If you don't have the proper "equipment" you'll probably get ignored. I don't know if the girls are seeking attention or if they're actually trying to earn money. We tip well and we are insanely kind to our servers, all being in the industry ourselves. There was 0 reason for us to sit as long as we did. When 5 different servers look at you and you don't get any service for 10 minutes, somethings wrong. And get a better dj my guy Ladies, take care of the ladies, trust me on this one. :) read more

During UFC 248, I had a party of 7 and I had to practically beg for a server. And when I did I received snarky looks from the four or five waitresses that were standing up front. It looks like I will be going elsewhere for fight night. Thank you to the owner for responding back to me, I really do appreciate it. read more

Kenny was our waitress for the second time and she is amazing. Best waitress this place has, service was top notch!

This place is the true BOMBSHELL. Had a absolutely fantastic waitress named Taylor (blonde hair and BIG blue eyes) true hottie for the guys and an absolutely accommodating manager Daniel. Highly recommend the combo ribs and sausage. Ribs tender and sausage cheezy. Come one come all... read more

Went on Sunday around 4:15, were seated right away, waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged by any waitress. Then when one came up she said it was a shift change and basically would only be taking our drink order then someone else would take our cook order. We order 2 beers then watched as she went to the bar and started talking to a couple sitting at the bar, Another 8-9 minutes, she is, still talking, no beer for us......We left! What kind of restaurant does not wait on people during a shift change?? We were going to order food and drinks and some to-go food so would have been at least $100 check. Wewon't be back. read more

Today, December 26, 2020, the manager of Bombshells on Highway 249 in Tomball called the Sheriff's Department to demand U.S.citizens, who were exercising their 1st Amendment rights, to vacate their parking lot. This group of close to a dozen vehicles had prearranged with the restaurant to have a large group dine at their location. Before entering the restaurant, our group showed our patriotism and support of the President of the U.S. States and all Law Enforcement officers by waving flags on the grassy easement adjacent to the restaurant's parking lot. Our vehicles were occupying less than 10 spaces of their very large, nearly empty parking lot since many of our vehicles parked on a grassy area not owned by the establishment. It is the management's right to deny service to patrons, even by this grossly unnecessary method, but it is also my right to share my displeasure with their actions. Please remember this restaurant discriminates against patriotic citizens simply because they disagree with their views. The restaurant lost the patronage of at least 30-40 people and, hopefully, many future patrons. Before patronizing this restaurant, keep in mind that they discriminate against patriotic citizens exercising their 1st Amendment rights on a small grassy area with their vehicles parked in their lot AFTER prearranging for our large group's attendance. read more

***UPDATE*** In response to Macy J. of Bombshells Restaurant & Bar If your policy for PPV events were truly stated in your common areas, half of this issue would not have happened. The sign at the door stated "$10 after 8:00 pm". My son, a minor, was harassed by the manager. He yelled at my son to pay the $10 at around 10:30 to 11:00 pm; minutes after the boxing match was over. Your management should have explained your policy from the beginning in lieu of harassing us for $10. Our waitress also got yelled at in front of us for not charging us the cover charge. She wasn't even aware of that policy either and she works there. The cover charge is NOT the problem. The cover charge should in no way, shape, or form be construed as racist. The racist comment was regarding part of your staff. To elaborate, the young lady selling arm bands needs to treat everyone the same not just the customers of the same race as her own. This was witnessed by several would-be customers that I personally talked to who walked away at the door due to her lack of professionalism and racist demeanor. Also, you might want to rethink on keeping that biased security guard. His role there should be to secure; not instigate conflict. Kudos to the professionalism of the Harris County Constables that were there though. read more

Any place that charges $.70 for a side cup of ranch or cocktail sauce kind of tells the story. Weak drinks, waitresses running food and drinks with no clue as to what table they go to literally going from table to table asking if this beer was yours or if this food was your. A true Sh** Show. Stay away unless you are a 20 something male with money to burn and don't care about the bad food and bad service. read more

