Brace yourselves for the rant. So my man and I went to Bombshells. We were there for 2 hours. And Stanley B (I believe he is a manager there) came outside to the eating area 5 times... FIVE! He talked with patrons at every other table except us. Not ONCE did he come to see how we were doing nor say a SINGLE word to us. He even turned his back to us and looked at the highway as he passed our table. He talked a few times with a man wearing a "make America great again" hat and then had a few conversations with the patrons behind us one of which threw his fist up and yelled "yeah make America great again yeah" to the guy wearing the MAGA hat. Now I don't know Stanley but I find it quite curious that the only table that he didn't stop at to talk to patrons was my table. The only difference between my table and the other 7 or 8 tables outside with patrons was that there was an African American sitting with me at my table. Stopped by for lunch with my husband and children. We were seated all the way in the back, away from any other customers. We felt like we were sat there on purpose because we had children with us. I asked the waitress, and she did acknowledge that our area is where they seat families. It was a room in the back that was not visible from the bar, and we also could not see anyone. It is odd that a restaurant right in front of a family movie theater would be unwelcoming to families and children. I also got to watch the manager hugging and grabbing onto some of the waitresses. Our waitress had her skirt and underwear pulled up so high that her butt cheeks stuck out. This was not the norm when I compared her to the other waitresses present. It was unappetizing. Service was appropriate. The food was ok, but overpriced. We would like to see some cheaper options with smaller portions. The one star is due to this restaurant not being very welcoming to families. Visited yesterday around 6:00 pm on a Sunday...pretty slow so we sat on the patio. I have to say maybe the worst service I have ever seen...stopped in for some apps and a couple of beers before a movie next door. We ordered chips and salsa and the appetizer sampler. Waitress was clueless...funny story we ordered the appetizer sampler and asked the waitress does the SW Egg role have meat in it (my daughter is vegetarian) she said no only chicken....I about fell off the chair laughing....my 15 year old looked at me like wtf... Anyway appetizers both came out before my beer did but ok...never came back to refill water...went to the bar ourself for that. However she did say have a blessed day when she brought the check after I flagged her down. Don't think we will be back...beer was nice and cold though. read more

I took my Father and Mother to this location for lunch. I have visited this location 2 other times and the food was great and service. This time June the 18th 2019 the service was good and the food was ok. We sat back in the Family section. Only 2 things were irritating. 1.- The flies are an issue and it was annoying, put some fly traps up behind the t.v.'s or something please. Because, if it's an issue again, not coming back and would not recommend this place. 2.- The Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches were brought out on paper stuffed in a wire basket. The paper tore from the heat and the weight of the sandwich, there is nothing worse than eating paper and making a complete mess. I had a hamburger, the basic one and no condiments came with it. I also did not get the fried okra I ordered. I know the paper is a cost thing, but no one wants to pay for food that drops through the paper and hits the table. These are simple fixes, again, the service was good and is actually better if you sit up at the Bar as in many cases. I'm going back in a month to check on these items. We decided to drop in for an early lunch with our kiddos and the ladies in front were so kind to my boys right from the start, they saw them playing with the connect four and brought it to our table for them to continue playing. They sat us way in the back, but honestly I didn't mind because my kids were able to have fun and be loud playing without the "look" of other customers like "oh you brought your kids here". The manager was very nice and came to our table 3 times to check on us and our waitress Leah was very attentive! My husband forgot his military ID, but they still honored his discount, very nice!The beer specials are awesome and the food was very good! The uniforms are super cute as well so don't be strayed from this place because of that lol. This place is family friendly and we will be back! Only small small negative feedback I do have is the flies, they were a pest, but didn't ruin our lunch however maybe some fly traps will help! read more

Been going there for over a year with no problems since Chili's in Tomball stoped carrying Coors Light Draft, but yesterday (12/26/20) for lunch with 3 others, the wait for our Server was long, then the wait for the beverages was long and they must have mixed up my Coors Light with another order, so rather than waiting for my server, I asked the Bartender to switch it out, she rudely refused and said I HAD to go through my server, so I waited awhile again for the server to come back, then watched her drop it off the beer to the bartender and explain the issue... I then watched the bartender take that beer, pour half into a new glass then finished filling it up with Coors Light....? Seriously! I've been in the F&B Hospitality business for nearly 30 years and have seen a lot of childish stuff, but really! I will not be going back! read more

pay in cash ... can't be trusted with credit / debit cards ... Thell loose count of drinks at the bar and then charge them to cards . Filed complaint with my bank . They re ran my tan with out me there and charged $20 over what i initially had paid . Food and ambiance not worth the hassle . read more

I was at this bar for a long period of time with my girlfriends, my waitress became a little busy so I proceeded to ask the ladies at the bar if I could order a few Vegas bombs, the bar tenders proceeded to Ask me "What color was your waitress?" My waitress today was Sonni and she provided the absolute best service I have ever had in a bombshells. We stopped in not knowing exactly what the new place was all about. It's a fantastic sports bar for any sports fan. It is noisy so it's not a place you want to go for a quiet dinner. Our server, Maria, was very welcoming and friendly. Our food was out in a flash. I had The Pin Up salad (delicious). My mom had riblets and she enjoyed them. Visited Bombshells Tomball on HWY 249 late this afternoon for an intended lunch with my son. Decided to get seated by one the hostesses in the upper restaurant seating to avoid the bar area and the noisy TV's airing mostly NFL football games. Despite only 3-4 tables being waited on and numerous Bombshell waitresses standing around on this level over by the restrooms, we sat for 15 minutes waiting at the table for a waitress to at least take our drink orders and an appetizer or two. Three different waitresses walked by and apparently assisted the other tables, but none even glanced in our direction. We sat there looking at the menus and continued to wait. Fifteen minutes was long enough, so we promptly stood up and proceeded to walk towards the lower level and ultimately the exit, yet amazingly not one of the 6-8 employees/waitresses still standing around doing nothing other than BS'ing with what was probably the manager, even noticed or cared that we were leaving. The manager (younger man maybe mid-30's) seemed to be indulging in the BS with the young (18-22 year old) waitresses as if he was flirting with them, rather than overseeing the operations of the restaurant. We told the hostess on the way out the door and she sort of apologized and claimed she could try to seat us again, but enough was enough. I'm hoping the regional management, GM, or franchise owners read this and address their current staff and total lack of customer awareness, let alone service. We headed to Wolfies Sports bar down on Spring Cyoress and received excellent service, despite being much more crowded and fewer waitresses. They actually cared, hustled and displayed excellent customer service expected of a sports bar and restaurant. read more

