Went in because I was craving boba and I really enjoyed it here before. The guy at the register was nothing like the girl who was there last time. He was rude. If I didn't want my drink as bad as I did, I would've left. I got the same exact drink I've gotten from them at different times. It was straight up nasty. The flavor was super sweet and super artificial. Then to top it all off, I had to get a large because I guess they ran out of cups? I don't really know because the guy was not very informative. Took my daughter here as a gift since she did well at school and she loved this place. The cashier was likely new and it was hard to understand him, what I assume was the trainer kept leaving to the back and after asking once for him to repeat my drink and I still didn't understand I just said okay ( as it's definitely not his fault) and after they got my 11 yr olds drink wrong, I asked if they could add milk even in her passion fruit tea and the girl acted very put out, stated they explain back the drink so they can't just remake it. Then she asked very annoyed if I'd like it remade with stittude and I said nevermind, we had already waited 15 minutes just to tell her it was wrong as they were working on another order in the back for that time. Sort of have mixed feelings about this review. I have been here a few times and everytime my experience and feeling when I leave is different. So the boba, options for drinks, toppings and flavors are all great. I haven't had one I didn't actually like. The flavors and add in's are pretty typical and just like any other tea house. They need more employees. They are backed up on orders which might cause them to take the wrong order down. A lady in front of me returned because her drink was made wrong and then when I got my order it was wrong as well. I ordered my drink iced and verified that it was over ice not blended. I got it blended and let the cashier know. He was upset and said I had ordered it blended. He goes back to redo it and comes back to say " next time make sure you order is right". I ordered a lavender milk tea. Upon receiving a brown drink, trying it and noticing it tasted like coffee, I informed the workers and asked for a lavender milk tea. They told me that it was a lavender milk tea, I told them it tasted like coffee. She told me that she knew that it was lavender because she made it herself. Why was it brown? Cool to find boba! I got a matcha green tea blended snow. Good customer service but my drink took about 10 minutes to make with about 2 other people in front of me. It was also almost 7$ with extra boba which is insane to me since for the same thing it's 4$ in California. However they did have a sign explaining their price increase since minimum wage was raised so I do understand that they have to charge more and it may not be their fault however that was insane to me lol. I went here on a whim because I wanted boba late and most places were all ready closed. My brother and I came in and were shocked to see such a large menu. I went with my favorite--jasmine milk tea with boba, and he got the taro with boba. The guy who was helping us found out it was our first time and made sure our drinks were perfect! Great service, I work about 15 minutes away from this shop and decided to go in and get some Milk tea this afternoon, and I was not disappointed. The team there got out my drink and partner's drink super fast and super fresh. She had peach green tea, and it tasted SUPER fresh. The hours on the door AND the website state they are open until 11:30pm... they are not open. A note at the door said they would be back in 20 minutes.... They have amazing Green Tea ice cream. The perfect texture, and they give you two free toppings. i recommend regular boba ( it's a $ extra ,but so worth it) and mochi on top. You can never go wrong with the Thai tea and Taro tea with regular boba. i've ordered from here many many times and i've never had any complaints or issues. The service is always amazing and the owner is the sweetest and kindest person. They also have amazing floats and i highly recommend the tarp float! I can't tell you how many times we've been here just to get an order to go. They were open during covid and never did their quality or customer service drop. A lot of the times they offered me to sit in my car after ordering because my family was there, and they ran the drinks out to me like a drive thru. Their menu has so many options its easy to become overwhelmed - but just know there is basically nothing they haven't thought of and they are super helpful at helping you figure out exactly what youre ordering. For instance my husband just wanted a coffee drink and usually most boba places offer 1 - they asked what flavor and put the order in, but when you check out their menu you realize theyre like a starbucks with options of coffee drinks! They are quick to make your order, efficient and the quality never falters, its always delicious. The taro is my favorite. The Tea/lemonade is my middle ones fave. Chocolate or cupcake flavored boba is the youngest ones. They have lots of food options as well and I can't wait until they open up the dining area because it seems like a great place to meet with friends for appetizers and drinks :) read more