Take your business elsewhere! Hospitality isn't at the heart of this company! My table was never greeted, when I asked a server if she could help us, she responded "I'm cut and don't know who's table this is." ???? Meanwhile, many girls sitting on their phones together. No eagerness to help what so ever. In order to get a tip.... you have to actually HELP guests! A "cute"face doesn't cut it. read more

Worst experience at this location. Our waitress only checked on us a total of 3 times. She forgot half our drinks, we proceeded to order from the bar and then even then the bar denied us drinks and told us to order from our waitress who never came to our table. I asked for the manager and he had to bring us our drinks. We waited 40 minutes for our tab from our waitress who still never came to our table. Asked for the manager and they just gave us our tab and didn't even apologize for the bad service or any reimbursement. read more

Let me start on how professional the staff was! Our waitress was as sweet as they come I wish I could remember her name! Plenty of parking and always got the best of the best sport on many TV's! I will definitely be coming back! This probably the best Bombshell's in Houston area! read more

Bombshells Restaurant & Bar - The baddest burger around! - Sports Bars Near Me - Tomball, Texas

On Saturday June 29 around 930 pm, I went to Bombshells on Hwy 249 in Tomball along with my fellow veteran friend I hadn't seen in 30 years and my girlfriend to have a drink and a cigar on the patio. A hostess by the name of Yelitza walked by to sit 2 customers that walked in 10 to 15 minutes after we did. After sitting them, I asked hostess if she can please get us a server. She said no because we weren't allowed to sit outside without checking in on the inside first. She was walked away rudely. Shortly after that, a server walked by and said she's not our server but will find us a server in a few minutes. While waiting an employee by named Taylor came to us and asked us to leave because hostess said we were disrespectful. I explained to her that we were not disrespectful and we were unaware that you have to check in before sitting outside. The couple that were sited after us even tried to explain to Taylor that we weren't disrespectful but she insisted that we leave. Even that couple was so disappointed that they refused the service, asked for corporate telephone number and left right behind us. Taylor said she was a manager but she didn't seem professional nor cared about the truth even after the customers sitting next to us confirmed that we weren't disrespectful. If Bomshell continues to operate this way, they will lose more and more customers. read more

Well, the few items they actually had (food and drink) took forever to come to the table. We ordered a few beers each and waited no shorter than 20 minutes for each one. Our waitress was either brand new (which I don't mind, everybody has to learn) or she was dumb. Either way, she made no attempt to be attentive or find alternatives for the many items we requested that were out of stock. I even had to ask, 30 mins after ordering something, where it was only to be told they didn't have it. I've been to 3 different bombshells and they all sucked. Great theme, very good idea, poor execution. Need managers that are worth a shit. read more

The server was really nice. Sadly, I am really upset at the way they handle things in the front. Clearly, they do not understand and executive order is not law. It's a violation of my right to freely move. The mark of the beast, rich or poor won't be able to pay, eat. What's the difference? The food, was okay, had gristle. Won't come back, my husband served in the Army 6 years. Forcing someone to buy a $12 mask? So wow, clearly discrimination... I'm done. Won't ever come back... good luck read more

Eye candy is great. However, the parking lot is a mess. Empty beer cNs and broken glass all over the place. Not 1st time. Them broken glass has been there prepandemic. Mentioned it to th waitress. Wow. What can I say about this place. They weren't busy when we showed up but couldn't get any service. All the waitresses were hanging out in the back and had zero interest in helping customers. I actually had a bartender come to my table to help me. Then the waitress thought Stella was a wine so she showed us the wine list. The tables were also disgusting and weren't being clean. Won't be going here again. read more

If I could leave a O I would! Im not the only person that has had this problem! Look on Nextdoor and you will see! It's about being double charged!! 2 tequila shots and a beer was $50.00?? Theft in my book! What's worse was it was my son's 21st birthday!!!! Like I said this isn't the first time and I'm NOT the only person this has happened to! Stay away unless you want to pay more or be over charged!! Not to mention the managers are extremely rude (at least the one last night). If there is a corporate office they will be hearing from me, a long with proof this has happened several times!! I will be doing reviews and post on all platforms, so people will be aware of this dishonest establishment!! read more