Brooke, Mariah, Priscilla, Faith and Adi are Goddesses. As I walk in to the restaurant, they roll out a red carpet to the bar. Priscilla isn't even working at the bar and she came up to me to say the hockey game will be on shortly, like the angel she is. Brooke sweet talked me into a shot of her own called "God Bless America"...I got closer to God that night. Mariah came up to me and said "The only person I see tonight at this bar is you." You can quote me on that. Adi said to me "it's my birthday tonight so are you my gift?" And I cried. Faith put me in the wrong Uber and I ended up at the playboy Mansion. So it was the right uber. Very unimpressed and upset they made me very sick I hadn't even left and my stomach was not feeling well I asked my family and friends if we can leave as soon I got home which wasn't even 10 min later I started constantly throwing up. My fiancé also felt sick all night. My sister and law as well felt sick same symptoms as my fiancé I'm not sure what exactly made us all so sick but we will never go back not only bc it made most of sick but also the waitress was not great either she would leave what we order and never ask is there anything else I can get you. As the usually do so each time we had to ask for her not to leave bc she would automatically walk away just to ask for something. While the Astros are going for the World Series in Baseball, maybe the music could be a little bit less loud, and some place set aside where you can hear the game, since pivotal games are being played this weekend...and hopefully into the future. My boyfriend and I have been coming to this location for over 3 months now (at least once a week) Service is okay and food is fine. However, we've constantly seen multiple customers being over served at this location. The main one was today! We've mentioned it to the manager and he still let them continue their already served drinks but "cut them off and offered them a complementary Uber"! Good move, but maybe these girls need to learn when they can't serve anymore. This is such a disgrace considering there is always a bouncer at the location, manager, and cop on duty. I understand you're trying to make sales and making up for it by "ubering" them home just won't do it. God really knows if y'all were planning on ubering them before we brought it to your attention or you just did it for show. Saying this....definitely the last time here for sure. read more

First time patrons last night. Food was good - we had the fried pickle spears (Bayonets), steak nachos and bacon wrapped prawns. Our server Candi was very nice and attentive. Lots of quality television screens to watch the sports games. The downside is that is was super noisy - the music was overpowering and kept getting turned up the hour or so we were there. Could not even have a conversation sitting next to each other. Seating arrangements were awkward - we were sitting at a tall table facing a half-circle booth facing us. The waitresses wore cute, skimpy, Hooterish outfits. Not offended but just unexpected. Also unexpected was the long, uncomfortable embraces that one of the waitresses was giving to the floor manager. Numerous times and long (minute-long) hugs in front of everyone. She was probably 18 and he was probably 35. Again, uncomfortable to watch anywhere by anyone. Super creepy to say the least. Overall a decent first visit but will not patronize again. Roadhouse next door would be our first choice. We are confident our 16 year old won't be hugging any members of Roadhouse staff. read more

Had about 3 different servers which we had to sort out, had to constantly remind her(narrowed down to one) what was missing and what we have ordered, waited for long periods of time for everything whether it was a drink or food item. Live around the corner from here but it been awhile since I've been here. Last coupl6of times the service has been horrible so I thought I'd give it another shot...well nothing much has changed! The bartenders are still only worried about how they looks ne how many post they can share. There are 4 working today as I sit at the bar, and again it took 10 minutes to get my first drink while sitting in front at the bar. Let me start off by saying no matter which location I go to the service is ALWAYS horrible! Came to this location after a long day and was not greeted after standing at the door for a good 10 mins. I then had to go ask the bartender if they had a host. She proceeded to tell me to just sit anywhere. Once I sat down I still was not greeted meanwhile the servers were just standing around taking selfie's and dancing. If this wasn't the only thing open this time of night I would have left. I can't even give it a 1 star....got major food poisoning there on chicken wings. Ended up in the hospital due to dehydration. I gave it five stars because it is as good as this sort of place gets. That does not necessarily mean that it is my type of place. Here are the facts: 1. The food, beer and wines are very reasonably priced. Very. 2. It was bustling (Friday evening between 5:00 and 6:00 PM). 3. The staff is accommodating and friendly (and attractive). 4. It is VERY noisy. We sat outside where it was a bit quieter, but it was WARTIME NOISY. I am not kidding. People were talking inside, but I have no idea how anyone was hearing. Add to that was some sort of music, but only the drumbeat was noticeable. Hint to management: Send the band home when the place is crowded. Note: the music is canned. There was no Band. 5. Some people seem to like noise, so this is likely part of the charm. Add to this the fact that almost all restaurants in the Houston area border on major freeways. The good news is that it was so noisy that there was no apparent freeway noise. Free design hint to developers: Put the front of the building on the parking lot side so that the outside eating would not be exposed to the freeway traffic. You are welcome. 6. I like the decorations. 7. I like the patio, but it could use a bit more shade. People love the shade. Great fans with mist cooling. 8. Finally, I had an Uncle Spam sandwich. It was excellent!
