I have been here twice and still no changes!!! My first experience they got the food wrong, and always brought the wrong beer. Food Tok 45 minutes to get to us and drinks took 20 minutes. The second time the waitress disappeared for 30 minutes so we went to the bar where it took 15 minutes for someone to notice us. Still the food was wrong. More importantly very OVER PRICED!! The AC was not working both times but according to staff the AC never works. Then by 8 pm no C02 for draft beers. 12 for shots. The managers are confused themselves the waitress are everywhere but don't really know what they are doing. But even though they messed up a lot I can say I had 8 beers total but because they don't know what they are doing they only charged me for 1 (the first time). The music is way to loud and it sounds more like a club, can't even hear the waitress speak. If the business keeps going this way I see the restaurant lasting a year. read more

This location opened up close to our house a few months ago, and my husband and I were super excited to come and watch sports here. Since opening, we've been to this establishment several times, and the service gets worse and worse each time we've gone. Do not expect the best customer service and do not except the managers to address any service related issues. The last time we went to this location, we sat down at a table and waited over 30 minutes for our server to even acknowledge us. For the wait time we waited to be acknowledged, ordered, and received our food, we expected decent quality food. Wrong. Food, service, and management are subpar. The service was not great at all. The server took forever to come by and take our drink order. Once she was ready to take our order we asked for more time because I didn't know what I wanted but she over heard us talking about what my spouse wanted. The sever placed his order without us knowing the only reason we found out was because she brought his food! The server then asked did I want to order. I didn't complain just placed my order which was the salmon, mashed potatoes and broccoli. The food took forever to come out. The salmon was dry. The food here is horrendous lol I really wanted to love this place esp for football season. It's nice, spacious and lots of TVs but man is the food crap. I've had their nachos, wings and burger. Wings are flavorless, fries are always cold and the burger had no flavor besides the super sweet taste of that terrible bbq sauce. I wouldn't dare try an entree because even the pictures on their digital menu look terrible. Went for the first time last week, the place was clean and roomy, tv's everywhere and the staff was friendly but service was good and the food came quickly. The food was ok, had the burger, and it was cooked perfectly but lacked flavor, and the fries needed to go, hate frozen fries with that awful coating, and leave that to fast food chains. I sat at the bar for lunch and the first thing they ask me if I wanted to open a tab and I just wanted to look at menu and was told to look at thru my phone . So I ordered a sweet tea and the chicken fried steak. I was told I get two options I order Cole slaw and sausage (was not told that the sausage was a. Upcharge). 2 stars because I believe there is real potential. This is my second time visiting within the last 45 days. Either management has their head up you know what, or they really don't know how to open, much less operate a restaurant of that caliber. Waitstaff are all ditsy and afraid to work. Lack of urgency to take drink and food orders. By the looks of it, they would rather talk and gossip with coworkers than do their job. Funny thing, if you work and wait tables, you tend to make a lot more money from tips... Went today (labor day) and was seated. Took about 5 minutes for a waitress to come ask for drink order and the establishment was not busy. Ordered draft bud light. They were out. I then ordered ultra; waitress asked if they were out of that too what my next pick would be, I said if you're out of the two most popular beers I will be leaving your restaurant and go elsewhere. You guessed it, they were out of ultra too. So I left as I said I would. Literally wouldn't give the star. Just left that place after being seated at 7:30pm and waiting 10 minutes for a waitress to attend to us that never did. I'm the 10 minutes we waited, we saw two tables (a front table and a back table) get seated and immediately a waitress (2-different girls) attended to their tables in this section. We decided to leave and never got to try anything. We just didn't see the reasoning behind our never being attended too. There were many ladies in the front standing at the receptionist stand when you come in. Terrible first visit, not sure we'll even go back. Really nice restaurant with plenty of seating. Wait was only 10 minutes to get seated despite the parking lot being full. The service definitely needs some work. Be prepared for long periods of waiting for your waitress to come around or waiting for your drink/food to be delivered. When asked about it she made a face like it was an inconvenience to her. waitresses were drinking at tables with male costumers in their work uniform and not helping people. my son got a Mac burger and there was hardly any Mac n cheese on the burger looked like a after thought and when the plate arrived looked a hot mess. they gave me a glass of water with a fly clearly floating right on top. the music was so loud we had to yell over it to talk. I know it's a sports bar but the music was the volume of a dance club. the heat was on making the restaurant easily 80degrees inside. Second time visit. Still not that good. I was here with friends for the grand opening. Well, that evening was terrible, the girls didn't even know how to serve. We asked for a tequila shot and our server didn't even know the kind of tequila they serve at this place. Poor service but, today we find the place not as packed. Went to this restaurant for the first time January 20. It was the worst experience as soon as I got there. Yes there was a wait but the hosting staff were very rude. It was game day they told me it was an hour wait which was OK I asked if I put my name down because no one told me what to do and one of the hostesses rolled her eyes and was talking about me. We waited for over an hour and a half to be seated. We went to check and they kept saying 10 more minutes. We finally got seated. Then the serve was horrible. We waited just to get our drinks. The food took over an hour. Then the bill was all messed up. People were over charged for other people's meal. Overall it was horrible. I will never go back or recommend this place read more