One of the best experiences with this chain! Katelyn did an outstanding job not only maintaining us but her whole section. This place is horrible. No matter what day we come we get horrible service. The food is just ok but today put the icing on the cake. We get there they sit is in a back corner even though the restaurant is empty. We sit for 20 min and no waitress. Don't Pass This One Up We recently had lunch at the Bombshells @ 249, which is just up the street from the me. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere with plenty of indoor seating, but also has a large outdoor patio. Young lady came our table and put two menus right on top of spilled water on the dirty table, I politely asked her to clean the table , she looked at me as if I should be lucky she was there, she never came back, after watching her take customers that came long after us it was clear. We move to the bar, service was quick, the staff was on top of service, the food was another story, the fries came, but no ketchup to be found, the 7 layer dip was very good! However the 3 fish tacos came 25 minutes later. The music is so loud you can't hear each other without screaming. Not good. The original waitress had such a snotty disposition, and there are so many choices in the area we will rank this place not worth a second chance . We made another visit last Saturday about 10 pm, we we gave the hostess our name and she told us to wait to be seated we walked toward several open tables that were marked for social distancing, as we stood we paused to determine if we would wait, just then a tall white manager walked up to us and told us the kitchen had a TWO hour wait time! We looked around and saw that nearly all tables had food on it already, there were NO people waiting for seats. I looked at him in disbelief but told him fine we'll wait. He seemed disappointed. We saw two open seats at the outside bar we sat there, immediately a hispanic female bar tender asked for our drink order, then handed us menus, we ordered food sipped our drinks and our food came in about 20 minutes! He obviously lied to our faces. As we looked around we realized the only other black faces in the room were the black police officers that were working security. It was clear to us there was a bad vibe from the manager. Incredible! read more

Classless, overpriced, cheesy (and I don't mean the food). Used to be a decent place when they first opened, now it seems more like a gang hangout. I'd be surprised if they are still around next year. read more

I don't like giving bad reviews, but our experience today warrants it in most every way. We were in the area to attend a wedding. We wanted to stop in for a lil bite to eat before everyone heading their separate ways. We picked Bombshells in 249 so we could watch football to. We had 8 adults and 2 kids. The place was empty, as it was before game time on Sunday. Finally after waiting 10minutes to be seated, we ordered drinks, a couple beers, 3 bloody Mary's, several sodas and waters. We also decided to order our food at the same time. After 20 minutes, the server came to our table to advise they do t have Mtn Dew. WE HADN'T RECEIVED ANY DRINKS AT THIS TIME...after 20 minutes. As a matter of fact, it took over 40 minutes to even get water...and the rest of our drinks followed. Again, there are maybe 20 other patrons, at 6 tables at this time. The wait staff was plenty...many just walking around. The gentleman we assumed was the MOD walked past our table several times, never stopping to acknowledge us. Our food took over one hour to receive. It was OK in taste...at least it wasn't cold! As a matter of fact, the food may have even been real good, but we were all so disappointed in the lack of service that is took away from it. The servers were nice, but it was obvious one was fairly new, so we eventually got a 2nd one to assist her. We ate our food. My husband ordered a bourbon on the rocks and had to ask about it 20 minutes later as it never came. The manager walked by and I asked to speak with him. I advised that it is a shame as someone has obviously put a lot of $$ into the decor of the establishment, and that is a shame because the service is very sub par!!! Now I understand why all the above, as all he could say to me is "I am sorry about that ma'am". He didn't show any concern, true leadership or ownership mentality to even express genuine concern. I wasn't looking for anything free, but sure would have appreciated some sincere concern, apology and just even an inquiry on how he could "make it right". I wish the best for them, but if they continue with this service...the location will not survive. I know we will never return. Sent from my iPhone read more

Came here to watch game 2 of the astros playoff game. Staff and food were excellent until we were told that at 9pm they would start asking people without wristbands to leave (10$ wristbands to stay and watch the fight), money was not the issue, issue was that me and my family met up at this spot to watch the astros, this wristband only event, and they had no signs about this. no signage what so ever. it took a waitress warning us for us to know..... word of advice to management, put up signs of future events. let the hostesses inform people of the rules for that day before they sit down. because now, I cant go anywhere else because they will all be full now. read more