The whole place smells so bad inside. I was inside and ordered and then walked outside to take a breath and air out and a lady opened the door to walk inside and I could smell their fumes just dying to escape that room! I've never been to a boba spot that smelled so bad. Also, they don't put enough boba inside their drinks. Note my photo. I ran out of boba 2/3 of the way through my drink. And I generally take a nice big swig of juice with each single boba I eat at a time. So that's saying something. Most people probably would run out half way through their drinks. If I wanted a smoothie I would just go to Jamba Juice. But when you sell a smoothie with boba, don't jip your customers. I paid $5.36 for a large drink. Normally for the same size it is $4.89. It's that price at snoh, at mytea, and at Taiwanese express. And at those 3 other locations, I get a decent amount of boba for what a paid for. AND! Those three places don't smell like a KFC bathroom like this place does. They get one star for variety of flavors and another for not rude but not super welcoming service either. (They didn't say hi when I came in, but they weren't rude about explaining their menu). Their boba tastes a little stale but it's not terrible. Last time when we were here, we order 6 drinks and waited for 30-40 mins and drinks still not out so we went up and ask and they said: "oh, you still have another 2 Hrs wait, they were someone who order a lot through the phone". We understand that you have to make that first but at least let us know before we waited for 30-40 mins and we have to approach to find out. The owner, his name is Devon; instead of apologize but said (with a tone of not caring): "you want your money back?" Heck yea I want my money back and will never come back as well!! The good: This place has hella toppings! For a minute there, I wasn't sure what I was going to get. It's also a pretty chill space where I could definitely see myself hanging out with friends for a little bit. Reminiscent of tea rooms I've only seen outside of Arizona. The bad: Holy tapioca! I love my little black pearls, but you can totally ease up. I don't need them filling up like half my cup! And while I love a good taro, I felt concerned that my drink was not cold enough to be refreshing. How do you make that mistake? First time in tonight! Amazing. So many bases and boba and popping pearl choices! I only gave them 4 stars because I think when you walk in they should ask if you have been in before and if not they should offer to explain how it works there, the choices can be overwhelming and confusing so some help would have been appreciated! The inside is a little rough, needs a makeover and some cleaning and upkeep, but the products they serve are excellent! Worth trying! Also I agree with another users comments here, they should put more boba in their drinks for the price I also ran out half way through. Slightly pricy, but a great product. Good, not great. Sorry Arizona, but your milk teas don't even come close to the unique variety of teas we offer in California. My cousins were craving milk tea after dinner and this was pretty much the only place to go... The place was very colorful. Music was blasting while we were waiting in line, which kept us occupied. Various different drinks were ordered that I can no longer list all of them. Overall they were decent, but nothing special or memorable. No "wow" factor about the place or any of the drinks. Staff was friendly. Plenty of seating. They also had a few board games to play if you ask. read more

As far as the west valley goes, Bomboba rules the west. With their vast amount of flavors and their use of punch cards, it's easy to understand why Bomboba is so popular and always really busy. I do like how they have tiny menus as I keep one at work. It's a favorite establishment for my friends but I still prefer an east valley boba place more. Bomboba has a mushier soggier tapioca ball [not to be confused with soft and fresh] that I don't like. I still have yet to try their snacks. read more

Can I leave a -1 star review for this place? I didn't know waiting to order took 20 minutes. I went to this place around 2:30pm, the lady Infront of me ordered and I thought it was my turn to go next, but the two workers decided to go there go in the back. Not even an "I'll be with you". They just both walked to the back and I stood there waiting. I've been in the restaurant/ customer service industry for 10 years and this was the worst service ever!!! I was planning on ordering Over 15 boba drinks because of the reviews I saw. I wanted to bring it back to my work; but that never happened. No one approached me or anything at all!! This only my 2nd time visiting because I'm like most people and 1-2 paychecks away from being put out on the streets. Otherwise, I would be here at least 2-3 times a week. Yes that's how much a good quality food restaurant is worth visiting. This time I called ahead my togo order and also took the advice of one of the owners and ordered the fried rice (I had the house style which has Chinese sausage.....yummo:). All I have to say is where have you been all my Arizona life? And to top things off (literally) there was a little bit of freshly chopped cilantro on top to set off the rest of the flavors. One thing I liked is the girl taking my order was sure to let me know my food would be made fresh so it be ready in about 15 minutes and it was. Thank you . Side not: someone forgot to remove the shrimp shell from my rice before serving it. I guess that's better than finding a hair, right? Anywho, I ate at least half my rice before heading home!!! Great iced flavored tea drinks are really good, albiet tad sweet. I order my drinks half-sweet. Assorted jelly, lychee jellyn and boba are also very good. This is the best and most legit boba place in this part of Arizona! read more
