this is a real job probably only don't even have the education to get a real job. Stay away from this place. It's almost as if they target people. We are not young, we are professional individuals. Use your judgment when people look professional. I came with 10 people after attending a restaurant opening in SA. We have few people that live in SA and will not be back. We are visiting from Colorado we do not recommend this place. We went to Doc Brown instead off of Culebra. Great music, people that work there were pleasant. We had few drinks and had a great time no drama from low life security:bouncer. read more

Come here every week. Awesome time! Awesome drinks! Awesome food! #SanAntonioTrivia #shenanygans2

Don't bring anybody here if you want to impress. Brought a group of 12 business professionals in town to celebrate a grand opening and in return received a poor experience. In short, Security (up tight and hostile) Management (Unprofessional) and Service (30 mins to get a drink) Grade: F+ (The + is because the DJ was decent) read more

If u looking for a a great place to gather after a bad ass day at work come here and forget all about it ..... it is the place to be....what more do you need read more

Staff friendly enough. Had fun playing trivia but speakers were of such poor quality hard to understand. Dj came on later in evening music not bad but way too loud if you can't hear the person next to you or staff to place order. If there were people dancing maybe but there weren't. My seat was vibrating so much had to leave. read more

Service was just OK. I had to ask for ketchup twice and they brought out a small plastic cup, pitiful... The burger was the Blu Cheese and Bacon, it was very good, I'll give it five stars. Not sure I would return but overall was an OK time ... read more

OK, so my friends and I've gone to this establishment at least a dozen times for happy hour. They posted a sign on the door outlining the dress code. We appreciated that. No one wants to hang out with riff raff. Doesn't really seem to be any notable specials during that period. I truly enjoy the location and the aesthetics BUT I'm neither thoroughly impressed by the bar staff nor the wait staff. The nail in the coffin came yesterday when the bar keep reported they no longer carry Captain Morgan. Now I know it's not the end all be all of spiced rums, but it is the fave of several in the crew. Twin Peaks here we come! read more

Won't be going back to this place. Testosterone city, everyone just looked like they had beef with everyone. My buddies and I couldn't play darts cause the group behind us kept pushing one of the guys we were with when he tried to throw. I wasn't about to tell the bar staff, so just dropped the game and moved somewhere else to avoid that situation. Drink prices are also shitty.. Too bad cause the bar staff were really good. read more

There is something seriously wrong when there is only one waiter working during happy hour, and he's slow as Christmas. I literally could only get 2 drinks in a 2 hour period. read more

Place ok overall, what really killed the vibe was the DJ that is SUPER ADHD. Can really get into a song or even start to dance and he changes it to a completely different song so it's hard to even want to go on the dance floor or sing along to a song. Note to DJ: FINISH THE SONG every once in a while. Thx. read more

I thought this place was great the first time. It's seems like a great place to watch a game, it's even labeled as a sports bar. But try walking in wearing your teams jersey and these idiots will kick you out. What kind of sports bar doesn't allow sports jerseys or a backwards hat? And I'm not a gangbanger, I was dead sober walking in, and our small group was not loud either, I'm just a sports fan who wants to watch a game. I'll never be coming back to watch a game at this place again. Worst sports bar ever. read more

Decided to get some drinks after work on a weekend here with some coworkers, since the location is located close to our job. Primarily, of course when you arrive they have a sign (dress code) that specifies that certain clothing is not allowed to be worn, for example, gym clothes, which is understandable. My coworkers and I were in our scrubs, interestingly we were allowed to enter. Upon entering, the bar was not very crowded, so when we arrived to the bar to order our drinks, it took forever for us to get the attention of a waiter or one of the bartenders and we were a large group. After repeatedly attempting to get the attention of a bartender, numerous of us tried and finally successfully after repeatedly calling them we were able to get our drinks. We were ignored several times, we than sat in the booth. The prices for the beverages are reasonable, not too expensive and they have somewhat of a variety for beverages, with spicy martini's which was one of my favorite alcoholic drinks. In addition, they have a small menu with decent appetizers. As for the interior, the place is nice, with large TV's for individuals who enjoy watching sports, and they had a separate section for pool and several tables and booths. Aside from the horrible customer service we received, the location is nice, we went on a Saturday evening and to my surprise it was not packed, but even though it was not packed, we were not acknowledged from a waitress or bartender. read more

Plenty of room inside and out, reasonable prices, can be a bit hectic on Fridays & Saturdays, but the outside bar helps with this. Needs more local beer, and to fix their sound system for UFC fights. read more

What a miserable experience. The security/bouncer must think he is a real cop. He asked somebody to tuck in a rope necklace. When the individual asked why. He explained because of gangs. The individual tucked it in and walked off. The bouncer said he needed to calm down and he was acting hostile. The individual did nothing but ask a question and comply. The bouncer asked him to leave and then waited by the door to be sarcastic and antagonize. Poorly trained staff does not make for a fun night. When did educating yourself on the reasoning for a "policy" deem you hostile? The necklace was on a black rope, not sure what gang that is....Also may females had necklaces on and were told nothing, but a black male with a necklace was confronted hmmmm...#stopprofiling. Management has no clue or control. read more

The staff are friendly, big dinning room and plenty types of drinks, plenty parking and great patio. Good place to hangout.

Nice bar to watch the game during the week, as long as they have enough waitresses on staff. Overall it's pretty average. On the weekends there's usually a line to get in which is not my scene. They have a DJ and a small dance floor that usually gets overcrowded. Quality of Food is better than most bars in the area but drink specials are so so. read more

Very rude bartenders. Won't even look at you unless your female. Over priced drinks if it's a sports bar they only have one thing on on all tvs. I'd rather stay at home read more

What a joke! They have a whole list of things that they don't allow in the bar like they are some kind of celebrity only hangout spot. I probably shouldn't even be reviewing this place, because i didn't even order a drink or food here, but let me tell you why. This place just has an awkward vibe. It's a big open building and it's one of those places where you open the door and everyone looks at you. The people that were there when I went were all in their 40s and looked like they are regulars. My husband and I are in our 20s and were really trying to give this place a chance but there was just nothing cool about it. we took a walk around the place, looked at each other, and walked right back out. I wanted to check out the upstairs patio because it looked promising but it was closed when we went. read more

I originally came here in May of 2014. It was very relax mix crowd. I recently went this past Saturday. Horrible service everyone was so rude. We rented the top patio section. To find out all our guests had to wait in line and pay like everyone else. With the price you pay for renting that and buying bottles you'd think your friends wouldn't have to wait. Idk what has happen since May but the crowd was a bit older (mind you I'm in my early 20s). Very rowdy so many fights and dirty looks. With such a older crowd I was surprised will never go back. read more

The place is amazing but Nora is a VERY rude bartender! Slamming drinks to the point of spilling, rolling eyes when asking for a drink, and on top of it acting annoyed for us not finishing our order when she was the one that walked away during our order.... I understand its busy, but most bartenders can and should be able handle the pressure of a THRIVING bar... Be thankful for busy nights and be thankful you have the privilege of working at place that allows you to provide for yourself! You as the bartender are the image of the bar, don't take that lightly, your mistakes and rude attitude can cost the establishment and fellow co-workers customers and business! As you told us...
