She was able to fit me in her schedule the next day! On Thursday at 4:30 I met her at her house. She's super nice & made me feel very comfortable. She talked me through everything so I knew what was going on. I've had some user error in the past with spray tan booths, so I was excited to try airbrush tanning. When you're in the service business you should be kind and courteous and eager to answer any questions and gain a new client. This was not my experience with Nancy. I had some simple questions. I haven't had a spray tan in twenty years and want one for an upcoming event. she was with a client when I called and acted like I inconvenienced her?!?! Why is your phone on if your with a client? Why would you answer while with a client? That's not my problem... sounds like hers. Also, why put your number on your page if you don't want potential clients calling?!? Anyway, Nancy text me a link to book an appointment. Which, I thought was tacky because she said she would call me back. Right then, I was pretty sure it wasn't going to go well. I replied I had a few questions and she called me back. She made it clear, she didn't want to. She was crass and rude and treated me as if I was uneducated and ruining her day. She got to the shop at her confirmed appointment time and it was closed, locked up tight, lights off - Never notified. Complete waste of $200 on this. Horrible customer service - ZERO communication. I ended up being guided through for process - she was super friendly, i felt very comfortable. My artist knew how to match my expectations and skin tone to the right color/shade of tan that they offer perfectly! I ended up looking bronzed and almost airbrushed appearing for my beach vacation, and not a tinge of orange. Highly recommend. My skin didn't have any negative reactions or any patching (aside for when the tan started wearing off about 5ish days after, which happens for all spray tans). They know what they're doing here!!
